I booked champagne for two in the evening. It was wonderful to say the least. The crew was kind and very knowledgeable of the area. The tour guide was witty and fun! And the music selection was superb! Would definitely recommend to friends and even book this experience again!

Great evening out, a nice way to add flavor to your day. Champagne 🥂 was a nice touch. Information was great, music was not too bad but could be better with the mixture. Departure was great and organized. Landing was bad...high tide when the ship came back... people had to take off their shoes and walk in the water to get to a safe area...no preparation for theses instances...a simple piece of wood or metal platform could prevent your evening from spoiling...or ending with success. Overall a good experience I would highly recommend.

My wife and I had an excellent time. The sailing was smooth and the tour guide was funny. We got to see so many things and the return back had a beautiful view of the downtown all lit up!

We showed up as directed for the sunset cruise at 6:30 (be aware it’s a long walk from the parking lot and not easy to find), only to be told our cruise had been canceled. We never got any notice.
Had to kill an hour in the boiling heat around there before taking the 7:30 one. And it was just awful. Left 20 minutes late and got back early, so our 90 minute cruise was an hour. The boat smelled awful, and there was an inch of water floating on the ground floor. Older relatives couldn’t walk up to the top floor. My pants got soaked.
Don’t do it. Find another company.

Fun and peaceful just wish the music was better . Drinks for open bar was fun even though some you had to purchase that wasn't included in package. Other then that relaxing .

If I could give this a negative 1000 I would. What it shows on the website is not what you’re getting. They over packed us and we had to stand at the back of the boat with the exhaust and that’s all you smelled. This was supposed to be romantic and it was completely the opposite. Plus the boat we were on was not the one shown in the pictures. They lied on everything besides the champagne that tasted like crap. The bar tinder was rude when I went to get a drink for my wife. Would never recommend anyone to go on here and spend any money.

Unfortunately, this experience was nowhere near what was advertised and was very poorly organised from the moment we arrived.
We were specifically instructed to arrive at 7:30pm, 30 minutes before the advertised 8:00pm departure. We arrived on time, checked in, received our physical tickets and waited in the line as instructed. However, the boat from the previous 6:30pm trip did not even return until around 8:00pm. We then had to wait for all of those passengers to disembark and for the staff to load more drinks onto the boat.
We eventually boarded at around 8:15pm, but even then the boat did not leave. It appeared that staff were still trying to bring people onto the boat from the street and were counting tickets to see if they had reached their quota. We didn't actually leave until around 8:40pm – 40 minutes after the advertised departure time.
The biggest disappointment was that this was advertised as a sunset cruise, but because of the delay we completely missed the sunset. By the time we actually left, it was fully dark. Had the boat left at the advertised time, this would have been a completely different experience.
We had also booked a package that included a bottle of champagne. When I went to the bar to ask about it, the bartender initially seemed confused and had to check his phone before realising that we had ordered it. I was then told that they had the bottle but it wasn't chilled. If a champagne package is booked in advance, I would expect the bottle to be ready and chilled before passengers board. To be fair to the bartender, he did make the effort to chill it and then brought it over to our seats, which we appreciated.
The cruise itself was okay. The views of Miami and the celebrity homes were enjoyable, but the boat was packed, which took away from the experience. In fact, people who were brought onto the boat at the last minute were told that the upper deck was already too full and had to sit downstairs. This understandably caused some complaints from those passengers.
The staff weren't particularly unfriendly, but the overall organisation was very poor. We booked this specifically for a relaxed sunset cruise with champagne and skyline views, and instead spent a significant amount of the evening waiting around before being taken out in the dark on an overcrowded boat.
The views themselves were nice and seeing the houses along the water was interesting, but unfortunately the experience did not live up to the description or what we paid for.

