Put driver and guide Fancy Nancy was amazing!!' She thought of everything! She explained everything so well (meeting spots, restroom etc) and knew a lot of history and fun facts! And she was sooo much fun!

What a brilliant way to see Miami! Five adults, two small children and 3.5 hours exploring the city, and we all had a fantastic time.
Our driver Jay was an absolute star! Friendly, funny, super helpful and full of interesting facts about Miami. He kept everyone entertained and made the whole tour feel relaxed and fun, even with two little ones along for the ride!
We saw loads, learned plenty and had lots of laughs along the way.
Great tour, great guide, great family memories. Highly recommended!

My family and I had a wonderful experience on the Miami City Tours- 5 sites, 4 Stops, One Tour. The tour guide (Christian) was highly knowledgeable, and the itinerary covered all the key sights. I would have appreciated a little more time at each stop, but overall it was an enjoyable and convenient way to explore the city. Thank you.

Excellent for seeing all the sights. Tommy was a great guide and very fun to interact with. Only issue was that the bus was very packed which made the travelling somewhat uncomfortable; also dangerous because there physically wasn't room to put our seatbelts on at the back.

Jay was amazing he knew about every area we went. He was so nice to everyone he didn’t rush us. He was able to explain if we had questions which was nice. He was able to tell us the best places to go to for drinks food coffee pastries and cigars. We really appreciate how welcome we felt.

Our tour guy Tommy was excellent his presentation his knowledge about Miami. I love how he loves his city. We went into Star Island, wynwood, Havana the restaurant he recommended the food was delicious. We sample authentic Cuban coffee. We were able to get off and take pictures, I enjoyed going into Star Island. I failed to receive my souvenir once we return to the drop off spot. Make sure you remember yours.

Guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Not much walking around that day - mainly in the car. That is good and bad - good: away from the heat and see more. Bad: did not have much time to walk around.
Guide forgot to point out the Cigar making in Little Havana and I had to remind him!!! His info was good though. Maybe he needs to have a look at the proposal visiting items and remind himself. Would have given a 5 star otherwise - tourist book these tours because of the itinerary descriptions you know. Anyway, overall it was enjoyable
