Everglades Small-Group Tour from Miami with Transportation

We normally pick up from hotels in the City of Miami Beach (not Surfside, Bal Harbor, Sunny Isles) along Collins Avenue (by default from 45 street all way to 1 street), Miami Downtown at Holiday Inn Port of Miami and Port of Miami with a supplement to pay to the driver. Sometimes, when possible and as a courtesy, from different hotels and other areas. A supplement charge may be asked, depending on the location. The list of the hotels given by the system is not always accurate. You might see hotels out of our pick up area. Please inquire with the supplier for more details about pick up locations and the possibility of pick up from other areas. Please, the moment you book the activity, write down your hotel or address where you are actually staying. That will help us know your actual location, and give you the closest pick up point. Wait for the transportation outside the Hotel , by the entrance. Because we pick up from different locations, the collection time depends on how many stops we make and on the locations. We normally have only one departure per day. Pick up time cannot be chosen. The pick up time most of the times could fall between 7:20 to 10:00 am. The supplier will determine the pick up time. We could have a different time as well or an afternoon departure if the morning is full. Please contact the supplier for the exact pick up time and location. Only the supplier can give you details about pick up location and time. If someone else other than the supplier provides you with information regarding the pick up location and time, do not consider it as accurate. Please make sure to provide us with the hotel details or address before the 24-hour cancellation deadline so that we can inform the client accordingly. If the client's schedule prevents them from attending the activity, we will give them advance notice to cancel without any charges. In case we don't have this information, we will request it from the client the day before the activity. Please note that this request will be made during the non-refundable cancellation period. It is in the client's best interest to share their hotel information or schedule with us before the cancellation deadline. Otherwise, we will assume that they will be able to participate in the activity. Anyone required to report to one of our designated collection locations must cover the cost of parking, taxi or Uber fares, or any other expenses incurred to arrive at the meeting spot. Our clients must ride in our vehicles. You cannot drive to the park on your own, because the park does not allow our clients to go by themselves if you purchase our activity. Bear in mind we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, change the date for any reason or inquire about anything, you need to do it up to 2 days before the activity. You can inquire about the approximate pick up time and pick up location before the 24-hour cancellation policy , so that you have adequate time to cancel if needed. Normally we give the exact time and pick up location the day before in the afternoon. You are not eligible for a refund within the 24-hour cancellation period, no matter the circumstances (including flight cancellations , delays of anything, illness, change of date, rebooking, mistake on choosing the date, anything we are not responsible for, and so on). Total duration of the tour most of the times is 4-5 hours. Most of the times we transport in small groups up to 14 people, using elegant, comfortable, High Roof Black Sprinter Vans. The activities at the park are always in English. The driver on the way to the park will illustrate in their language, other than English, the facts about the everglades and assist them at the park. The commentaries in the vehicle might be multilingual. Depending on the day, they could be done in multiple languages.