Unfortunately, this experience was not what I expected based on how it was advertised. The entire reason I booked the sunset boat ride was to actually experience the sunset from the water. The experience was advertised as starting at 8:00 PM, but the boat actually started at 8:30 PM, which meant we missed the sunset while on the boat. That was especially disappointing because the sunset was the main reason I chose this experience.
I also paid extra for the VIP experience, which ultimately did not feel worth the additional cost. We were among the first to board, and the VIP package included an “open bar,” but the bar was located on the lower deck. If you wanted a drink, you had to keep going back and forth between the decks. The package also stated that we would receive two glasses of champagne, which I was completely fine with. However, I saw another couple receive an entire bottle along with two glasses. When I asked about it, I was told that the entire bottle was only provided for groups of four. That felt inconsistent and was frustrating to experience after paying for the VIP package.
Because it was already dark by the time we were viewing the houses and scenery, it was also difficult to actually see much of what was being shown. A lot of the sightseeing aspect was lost simply because of the timing.
Overall, the experience did not live up to the way it was presented on the website, and I personally would not do it again. For about $100 more, I could have booked a private boating experience with another company and actually gotten the sunset experience I was looking for.
If you do decide to book with this company, I would recommend skipping the VIP upgrade and purchasing the regular ticket instead. Get there early so you can be toward the front of the line when boarding.
I really wanted to enjoy this experience, but unfortunately, it was not worth the money for me.

Our regular tours do not advertise a separate “VIP experience” as part of this reservation. We do offer a specific **Champagne Cruise** where the package includes a bottle of champagne; however, that was not the reservation selected in this case. Your reservation included the services and beverages specified in the package purchased, including two glasses of champagne.
Regarding the bottle provided to another group, the full bottle is part of the specific Champagne Cruise offering and is not included with every ticket or package.
As for boarding, arriving early does not guarantee a particular seat or deck location. Boarding is organized according to the vessel’s capacity and safety procedures, and seating is available on a first-come basis within the designated areas.
We appreciate your feedback regarding this aspect of the tour.

The boat ride was fun! The tour guide was friendly and he knew where all the celebrities lived and showed us whose house was whose. It was relaxing. The only thing i would say to change is a little less talking and more music. It only lasted an hour. My family enjoyed it.

Horrible pre-event communication. We were not told properly where to go or when, and almost missed the boat. Then when we were hastily brought over, there were so few seats left, and we had been waiting for almost an hour so would have been first. The ship itself was a pirate ship which was not communicated on the event listing- we would have made a different decision. The hosts were welcoming but could not explain why we got such bad communication. I would not book this again.

They gave our seats away that we had purchased online and when we got there to board they said the seats were full. So we were not able to ride the boat and we paid for 2 individual passes.

We would like to clarify that confirmed online reservations are not given away. Our team boards guests according to the reservation list and the vessel’s approved capacity.
Boarding closes at the scheduled departure time, and guests must at least 3o minutes early to complete check-inn as stated in our listing. Please contact us directly with your booking details so we can review the reservation and clarify what occurred.
The tour itself and the guide was wonderful however the bartenders were rude and unprofessional! I paid the money to get drinks with this and they told my husband they didn’t do that! How are you gonna say you don’t do that when I clearly bought the ticket that way! Completely ruined our moods right off the bat!! So I paid extra to begin with then had to pay extra for our drinks on tour and my drink was terrible! So we only got one drink we didn’t give them anymore of our business! I felt we were treated very poorly! Ruined our experience that they took our money and we didn’t get the service! I should get a refund since I didn’t get my drinks like I paid for!!!

