Once inside Bayside Marketplace, head toward the Ferris Wheel across from Hard Rock Cafe. Go down the stairs to the dock and line up in front of Landshark Bar & Grill under the red umbrellas. Arrive 30 min early. A member of our Crew will check you in 15 min before departure and give your ticket.

It was everything, can't listen to bad reviews, have to come experience the thrill ride. Worth ever penny. This boat was Hella live and fun. And them dranks was on point, them bartenders was not playing 💯. Definitely will be back. And we planned it a couple of weeks and paid close attention to the weather. Awesome weather.

The boat ride was quite poorly organized. The boat ride was only an hour or maybe less. The boat was booked to board the passengers at 9:30, however, it actually arrived at 10 pm and left the docking area at around 10:16, while arriving back to the mouth of the marina at 11:00. I also must say that the playlist was not good. Some music repeated while the majority of the songs were just not good hype music for the occasion. And besides that, apparently the crew members of the Artemis managed to align all of the stars upon reentry to the Earth because you guys managed to board the stinkiest people in all of Miami on one vessel. In addition to very little time on this vessel, stinky people, horrible music, and cramped facilities. This boat ride was the absolute worst. I’ve ever experienced in Miami.

It was a good experience. I can’t give 4 or 5 stars however. The boat ride was NOT the advertised time length. It was much shorter. It was about 30 mins to 1 hour.

False advertising it is not $28, Horrible experience with the tall, chopped, bad bleached hair male worker directing boarding he was extremely rude and belittling, we paid online 28.99 dollars to board (without open bar) as advertised and when we got there they said we had to pay an additional 79 dollars to get on and out ticket was only a “deposit” and we had to pay an additional amount and when I asked for help and tried explaining we got out tickets online he said and I quote “if you don’t wanna pay you can find another boat” and pointed his hands in my face to go. Also the direction link was incorrect and took us to the complete other side of the bay.

They didn’t even let us on to the boat. And they tried to charge us an extra $100 per person to even get on the boat even though we already paid for our tickets.

Horrible and unreliable. We got to the departure location almost 45 min early, no one was on the designated booth to assist. Our plans completely changed for our weekend trip. There was no boat, no guide to assist. Almost at 10:20pm (not to sure of the exact time) suddenly a returning boat came to sight. I was told by one of the boat workers that the 9:30pm trip was “cancelled”. I was never informed about a cancellation. Neverrrrrrrrrrr! Long story short, now I have to request a refund and submit evidence to support my claim (which we have). Wasted $120 in uber (to & from) to experience a waste of our time, money, and a highly disorganized promo. Never again!

I didnt experience anything cause they canceled at last minute cause a lot of rain and cause it was only 3 people, they send us to another boat with more cover for people not to get wet, but when they saw only 3 people and couldn’t get more people to sail at 9:30 pm they cancel, we wait the whole day in Bayside cause of the party boat at 9:30 pm, now they lie to company I grabbed the tickets from, and they said they did sailed at 9:30 Saturday September 20th 2025, now I cant have my refund. This was my partner birthday weekend and very disappoint of the Aqua tour , and we are from New Jersey

There are better options. While it is exciting to think you’re going on a pirate ship, the fun stops there. The boat is not terribly pristine, which I could overlook if the experience itself was more enjoyable. I was excited to see this was one of the few boats that actually circles dodge island and you get to see all of the beautiful cruise ship terminals. However, the variety in music styles was ho-hum. I grew up in Miami and enjoy Latin music, but after a while of listening to Spanish songs I was just bored. Not to mention, there are 4 separate spaces on this boat, so there isn’t even room to actually party. I thought I’d get a party mix to bop to and I thought I’d have room to dance or watch people dance like other party boats have in the area, this boat didn’t offer that experience so it scored low on my scale.

First off we booked for 9:30pm and didn’t start moving until 10:15. The boat is definitely an older boat . The host played Latino music the entire time which wouldn’t have been a problem if you told people that in the description before you book . 2 of the songs were party songs but in no shape form or fashion was this a party boat . The host spoke in Spanish the entire time . The entire back of the boat were falling asleep .

It’s started off very late but once we got going everything fell in place. I just feel like they need to play more of different nationalities of music instead of playing Spanish music mostly. But other than that the drinks was very good.

Our tours follow a strict schedule to accommodate all guests on board, and we always aim to operate on time unless there are weather or operational issues. Unfortunately, we can’t delay departures for late arrivals, especially on the last tour of the night. We strongly recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to avoid missing the boat.

Original tone was 9:30. Wanted to see fireworks when it was dark. I received a text saying 9:30 was a mistake. It’s 10:30pm. I said what if I can’t do that time, do I get a refund. They said no either do the 10:30 or 7. No refund. That’s wrong! Your mistake!!! We ended up doing 7. To bright, no fireworks so I didn’t get what I originally paid for. Then, directions on where to meet wasn’t clear. It just said by carousel in front of Hard Rock. Well that’s a huge area! Then I booked online. This confused the ticket takers because they didn’t know what to do with a bar code or online reservation so I had to stand there while they figured out if I actually pad and was booked!!!! Visitor is just the booking agent not the actual boat. What a freaking mess! Visitor should be ashamed of itself. Such a well know tour company that I was possibly looking to use for a trip to Japan and Egypt. Now, no way!!!

It didn’t have the best music.I was expecting an adult grown and sexy vibe and that is not what we got. We were able to put in a few music requests but that’s it. They played a lot of repeat songs and the music was more generic than anything.

Beware of the agents being scammers. The agent Skyline held us up trying to get to our boat. Then proceeded to charge us more.
