If you go all in, like we did, it is incredibly wonderful, but you will probably get wet from riding through puddles - big puddles - at full speed! Worth every bit for the thrill and fun! We went June 6th, and the guys were AMAZING!!

Awesome time, we really enjoyed it. Your guide was great as well. Only kickback is when you book there's no mention of a $100 deposit to ride ATV and you get it back once the ride is over if you don't wreck the ATV. This should be informative up front prior to booking. Other than that I have no complaints.

Nice ride around the land.... nice drizzle during the ride made it legit. The guide around the land is a Jersey native, so that was cool also. Jersey is represented Everywhere!

Watch out for additional fees. They tell you no hidden fees but tried to charge be an additional $500. The address they give you is not even where you're supposed to be. Very sketchy.

The company was very unorganized and the overall experience was disappointing. The ride did not last the full hour as advertised. There was no signage or direction on how to enter the location, and no staff member available to assist with selecting a helmet or ATV. Additionally, the staff was not welcoming or friendly, which negatively impacted the experience.

It was very unorganized. We was scheduled at 7:30PM and didn’t right till 10 something. No one took pictures at all. It was just a dusty ride playing follow the leaders. No mud puddles. We wanted to hit the gas but no you gotta ride slow. Wasting my $900 FR

The ATV ride itself was actually really fun I can’t even lie about that part. Riding through Miami and being out there was a whole vibe!
But everything else, Not so great!
They advertise one price online, but once you get there, it’s a bunch of hidden fees and extra charges that they don’t clearly explain beforehand. That part felt very misleading!
Also, they told us we would get free pictures, and we still haven’t received anything! That’s really disappointing, especially when that’s something they used to promote the experience!
Overall, the ATVs were fun, but the lack of transparency and extra fees took away from the experience. Just be prepared to pay more than what they tell you upfront!

I wish I could give this experience a rating below zero. It’s very disappointing to go on a trip, book an excursion in good faith, and then feel completely taken advantage of due to a lack of transparency. The company did not clearly explain all the details upfront, and as a result, they kept my money without issuing any refund.
After contacting Viator, I was told that once I received my ticket, there was an additional charge of $100 per person, which totaled $1,200 for my group. This crucial information was never made clear before booking.
I reached out to Viator hoping they would help resolve the issue, but unfortunately, they offered no assistance. This experience was extremely unfair and misleading. It seems you first pay a “holding fee,” and then are charged an additional $100 per person as a “deposit” just to participate.
Do not book this excursion. I will no longer be using Viator for any future trips after this experience.

WE are very clear about the fee but you need to read that you only paying for the reservation every company in Viator that charge 15-30 dollars is because is only the reservation if you read what is not included and the email Viator sent is clear.We wvwn call you and try to accommodate you with discounts. But we can not rent one atv one our for 15$ that is not even the gas fee.I hope

After purchasing my family tickets, we didn’t know about the other fee’s (hidden) until we got to the counter. The representative at the counter showed me the $100.00¢ deposit (which would have been deposited back to the account) per ATV which wasn’t an issue but there was an additional $100.00¢ to rent the ATV that wasn’t displayed prior to purchasing. I would be better if the fee’s are displayed upfront so customers would be aware. In addition, when the guides are taking your photos, they don’t send you your individual pictures/videos if you’re with other groups, they send you everyone pictures which is a safety/privacy concern. Our experience was not a good experience.
