It was lovely! Our guide was funny and she was gave great recommendations for food places and souvenirs. We enjoyed real cuban coffee and she offered umbrellas if you needed it and cold water. This was also the only tour bus company allowed on star island so that was a plus! Book book book with them!

We had a wonderful experience on the Miami bus tour! The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared so many interesting facts about Miami’s history, culture, and famous landmarks. The tour was well organized, comfortable, and gave us a great overview of the city. We especially enjoyed seeing the different neighborhoods and learning about what makes each one unique. This was a fantastic way to explore Miami, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Captain Clayton was very friendly and experienced in explaining things. Played upbeat fun music in the bus. The trip was informative and interesting. It was good to ride in a bus with AC - in the hot weather!

Everything was great except for one little thing that didnt granted and was the free unbrellas included in the price for the journey. When I ask for it, He told that it was available but it wasnt raining, so He didnt get to us, but I really want it for 3 thing;
1- It was included in the price in the list
2- For the heat of the Sun that it was strong
3- As a souvenir for remember if the Umbrella has any sign ,logo or picture of the travel experience.
Thats the only little thing, everything else was exceptional, the trip, the driver with theenglish/ spanish translating, the guy that organized the experienced at the begging, the stops I mean not complaining about it except in my opinion for the little thing included that i want as a shadow for the extreme Sun and to remembered.

We'd also like to clarify the umbrella policy, as we understand there may have been a misunderstanding. We do provide umbrellas for our guests to use during the tour if they are needed, whether for rain or strong sun. However, the umbrellas remain our property and must be returned at the end of the tour so they can be available for future guests. They are not included as complimentary souvenirs to take home.
We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the sunny weather and understand why having an umbrella would have been helpful. We'll also share your comments with our team to ensure we're offering them whenever they're needed during the tour.

Tommy was phenomenal. My family and I enjoyed tour. . Were we’d able to take great pictures. The graffiti walls were perfect for our boys and Little Havana had some of the best authentic Cuban food and the coffee was delicious. The weather was perfect.

This is a great way to get the lay of the land in Miami. The tour covers all the main areas and allows for time to explore at each of the spots. I would have liked it if the bus had been bigger. Some views were obstructed. The tour guide was fantastic. He kept things very interesting and gave us a bit of history about each spot. Do this at the beginning of your trip so that you’ll know where areas are and if you want to go back to them.

Great quick stop tour to see Miami. Mini bus with air con and host Captain Clayton was great. Could have been clearer on meet instructions. Bayside is a big place and at no point did it say “outside Victoria secret”

This was a great way to see Miami. We had JP as our guide and he was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. The tour was as advertised with 5 sites and 4 stops. Our 15 passenger van was clean, comfortable, and air conditioned. Great way see some of the different areas in Miami, especially in the heat. We are really happy that we chose this tour. Only thing I think that could be improved on is clarification on where to meet. My email just gave the address of the Bayside Market and I had to call the company to get the exact location.

We enjoyed our boat ride of millionaires row. However, we were booked to go on the 5 in one city tour that same morning. Unfortunately, when we checked in, the people at the check-in desk allowed other guests to move ahead of us and there was no more room on the van for us to attend the tour. We got pushed to the boat ride even though that is not what we were looking for. Very disappointed with the way thay was handled.
