The ATV ride itself was actually really fun I can’t even lie about that part. Riding through Miami and being out there was a whole vibe!
But everything else, Not so great!
They advertise one price online, but once you get there, it’s a bunch of hidden fees and extra charges that they don’t clearly explain beforehand. That part felt very misleading!
Also, they told us we would get free pictures, and we still haven’t received anything! That’s really disappointing, especially when that’s something they used to promote the experience!
Overall, the ATVs were fun, but the lack of transparency and extra fees took away from the experience. Just be prepared to pay more than what they tell you upfront!

There are no hidden fees; as stated in our Viator listing, there is a $20 trail fee per ATV, as well as a $100 security deposit, which is fully refundable at the end of the tour.

I wish I could give this experience a rating below zero. It’s very disappointing to go on a trip, book an excursion in good faith, and then feel completely taken advantage of due to a lack of transparency. The company did not clearly explain all the details upfront, and as a result, they kept my money without issuing any refund.
After contacting Viator, I was told that once I received my ticket, there was an additional charge of $100 per person, which totaled $1,200 for my group. This crucial information was never made clear before booking.
I reached out to Viator hoping they would help resolve the issue, but unfortunately, they offered no assistance. This experience was extremely unfair and misleading. It seems you first pay a “holding fee,” and then are charged an additional $100 per person as a “deposit” just to participate.
Do not book this excursion. I will no longer be using Viator for any future trips after this experience.

WE are very clear about the fee but you need to read that you only paying for the reservation every company in Viator that charge 15-30 dollars is because is only the reservation if you read what is not included and the email Viator sent is clear.We wvwn call you and try to accommodate you with discounts. But we can not rent one atv one our for 15$ that is not even the gas fee.I hope

After purchasing my family tickets, we didn’t know about the other fee’s (hidden) until we got to the counter. The representative at the counter showed me the $100.00¢ deposit (which would have been deposited back to the account) per ATV which wasn’t an issue but there was an additional $100.00¢ to rent the ATV that wasn’t displayed prior to purchasing. I would be better if the fee’s are displayed upfront so customers would be aware. In addition, when the guides are taking your photos, they don’t send you your individual pictures/videos if you’re with other groups, they send you everyone pictures which is a safety/privacy concern. Our experience was not a good experience.

Was easy to get to and organized. You can buy goggles but I bought it on Amazon cheap. Rain or shine so be prepared to get muddy in the rain. The ride was fun especially because it had rained and lots of mud puddles. Fun and worth it for something to do.

I had a good time, I like the course it wasn’t too tight and wasn’t strict on the speed limit. I don’t understand the 100$ deposit tho if you pay 100$ for the course and it doesn’t include free googles. Ultimately the crew was cool, I’m bringing a bigger crew next trip.

This was such a great tour!! I really enjoyed it. First of all, GET the goggles and mask!! It’s worth it! You will need it!! I only used the goggles and I regretted not getting a mask.
I came in August and there were no sunflower fields (in bloom). However, the whole tour was really fun. I really enjoyed riding the Atv. Get ready to get dirty. There was a part that I didn’t feel comfortable doing myself and Carlos helped me.
Randy was the first person we met and he was so friendly. Carlos, Alejandro and Jonathan were the guides. Carlos was definitely my favorite! He was helpful and on top of things.
I recommend this tour!!!
