Overbooked

If you are not snorkeling with your guide they won't let you in the park so we had to pay extra for a different ticket to get in Our party was also overbooked the guide could only take 5 people in

We're sorry for the confusion—park rules do require snorkeling guests to be with a certified guide, and we understand how frustrating the extra cost and booking issue must have been. This was my first ocean snorkeling experience and it was just amazing. Brittany helped me feel comfortable and safe. She was very familiar with the bay and guided me to some great spots where I saw so many beautiful fish. Highly recommended!
