We did not get to go the weather was so bad he did not want to give us a refund he kept saying the boat is still going out it was lightning and raining hard it was so scary I was not putting my life in danger this was a disaster and very careless of the people who own the boat so we wasted our money and did not get to go.

A terrible experience: $50 for two people, departing at 9:10 PM. The boat travels in a straight line, circles around twice before heading back the other way, circles twice more, and returns at 9:50 PM. It was sold as a one-hour trip, but the tour actually lasts only 40 minutes and is completely pointless! Avoid it at all costs.

Super fun and easy. An excellent opportunity to see downtown Miami from the water. Drinks were cheap and the experience was worth the price. Seeing the cruise ships docked was really cool

Was not able to find the place with provided instructions. Was told refunds are unlikely. Operator will try to reschedule. I spent an hour walking in the rain trying to find the meeting point. I’m highly irritated, definitely would not want to reschedule. I tried calling and email the provided information. No one answered the phone. Email address was undeliverable.

Hey it was ok for $20. Captain was very personable and good. The hostess was friendly but overall annoying. Her name was Laura (or Maria if you’re giving a bad review). She was friendly but always felt the constant need to “sing” or rap along with the music. She would also tell us certain buildings but honestly the boat never really strayed too far from where the tour starts/ends.
Again, it’s $20 so don’t expect much.
