Fantastic experience! Beautiful views of the Miami skyline and the many millionaire waterfront mansions (most of them owned by celebrities). The guide entertained us with her narrations throughout the tour. We even bought the photo they took as we boarded the boat. Highly recommended if it's your first vacation to Miami.

Our tour guide Ricky was great. Tour was a lot of fun. I don’t feel like we went to all the places it said we were supposed to go and it was for sure only 60 min not the 90 min that it stated. Aside from that, I enjoyed the experience.

My wife and I went on this cruise. We did a cruise at night, so we wanted to experience it during the daytime. We enjoyed the commentary and jokes. The drinks were good as well. We would recommend this cruise to see Miami and all of the mansions.

The place where you pick-up the tickets looks as though it is closed due to being run down. This made it difficult to find. Also, be prepared to be solicited by the tour guide for tips. The number of times this was brought to our attention made me think that tips were the only means of wages for the entire staff. Other than that it was a worthwhile tour to go on.

Nice boat tour in Miami. The weather was great…warm and mild (80) with sunshine and blue sky.
Only shortcoming was the guide did not speak clearly. He was hard to understand sometimes.

We scheduled for 6:30. As we approached the entrance we were stopped by a guy that belonged to a party boat that refused to let us in along with another group. By the time he decided to listen to us & realized we weren’t on his boat it was too late. We made the manager aware of the situation, she told us we would go on the next one @7 to just get our tickets reprinted. When we went to do that we were told it was too late for the 7pm one so we will have to do 8pm!!!
On the boat the music was terrible & the speakers didn’t seem to be working. We couldn’t hear nor understand the tour guy.
He also asked who was there for their birthday & ignored everyone that raised their hand except the one person beside him.
Everyone seemed to enjoy the ride more when he wasn’t talking & just letting everyone do their own thing.

Uber from our South Beach Hotel, report to hut with yellow flag and then climb aboard. All very easy and we had a great time with an excellent tour guide - 'Cello' or Marcello. Great value and would recommend. Take some dollars for the tip.

Drinks are really expensive trip was good but 11 beer with service fee lol. At the end for trip they tell you how much you should leave for tip when getting off boat

It’s a nice tour of the millionaire mansions on the islands around the harbour. The narrator is good and speaks in English and Spanish. Get there early to secure a spot on the right side of the boat on the upper deck. They take your photo on entry to the boat and print them while on the cruise. Then they sell them to you. There are mojitos on board and they looked good. There is a raffle on board to win things. At the end of the tour the narrator very clearly asks for a tip if at least $5 per person. Keep this in mind when budgeting for the cruise. Considering Viators cheap price, the tip is a reasonable amount to support the crew.

This guided tour was a lot of fun, you may want to be close to the narrator as he was difficult to hear due to the noise of the boat. He did speak both English and Spanish which wss a nice bonus.

Not very comfortable and pushy about tipping and selling photos. Drinks were $30 each and a coke was $13 and appetizers were bagged expensive chips. There must be better choices.
