This was an awesome experience and so much fun. Wear long sleeves and pants because the mosquitos are out. However, the guy who lead our group was so nice and friendly. This is something I would recommend to my friends over & over again!!

Great experience, but wear old clothes you will get super dirty. Ensure you bring your own goggles, scarf for your face and hair and any coverings you want to place over your shoes. The only thing they provide are helmets. They do have those other items for purchase. Other than that we had a lot of fun! Great tour guides! Drew was our tour guide and he was Awesome!

Be prepared to pay an extra $120 once you get there. The hundred dollars is a deposit hold the $20 is some kind of extra fee. None of this is explained in the initial booking when you already pay $120. Also they only accept cash and do not provide receipts for the $20 that you spend on arrival. They do have ATM however it had issues.
Outside of that, the ride was fun!

Guys don’t be worried when you drive back here and pull up. I’ll be honest 3 women alone we almost said it wasn’t worth our lives lol, but once we met everyone and got going totally fun and worth it!

I didn’t get to ride the ATV’s I was told come back the following day, they were very rude and refused to give me a refund lied and told Viator that we did indeed ride the ATV’s knowing they were lying!!

They pick you up from the Parking lot in a go cart with a teenager doing about 50mph around sharp curves and bumps. He was also rude. The tour guide couldn’t have been less interested in his job. The man was very rude. Not clear on direction. And acted like he didn’t want to be there. Kinda put a cloud over the entire experience. And it was my birthday. The ride was NOT AN HOUR long but any means. The first 35 MINUTES of the scheduled ride we were waiting at the boarding area signing paperwork and standing around. The ride was a total of 35 minutes long. And that includes all the constant stopping we had to do for the tour guide to pull people off their atv for “not following his very unclear rules”. There’s a ton of excursions to do in Miami similar to this one. I suggest picky a different glow in the dark atv ride (:
I get the sense that this is a family owned and operated business. And they all absolutely hate their jobs. Please retire your family and hire People who actually wanna be there. I mean nobody wants to really work. But customer service is important!

A bit unprofessional , some workers come off rude. Besides all that 10000/10 ! It’s a very fun experience! The atvs are FAST! It’s more fun when you know how to ride them lol. Our tour was for 11 we gt there at 10:30 and didn’t ride till 11:40 they were running behind but still very fun. I’d do it again for sure !

I requested a refund and was told i would get a refund. When i got an update about the excursion, i called because i thought it was cancelled. It wasn’t. So i then asked for a later time. The lady told me i could get a keep my reservation and just pay a $50 reschedule fee. We hung up and i received nothing stating a reschedule. I called and it appears that my number had been blocked because i could no longer get through. I’m sure the excursion is fun but i didn’t get to experience this which is disappointing.

Everything went great, we got there 30min early, which gives time to make sure waivers are done, had time to buy the equipment that we needed, deposit was given back after the atv ride as stated, the activity was fun highly recommended 10/10..

Overall it was fun, but not exactly what I expected. Most was following the quad in front of you on dirt roads through farm fields. We were here in early March so there was only one area of tall crops. That was fun! The rest was just dirt.
It’s possible that I didn’t read all the fine print, but I was surprised that I had to purchase the goggles, face mask, and shoe covers - an extra $40 (cash, per person). And we had to leave a $100 cash deposit per quad, which we got back at the end of we didn’t damage it. I’m glad I bought the goggles etc, because there’s no way I could’ve seen without them. SO DUSTY!!
Everyone was very nice and it was fun. We had a small group - only 8 people - so that was nice. They also took photos and videos along the way and airdropped them to us at no extra cost. They got some good ones!

During the rode we lost out key they dont ask u or let u know ur able to hold things at there office no lockers or anything they let us turn around mid tour to look the key nobody help n they rushed us talking bout they still got money to be made then charged me an extra 100 because we took the time to look fot our car key … on top of closing and turning off the generator n lights while we was waiting for a lock smith was just very rude my room was an hr away and me and my kid stood out there in the middle of nowhere with no lights at 12 am I understand it was my fault. The kid got lost, but they were very rude. Nasty and considerate basically said they didn’t care they still have money to be made and it still had to close down instead of you not asking if we need anything and that we could stay there, they wanted to kick us out the thing.

The atv ride was fine but they charge a 100 dollar deposit and gear of 35 usd which is not mentioned before booking this alters the experience also the atv ride is on a farm land so patrolling happens

The owners were very scary and sketchy and would not drop us off at the same pick up spot. It seemed as if this was an illegal operation as they kept saying they needed our IDs and they were police around. We did not feel safe and they dropped us off in a dark spot.

Had a great time! Lenny was great! Make sure you drive fast to keep up!! Bring $100 cash for incidentals and you’ll get it back after the ride! Loved it! I went solo by the way, there were 4 other people riding with us.

First off let me say that the experience was great once the ride actually started, the real problem was the address listed on the website was not the activity destination. I had to take 3 uber's 3 different times to find the place, after being dropped off in the middle of a field after traveling down a long gravel and dirt road with absolutely nobody around and nothing to even walk to. After being described the next address and the land mark being a traffic cone in another field to stand by, our shuttle van arrived and our problems ceased. But once we arrived at the facility the staff was very polite and friendly also very apologetic. Besides the first delima I would highly recommend had a great time.
