This boat ride was nothing short of amazing! Our trip started at 11pm which was perfect because we got to see the beautiful city lights and lit up buildings. We cruised all around the city and vibed to our music of choice. Marlon , our captain was so friendly and welcoming. He was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and made us feel super safe. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

This was the best experience during my Miami trip. I booked with Tómas and he answered quickly and promptly. He was the best captain. The most fun, polite individual who made sure we were ok and having fun the entire time. The best day every!

My Husband and I had an amazing time. First time experience. Relaxing and peaceful. The breeze was nice. Sam was our greeter she explained everything. Marlon was our driver he did a great job. We will book again when we visit again

Nice ride and scenery. We had to sit on the front of the yacht so we really didn’t have room for drinks or anything but all in all nice ride. Andy was a good captain

Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the experience because of the the weather but MIA boat rentar was great they did everything to accommodate us offering another day or giving us a full refund, I will definitely book again on my next trip to Miami

Captain Marlon was amazing! We had a great time touring around the isles of Miami! The boat is a little outdated but lying on the front end was relaxing. If you want to swim, you have to book for at least 3-4 hours. We only booked for two and had a little regret, but the tour was relaxing and nice!

Our charter was nothing short of spectacular! We spent four hours cruising the bay with beautiful views of the city and relaxing on the floating bed to cool off a few times. A dolphins even decided to come up and say hello right next to the boat. Our Captain, Diego, was amazing! He was so knowledgeable about the area and celebrity houses we passed and just overall so much fun! Sam was also wonderful throughout the reservation process and greeted us at the marina as well to ensure everything went smoothly. 1000% will do this again!

We are sorry that the weather prevented your trip from taking place, but we feel it is important to clarify the facts for future guests reading this review.
On the day of your reservation, the weather conditions were extremely severe, with heavy rain making it unsafe to operate. The safety of our guests and crew will always be our highest priority, and we would never ask anyone to go out on the water in unsafe conditions.
After arriving at the marina, you spoke with the marina security guard, who then contacted our team. As soon as we spoke with you, we immediately assured you that you would receive a 100% full refund due to the weather and asked you not to worry. We also explained that because your reservation was made through Viator, they process all customer payments, so any questions regarding the refund timeline would need to be confirmed with them.
Unfortunately, despite our reassurance that your refund was guaranteed, the conversation became hostile, and you continued demanding an immediate refund before leaving the marina. Even so, we approved and processed your full refund the very same day.
We respect every guest’s opinion and welcome honest feedback. However, we cannot accept reviews containing false accusations. At no point did we keep your money, attempt to keep your money, or ask you to sail in unsafe weather. Those claims are simply untrue.
Our company has proudly served thousands of guests over the years and has earned an outstanding reputation through professionalism, honesty, and exceptional customer service. We have always been extremely flexible when weather affects a trip, offering refunds or rescheduling whenever conditions make it unsafe to operate. The last thing we would ever want is for a guest to have anything less than a safe and enjoyable experience.

Excellent experience she met us on the street found us parking and was extremely sweet....the captain Marlon didn't really know English but he was extremely helpful and very sweet he took our pics for us and let me drive the boat

Must definitely will not use them the boat was nice thats the only reason I gave a 3 star but our captain was not good not sure if he was tired or sleepy I had paid for a 8pm slot was notified that I was being push back to 9pm slot I was very upset about that cause we had dinner reservations I was told I will get a free bottle of champagne for the inconvenience that did not happen. We reserve for 2 hrs he bought ( the captain yoennys bought us back 10 min earlier even though we left 10 min late we were told we would get that time. It didn't happen they scheduled back to back it does not give you enough time to get off other passengers clean up the boat and load the new passengers cause of the way they schedule you. No will not choose them again.

First, the change from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM was communicated and confirmed five days before your trip, not on the day of the reservation. At that time, we also offered a full refund if the new time did not work for your schedule. You agreed to the new time without objection, confirmed that it worked for you, and gave us authorization to proceed with the reservation. At no point during those conversations did you express that the change would create a hardship, conflict with plans, or otherwise inconvenience you. Had you indicated that the new time was an issue, we would have gladly refunded your booking in full.
Regarding the complimentary champagne, it was placed in the cooler and prepared for your arrival as promised.
We were also surprised by the comments regarding the captain. After reviewing the situation, we spoke directly with him and found no concerns during the charter. In fact, he completed multiple trips that same day and received positive feedback from other guests. While we understand experiences can be subjective, this feedback was not consistent with what was reported by other customers who chartered with him that day.
As for the timing, it is standard procedure for all charters to return to the dock approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled end time. This allows guests sufficient time to gather their belongings and disembark safely while the vessel is prepared for the next reservation. A 9:00 PM–11:00 PM charter is therefore expected to be docked around 10:50 PM so that guests can be off the vessel by the scheduled end time of 11:00 PM.
It is also important to note that your group arrived approximately 10 minutes late for departure. While we always do our best to accommodate guests, time lost due to late arrival is unfortunately outside of our control and cannot be added to the end of the charter.
We pride ourselves on being transparent, communicating schedule changes well in advance, and giving guests options when adjustments are necessary. We believe it is important that future customers understand the full context of this situation, including that the schedule change was approved days in advance, a full refund was offered, and the charter operated according to our standard procedures.

It was diesel smell all over 2 hrs i got severly ill. I m sorry but this was worst i spent around 500$.

We are disappointed to read this review, as it leaves out several important facts.
Your group arrived significantly late and heavily intoxicated. Despite this, the captain and our staff accommodated your group and did their best to ensure you had an enjoyable experience.
Regarding the alleged fuel smell, this same vessel completed multiple charters that day and received more than 20 positive reviews. Not a single other guest reported any fuel odor or issue with the boat. Our vessels are meticulously maintained and kept in excellent condition. At the time, a large commercial cargo ship was passing nearby, which was the likely source of any odor in the area.
It was also clearly explained before departure that because your group arrived late, the charter would still end at the originally scheduled time. You agreed to this before leaving the dock.
Unfortunately, after returning, the captain and our staff were met with yelling, insults, and threats of a negative review. While we respect everyone’s right to share feedback, we believe future guests deserve the full story.

There were hidden fees that were never mentioned. Overall it was a nice experience and Diego was great! Just know you have a marina fee and a captain fee.

This was a really great experience and Diego was a really great Captain. We were able to play music on the boat and dictate where the boat went within the allotted time. This was relaxing and the skyline was beautiful to see.

Absolute scam! Do not book! Paid and received confirmation well over 24 hours before my trip. Arrived to the meeting location, only for the host to inform me that he has none of my information. He was very unprofessional, and needs to do a better job of updating his availability. Instead he over booked himself, and now our trip is cancelled on spot.