This was weird and I don’t know if it’s because we booked with Viator, but there were a lot of details that were inconsistent. For example, the directions in one place said to meet under the red umbrellas but another place said beige umbrellas, so we had trouble finding it. Then they almost didn’t let us on the boat because we “needed” printed tickets instead of the tickets we were sent digitally (and no where did it say we needed hard copy tickets). In the year 2026, who has access to printing paper tickets when you’re on vacation? There was another guest who was expecting additional perks because she purchased a VIP pass, like preferred seating, but there were no additional “perks” other than an “open bar” which just meant wine and beer. Another inconsistency was the description on Viator was that this would be a “pirate ship” which is not why I booked it, but it definitely wasn’t a pirate ship. We saw that ship in the harbor but it wasn’t our boat. Then, this was billed as a champagne cruise which is 100% why I booked it, and the first champagne they gave me was clearly open from the previous trip because it was totally flat (no bubbles) but I didn’t bother with a 2nd drink because the wine on board was so sickly sweet I couldn’t drink it. It down-poured on and off the whole trip which isn’t their fault, but it just added to this being a disappointing activity. We were surrounded by influencer-wannabes which was also annoying but not their fault. All in all, this was weird because there were so many details we were promised when booking that didn’t match what this actually was. My main gripe, however, is how awful the drink options were, which sucks when you pay extra for it.

Please know that we fully accept digital tickets and do not require printed copies, so we will look into why there was confusion at check-in. Regarding the umbrellas, we explicitly specify the exact meeting point in our tour descriptions and send out a direct email before the tour time to ensure guests know exactly where to go. We will, however, keep your comments in mind and review our Viator information to ensure the vessel details—including when our pirate ship El Loro is used versus our other tour boats—remain as clear as possible.
We also hear your feedback regarding the drinks. Our inventory is managed to ensure freshness, and while our open bar is structured around specific winem champagne and beer options, we will keep your notes regarding the selection in mind.

I attended the sunset cruise expecting to enjoy the sunset views and overall experience. However, due to continuous heavy rain throughout the trip, we were unable to properly enjoy the cruise or see the sunset at all.
The weather conditions completely affected the experience, and it was very disappointing and upsetting for us. We had specifically booked the cruise for the sunset views, but unfortunately nothing was visible because of the rain.
I kindly request you to consider providing a refund, partial refund, or an alternative rescheduling option if possible.

Regarding the downpour, the weather is completely out of our hands. All guests agree to our terms and conditions upon booking, which specify that there are no refunds or rescheduling options due to weather.

The boat was very dirty. I paid for champagne, and they didn't even know what that was. There was nothing good about it... it's not worth it.

We had a good experience on this tour. The staff was helpful and friendly. There were plenty of spaces to sit, especially downstairs. Unfortunately, the top of the boat filled up fast, so we sat downstairs. But it was fine because the top section was uncovered w/ no relief from the sun.
This is a fun, no-frills tour, but it gets you out on the Miami water for a low price. Don't waste time booking the higher price cruises; you will see the same views and have the same experience on the $30 cruise. We also saw dolphins, which was a major highlight!

I paid extra for bottle of champagne which I never received. Employees seemed to have no idea I was supposed to receive a bottle of champagne.
Left 20 minutes late. The woman who described the sights was hard to understand because it was mostly in Spanish.
Very nice and informative. Not too long and not too short. Ideal to finish a wonderful day in Miami.
It was very unclear how to get to the activity. We were late due to so much traffic, they did let us to go on the next tour but at that point we had missed the sunset. The snacks for sale were minimal. The tour was interesting seeing all the celebrities mansions and the Miami skyline. It was a nice experience, but I would not plan on going again. I thought it would be nicer.
No champagne—just $8.50 bottle of beer. Load, obnoxious music, very poor visibility—upstairs is mostly blocked and downstairs they have bright lights that preclude looking out the window. It was very uncomfortable.
Very Hard to find the departure point. No signs, the area was very crowded. We left over 30 minutes late. Staff was very disorganized , they couldn’t find our reservation, luckily I had it on my phone.
Booked about 5hrs before time but couldn't make it so trident to cancel and couldn't get a partial refund that's bs

This cruise was great! It was very interactive and the host Lina was amazing. I like the way she paired the music with the homes we would be seeing. I would recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Miami. I would definitely book again if she is the tour guide. My only issue is the photographers photos. It wasn't a decent picture and very dark. But this wouldn't stop me from using this company again.
