That was a pleasant time, the crew was very friendly and nice. Pickup and drop of was easy and on time. Haven’t seen much in the water, few fish and one turtle (I saw when I got back up on the boat).
I still have been enjoying my little cruise. Swimming in the ocean without touching the rough see bottom and nice breeze on the boat. Kids were jumping from the boat and I was just about to join them but then decide not to risk in my 70ties.

The crew was great and outgoing. The slide, trampoline, paddleboards etc were fun to use. However, This is not turtle snorkeling. The title on this needs to be "party boat fun with snorkeling." They need to leave the turtle part out because we didn't see one turtle. We weren't even taken to the where the turtles were. If your main focus is to see and swim with turtles do not book this. I feel like this is false advertisement.

What a wonderful outing! We all had so much fun! I was most impressed by their care and concern. I have asthma and when they saw me using my inhaler they made a point of keeping it handy and making sure that all the crew knew where it was in case I needed it. So very safety aware!! I would recommend for so many reasons, plus the snorkeling was spectacular! 5 stars!!!!

I was worried at first after reading the other reviews but it was amazing and relaxing. The crew was all very nice and welcoming and helped out with the kids a lot. The guy who was on the mic letting us know how things were going to work and gave tips was super funny and and also serious at the same time. I had a great time with my sister and we saw turtles!

The crew Isaiah, Riley and Captain Eric were fantastic helpful and full of knowledge about Oahu. All of them were super friendly and although the rough sea most likely hindered our views of fish we were still able to spot turtles and big fish

We were so disappointed to find that this tour was just added on to another tour with all the blow up things (slides, trampolines) which of course attracted a lot of children. We we’re looking for a relaxing experience and it was not this at all! A teenager in a kayak ran over me and my husband when we were snorkeling and there were only a few fish, no turtles at all!!!!!

When we bought this, we assumed, due to the description and title, that the focus would be on snorkeling with sea turtles. At the pick up point, and during embarkation, we were confused when we were told we could "upgrade." It turns out that this was part of an activity excursion that included kayaks, paddleboards, a slide, and a trampoline. The boat ride was fine, and the crew was outstanding. We enjoyed snorkeling and swimming, but there wasn't much to see. We saw fishes while snorkeling and we did see some sea turtles from the boat (at a distance) and some dolphins from the boat. While it looked like the families (there were kids) had a lot of fun, this wasn't exactly what we were expecting. It was a good experience, but had we known the party/activities were the focus, and not the sea turtles, we probably would have selected a different turtle excursion.

There was a swell and it made it hard to see anything. Marketing for this trip is done very well , but the experience is definitely not what you pay for .
We had only paid for the snorkel swim and tour , however all we got was a party boat in which music was played and everyone had a chance to try different activities. .
We think it shouldn’t be marketed as a snorkel tour as all , as it definitely is not the focus of the tour.
We however are grateful to the boat driver who did point out some turtles swimming in the water on our way back to port .

I had never did the activity before and they never explained how to use the equipment what to expect or any other assistance. We just told what not to do, and. When I showed distress they just sat there and didn’t respond. My mother was in distress and they didn’t help her, my sister had to bring her back to safety.

None. No turtles but still advertised as turtle snorkeling. There will be no turtles unless you go a spot where there are rocks where they feed on the algae, like at turtle beach in Kona.

Very over priced tour for what you get. We did snorkel only. They took us to an area where we saw very few fish. If you didn’t “upgrade” to use the water slide/trampoline (an additional $50 a person), there was very little to do. You can only swim in deep water for so long. We saw no turtles until we got back to the harbor. Snacks consisted of watered down lemonade and granola bars. We thought we could relax and lay in the sun on the nets but we’re quickly asked to get off as they were in need of repair. So, we sat for about 2 hours on a metal bench. Not enjoyable at all. Captain was very kind but that’s all I will say that was truly great about this trip!

We encourage customers to get packages based on the activities they would like to do and handle. Some people like to do all the activities and some people love to just chill with the sea and fishes. And yes, we do offer an upgrade which is the different of the deluxe and regular package. Everything else you have mentioned is complementary, and we encourage customers to bring their own food and beverages.

We booked last minute and the driver didn’t pick us up; however, I called the tour operator and they were prompt and apologetic. The crew was fabulous and caring, always checking on guests. They provided lemonade and granola bars complimentary and had restrooms on board. Tour felt very safe and boat was nice. However, I booked on viator and didn’t know there would be people on water slides, trampolines, and jumping off the boat. This activity definitely discouraged marine life from coming near. The turtle name in the title suggests that guests will see turtles. I understand wildlife isn’t guaranteed, but this tour doesn’t lend itself to seeing wildlife due to location and other guest activities offered. The tour should be named Waikiki snorkeling and remove “turtle” as that sets an expectation that it includes an environment where it’s conducive to wildlife or in an area where turtles go such as turtle canyon, which it doesn’t. It was a nice trip and the crew was great, but didn’t meet my expectations due to the name. Also, viator should disclaim that other activities are offered from the boat on the same trip. I would not recommend this trip for turtle snorkeling; instead ensure to select a trip that goes to known turtle spots like turtle canyon or turtle cove.

The customer service from check in to the crew's hospitality were superb. We didn't feel rushed and it was ample time we need to have a good time. Other tours to the same area were only two hours whereas this your was three hours long. The waves were choppy when we went and I highly suggest taking in some motion sickness meds if you don't have sea legs. Overall, we have to commend the crew. They took care of us and rolled out the inflatable slide and the trampoline! They even allowed guests to user their paddle board and kayak equipments! Will definitely come back. Highly recommend! The trip left on Time which I love. The crew was friendly. I’m terrible with names - so sorry! But they made me feel safe getting into the water and assured me as a solo traveler I wouldn’t get left behind 😂 great experience.
