I was forcedsit underneath in the cabin either an obstructed view because the top deck was full.. My view was through a dirty window. I asked fir a refund before the ship lrft and was refused.

It is probably suitable for Young people but not for families and elder persons. I would have preferred a more serious presentation of objekts during the tour.

We enjoyed the cruise it was nice to see Miami from the water and seeing the sunset over Miami was worth paying the extra to do the sunset cruise. Unfortunately the English commentary was quite difficult to understand the guide spoke very quickly and due to the noise from the non English speaking guests on the cruise we couldn’t catch everything. Top tips take a warm jacket as it can be a bit chilly out on the water. Get there early as boarding can be a bit chaotic. The actual cruise time was 60mins not the advertised 1hour 20mins I think boarding time was included in the timings. All that said I would recommend this trip as a pleasant way to spend an hour.

Great experience seeing the waterfront, star’s homes and the bay. Enjoyed learning the history of things. A bit difficult to find the check in location. (Do go right to the check-in by Hard Rock Cafe and the Sky Wheel!) The narrator was great! Nice to listen to bilingual narration.

Don't buy the tickets from this website. Here they charge ticket for kids and infants. However buying tickets direct from the service provider was cheaper the price shown here and also they allow kids without any extra charge.

It was very confusing to find the right place to redeem the tickets. There are multiple boats and cruise lines and tour companies. They are all competing and nobody wants to help you find the right place. On top of that, the confirmation email said “Miami Skyline Cruises” so I was asking where to find this. Finally after finding it they said that this is the 3rd party vendor that sells all experiences, but the actual company we bought from were “Miami Aqua Tours” which is far on the other side of the pier. It was very stressful to find the place.
The boat ride itself was nice and worth it.

The upper deck definitely has better views so get in line early. We were below and could only see the sites the guide was talking about on our side. For the money, this is a great excursion. Cash bar which we didn’t use so not sure the prices. I read other reviews that it’s cheaper to buy tickets in person not online and that seemed true. We saw the paper ticket of the couple in front of us and they paid $60. We paid $70 but our paper ticket said we paid $220.
As far as being a sunset cruise, we didn’t pull out of port until the sun had set which was a bit disappointing. We definitely enjoyed the gorgeous Miami skyline all lit up. Overall we’d go again.

Our party of four paid for a VIP tour. Even though we paid for the VIP experience, we had to wait in a very long line. Once we got on the boat, there was no space for our "VIP party" on the top deck. We ended up riding under the top deck and only being able to see out of heavily water-stained windows. We could open some of the windows, but not enough for all of us to see, plus you had to look through a very small space, versus the open-air top deck. This experience was extremely disappointing, and none of our party would recommend it.

We are surprised to read this comment, as the experience described does not match our protocol for VIP tours. VIP passengers always board first and have an assigned table on the upper deck, duly reserved.

It was great! I would probably do a different time if we weren’t trying to catch the sunset. It’s pretty amazing the wealth that is displayed through the houses we viewed. The view of the city was hindered by a cruise ship leaving at the sameme we came in. We went on a Monday. So maybe a different day would be better. We sat on the top under the covered area, and were very comfortable. We had a 6 month old with us.

Great experience! Well organized. The live commentator did a great job with a good sense of humor. Enjoyed how music tied to his commentary. Since some guests didn’t speak English he seamlessly spoke additionally in Spanish. We saw many sights and many mansions where he pointed out the famous owners. It didn’t hurt that it was perfect weather!

It was genuinely such a good experience, the only thing is, GET THERE 30 MINS EARLY!!! It will take you a minute to find the meeting entrance. But once everyone was seated and we got going it was so interested and definitely worth the stress trying to find it
