I booked champagne for two in the evening. It was wonderful to say the least. The crew was kind and very knowledgeable of the area. The tour guide was witty and fun! And the music selection was superb! Would definitely recommend to friends and even book this experience again!

We had a good experience on this tour. The staff was helpful and friendly. There were plenty of spaces to sit, especially downstairs. Unfortunately, the top of the boat filled up fast, so we sat downstairs. But it was fine because the top section was uncovered w/ no relief from the sun.
This is a fun, no-frills tour, but it gets you out on the Miami water for a low price. Don't waste time booking the higher price cruises; you will see the same views and have the same experience on the $30 cruise. We also saw dolphins, which was a major highlight!

I paid extra for bottle of champagne which I never received. Employees seemed to have no idea I was supposed to receive a bottle of champagne.

It was very unclear how to get to the activity. We were late due to so much traffic, they did let us to go on the next tour but at that point we had missed the sunset. The snacks for sale were minimal. The tour was interesting seeing all the celebrities mansions and the Miami skyline. It was a nice experience, but I would not plan on going again. I thought it would be nicer.

No champagne—just $8.50 bottle of beer. Load, obnoxious music, very poor visibility—upstairs is mostly blocked and downstairs they have bright lights that preclude looking out the window. It was very uncomfortable.

Very Hard to find the departure point. No signs, the area was very crowded. We left over 30 minutes late. Staff was very disorganized , they couldn’t find our reservation, luckily I had it on my phone.

This cruise was great! It was very interactive and the host Lina was amazing. I like the way she paired the music with the homes we would be seeing. I would recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Miami. I would definitely book again if she is the tour guide. My only issue is the photographers photos. It wasn't a decent picture and very dark. But this wouldn't stop me from using this company again.

The tour was good, the tour guide was entertaining.
The experience fell short when going to get drinks they tried to charge us when we had already paid for the open bar option. They asked to see our ticket that they had already taken from us. The next disappointment from a sunset CHAMPAGNE cruise is that there was no champagne, and we were just told they had run out. Rather poor when the experience lists this in the title. Overall great tour guide made up for a poor experience elsewhere.

Show up 20mins before! We didn’t and our tickets were sold to someone else! I still gave 5 stars because they gave us tickets to next cruise which was a couple hours later. Good drinks, hot dog. No complaints. Nice tour guide

The experience was nice we went and saw the Miami skyline w/celebrity houses. A few things that kinda bummed us out. The boat pictured in the booking was NOT the boat we rode. At 7:30 the boat turns into a pirate ship and it just wasn’t the vibe we were looking for, so that was disappointing on that front. Secondly the host who was showing the houses and entertainment while entertaining, she talked about us having to tip her wayyy to much, almost like we owed her even tho you need to pay to get on the boat. Again it was a cool experience if you want the pirate ship but definitely misleading.

When I reached there , the cruise staff could not find my booking. They said the cruise is sold out. Then they called office and they rescheduled for different cruise all together( I had booked for pirate ship and got something else with 2 hours delay). Not the experience anyone will want on a christmas day. Not recommended

This was NOT a “sight” seeing cruise. It’s on a private ship and NO champagne was served or offered. Drinks were terrible, and all music was geared toward Spanish.

A little crowded but we went at night. Beautiful views very informational about the famous houses. Get there early so you can be on the top to see everything. We arrived a little late and had to sit underneath. We could still see everything but the top Wld have been a better option!
