If you book the cruise with the free wine, you will need to show proof of that at the bar otherwise you will be charged. If there are any similar cruises without the wine, that is a lower price, I would recommend getting that. We paid extra for the wine, but it wasn’t worth it because it tasted horrible.

I booked this tour through Viator and paid for an extra ticket specifically to have room for my baby's stroller, expecting that space to be available as advertised. When we arrived to board, the boat was severely overcrowded there was no usable space for the stroller, and the boarding process itself felt chaotic and poorly managed. Other passengers in line were visibly frustrated and commented on the same thing.
Given the lack of space and the conditions onboard, I made the decision not to board with my infant, since I had no confidence we'd be able to safely manage an emergency if one arose. I contacted Viator afterward to request a refund and explained the safety concern, but after two reviews, my request was denied. The response treated this as a standard change-of-plans cancellation rather than acknowledging that the paid-for accommodation (stroller space) simply wasn't deliverable on the day.
I'm not leaving this review to be vindictive — I want other parents to know what to expect before booking. If you're traveling with a baby or young child, I'd think twice about this operator, or at minimum ask in advance how they actually manage boarding capacity.

We are told to go to the wrong dock to get the boat three times. And when we got there, they let us all stand at the dock, but then they asked us to move so instead of being in the front after waiting 45 minutes we had to go all the way to the back of the line because the people in the back ended up being first. It was super inconvenient. However, the trip itself was beautiful and the guide was very knowledgeable and humorous. I would take it again, but just get there early in case they send you to the wrong dock.

My family was pretty excited to board a pirate ship and see the skyline at sunset. But upon arriving, we were told (without much explanation or apologies) that we would not be on the pirate ship. There seemed to be some confusion between the crew—the pirate ship was broken/ they didn’t sell enough tickets were both excuses we were given….which seemed a little fishy, no pun intended. The cruise was nice and just the right amount of time. Good mix of mansions and the Miami skyline.

We booked purposely for sunset. Directions for place to catch boat were wrong. Took much time going to three boats looking for correct one. Boat left 36 minutes late and so last half was so dark couldn’t see homes.

The tour was an enjoyable experience overall, but the initial instructions were quite confusing. Specifically, we were told to look for a guide with or near the red umbrellas, but there were no red umbrellas to be found at the meeting point, which made finding the group a bit stressful. Other travelers should be aware that the meeting instructions may need better clarification.
We simply found the big pirate boat and that was the only marking point. Other than that, the tour was very good, don't fall for the margarita 2 for 1 special.

Bayside is a madhouse. Tour folks were nice, but not a great experience. Also, no city lights or sunset.

This cruise was crowded and the most mixed crowd that could fit on one boat: couples, crying babies, people ready to party, and average tourists. The host was good and she pointed out a lot of sights. The views were nice but you had to be early to get good seating. Boat was dated and showing wear.

it was okay, when I read skyline tour I thought we were going to be passing through Miami’s skyline, you probably can’t do that with the kind of boat they have which I get but it’s misleading. Also everyone wanted to see everything so bad no one was sitting down in a seat! We got there early enough to get a seat on the 2nd floor of the boat but everyone who came later and still wanted to sit up top with no seats left were just standing around blocking the view.

Most importantly, we were given the wrong meet-up location, which caused us to almost miss the tour. We arrived exactly on time at the location provided, but after spending about 20 minutes trying to find the correct spot, we only located it by asking employees at a nearby restaurant. When we finally arrived, I informed one of the tour staff members about the incorrect address, and he admitted that this “happens all the time.” Given that this is a recurring issue, it’s frustrating that the correct meeting point hasn’t been updated. Despite arriving on time, we were told we were late, even though the confusion was entirely due to the incorrect information provided.
In addition, the overall experience during the tour was disappointing. The windows were blurry and there were many people around, making it difficult to get a clear view. It was also very hard to hear the guide, as the microphone or speaker system was not loud enough. On top of that, the tour was conducted about 90% in Spanish. While there is nothing wrong with that, this was not communicated in advance, and it made it difficult for us to follow along or understand which homes belonged to which celebrities.
Overall, the combination of poor communication, audio issues, and lack of clear visibility made the experience much less enjoyable than expected.

This tour was very interesting! Getting to see famous people’s houses was cool! Miami at night is beautiful! The lights and the Farris wheel all lit up so amazing to see. There was great music and the tour guide was very entertaining. I will say tho at the start of the boat ride, it’s really chaotic. They take every groups picture which I feel like could be done while everyone is standing in line, waiting. But overall, it was a very fun boat ride and definitely worth it!

I had a terrible experience with you. My friends and I were excited to watch the sunset on your boat, but it was one hour late. We waited an hour in line, and your representative was unhelpful and refused to exchange our tickets. As a result, our boat sightseeing was ruined.

It’s really cool if you want to see Downtown Miami and also the celebrities mansions. The Port of Miami is a great reference point too.

The boat tour was Ok - the boat was a typical tour boat which was fine but be prepared to sit very close to others. The sights were interesting and worthwhile to see. Our biggest complaint was that the speaker the guide used was not loud enough for those of us at the back end of the boat. We could not consistently hear the guide's comments so had no idea what we were seeing. The tour company really needs to put a speaker at the back of the boat.
Of course, toward the end of the tour they cranked up the volume so we could hear the music just fine!
