I had a wonderful Miami tour with our tour guide Tommy! He did an excellent job introducing all the attractions in great detail and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable.
What made the tour special was how he played different music that matched each location perfectly — like Little Havana, South Beach, and Star Island. It really helped us feel the atmosphere and culture of each place.

JP was my tour guide and he was a phenomenal host. He flawlessly spoke in English and Spanish so the tour was inclusive. His jokes, trivia and information he shared along the tour was fun and informative. I wish I would have taken this tour on the first day of my trip instead of the last day. Saw some great highlights and got an excellent overview of the area. A quick stop in South Beach, Wynwood, and Little Havana were all interesting. Wynwood graffiti art was my favorite thing to see and I would not have known to do it on my own.

I specifically rang to request to join the tour at the first stop being South Beach as that was where we were staying. Lied told that no it would not be the first stop. Then guess where we went first, yep South Beach. So I’m unnecessarily out of pocket $45 for an Uber. Obviously very unhappy. Reached out and asked for an offer of a solution but was ignored. Tried again and was told not me “reach out to the marketplace”. I mean take ownership and help. The actual tour itself gives you zero time in each stop. The traffic was hectic but it was clear we would suffer - they wouldn’t give us extra time. 12 minutes in little Havana - get something to eat. As if that’s enough time. Go with another company - there are heaps.

We had a great time on this tour! Tommy, our guide, was engaging and knowledgeable about Miami. Nice comfortable van. This tour has an exclusive drive through experience on Star island. If you are taking a cruise out of Miami and have a late flight or arrive a day early, this is a great way to see the highlights of Miami! We took the Brightline from West Palm Beach and walked to the pick up point about 15 minute walk. I highly recommend this tour!

The experience was great! Me and my husband had a great time. The only thing I would have liked would have been able to make the stop at Miami Beach due to the construction. Otherwise the tour was wonderful and the tour guide Tyler was knowledgeable and funny.

This tour was amazing. Our guide Tommy was top tier. He was animated, knowledgeable, and knew the history of everything. We got a chance to stop at multiple locations to shop for souvenirs, take photos, and try local fare.

It’s not a bus you travel in, its an air conditioned travel van/bus, 13 people max but it was nice. The tour guy Cito was very knowledgeable and made the trip fun. The stops are short. 15-20 minutes each but Little Havana 30 minutes. You are with the same group throughout, you don’t hop off then hop on another bus. Information alone the tour was plenty, but hearing the guide from the back of the bus was a difficult. That needs improvement. For the price and duration it was worth it. Next time we will try other of there trips they offer.
