This boat ride was nothing short of amazing! Our trip started at 11pm which was perfect because we got to see the beautiful city lights and lit up buildings. We cruised all around the city and vibed to our music of choice. Marlon , our captain was so friendly and welcoming. He was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and made us feel super safe. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

The yacht was amazing! It came with a cooler with water and ice and a mat that could be placed on the water to lay on. The sound system was great and the captain was on point. Our captain Orlando was a great host. He showed us some interesting sights on the water and was very knowledgeable about the area. We had a blast and can’t wait to do this again.

It was a fun time! Come with your phone charged, food, drinks, and manners! On weekdays in the mornings it’s more of a chill vibe and as the sun goes down more people come out. You will get to see alll around Miami and enjoy your time with music and great views. Fun for solo travelers as well as groups

Very responsive agency and overall a good experience.
The boat is a bit old and few things were coming apart. No working shower nor a hose in the back. I really wanted to rinse off.
Captain took us to one spot and we kind a stayed there the whole time.

If you were to choose a captain, I’d suggest Diego ! Great captain, very personable! He’s very accommodating and relaxed! Also provided great recommendations for areas. As someone who comes every year, we tried one of his recommendations and it did not disappoint.

Marlon was a great driver and knowledgable about the area. We spent the full 2 hours and paid the extra $50 for the sunset boat cruise. Well worth it and would book again. Clean, beautiful boat (and my family grew up around boats)

Horrible! I booked a tour, paid $300, arrived on time and NOBODY knew what was going on! They kept passing me around! It was my actual birthday and I’m tremendously upset. Ridiculous service

We are very concerned and equally confused by this review. After conducting a thorough review of our booking system and transaction records, we can confirm that there was no reservation under your name and no payment in the amount mentioned for that date.
Because of this, we are confident that this experience did not take place with our company. We operate with a structured reservation system, confirmed itineraries, and direct communication with every guest prior to arrival. A situation where no one is aware of a booking is simply not consistent with how we conduct business.
We are a well established and highly reputable company in Miami, with thousands of verified positive reviews across Google, TripAdvisor, Viator, and other major platforms. Our track record reflects the professionalism and organization our guests consistently experience.
Unfortunately this appears to be a mix up with another provider.

Overall it was a nice experience . Captain would not leave till waivers are signed. However waiver website was crashing so we lost 25 minutes before he could sail off and we missed sunset -:(

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that overall you enjoyed the experience, and we’d like to clarify a few important points for future guests.
Prior to confirming your reservation, Viator contacted us on your behalf regarding the sunset. At that time, it was clearly explained that sunset experiences start at 4:00 PM, with 5:00 PM being the latest recommended departure time to properly enjoy the sunset. A 5:30 PM start time is not ideal for a sunset experience, and this was communicated before you proceeded with the booking.
Regarding the delay at departure: by law, the vessel cannot leave the dock until the required waiver is fully completed. To help avoid any delays, the waiver link is sent one hour prior to arrival so it can be completed in advance. In this case, the waiver was completed upon arrival and had to be corrected due to the name being entered incorrectly, which required resubmission before we could legally proceed. At no point was the waiver system crashing.
We do our best to provide clear instructions ahead of time to ensure a smooth check-in and timely departure, and completing the waiver prior to arrival helps prevent delays.

The experience was fabulous, exactly as listed . Clean boat , all amenities as promised were provided . We chose Diego to captain the boat and he was polite helpful and gave trivia along the way on all the homes and places we passed on route . Diego also ensured a professional demeanour that made the experience even more private for us .

I didn’t have a good experience with this private cruise. The service and overall quality didn’t match what was advertised. The trip felt unorganized, and the experience wasn’t worth the price. I expected a smoother and more enjoyable outing, but it fell short in several areas. I wouldn’t book this again.

Your group arrived 40 minutes late to your scheduled reservation. Our crew and vessel were fully prepared and ready at the confirmed start time, but due to your late arrival, it became impossible to complete the full 2-hour tour. Even so, we still extended the experience by an additional 15 minutes as a courtesy, and our captain made every effort to cover as much of the tour as possible within the remaining time.
It is important to note that you cannot expect to have a smooth and complete experience when arriving 40 minutes late to a 2-hour tour. This significantly limits both what we as a company can provide and what you as the customer can experience within the reduced timeframe. The areas where you felt the experience “fell short” were a direct result of the shortened schedule—all caused by the late arrival, not by any fault in our service or organization.
Our tours, vessels, and overall experience are exactly as advertised, which is supported by thousands of positive reviews from satisfied customers. During your tour, you celebrated your birthday, expressed happiness to our captain, and left without mentioning any concerns.
It is unfortunate to see a negative review afterward, especially when our team went above and beyond to ensure you still enjoyed your experience despite the time limitations. It is unfair when guests who arrive significantly late attempt to place blame on the company or mislead future customers due to circumstances solely caused by their own delay.

We had a great time! Boat was nice and fit 9 comfortably enough. Captain was a lot of fun! Unfortunately had to switch timings last minute because of maintenance, so we couldn't go at sunset like we initially wanted. But other than that, worth the cost.
Also just to note, captain fees are *hourly* and not for the entire trip, so that was one thing we were confused on paying a bit more than expected. Regardless still had a great time.
