This was rescheduled due to weather and then they did not show up. In addition, I paid the total price when I booked and they said I owe an additional $100 for fuel… horrible group.

My 19 year old son and I had a great time jet skiing on Biscayne Bay. Boat picked us up in Miami Beach and took us on a short cruise to Biscayne bay to the jet skis. We were able to go as fast as we wanted. It was a lot of fun.

I reserved in advance and wasn't even able to do it because of some kind of inspection, the people through the phone i could barely understand and they were not very professional. I still haven't even been refunded. i'm overall very disappointed and dissatisfied with this rental place.

We informed you that we could depart earlier, but you told us you couldn't because you were engaged in another activity. To be honest booking the jet ski was simple and easy. When we got there it was a man who didn’t speak English so he had no way of understanding us. And then when we got on the boat and they said our payment didn’t go through so we paid them again. So we paid $190 twice. And on top of that it rained, while we were on the water, I feel like that was extremely dangerous and it could have ended worse than it did, luckily it didn’t. But the guy driving the boat was super kind and understanding. I just feel like this overall experience is a 3/10 because we had to pay twice, it rained and we had no reassurance of nothing!!!

The experience was bad from the start the day off my schedule jet ski an appointment. I received a text message saying that due to marina inspections my scheduled time needed to be moved up. I explained to the concierge that I am traveling from West Palm Beach. The time slot would not work for me. They then proceed to book me for a 5:30 pm appointment when I arrived at the Marina at approximately 5:18 PM we did not see anyone with any signs for the jet ski rentals. We proceed to call the number for a booking. I was text back and told not to call but text that’s when we was told that they called us at 5 PM no one answered so they gave our slots to someone else so I ask them. What does that mean? The person on the other line told me that I have to wait until 615 for the captain to come back and pick us up for a later appointment when it was time for us to get on the boat to take us to the jet ski the captain has the most horrible attitude that I’ve experience not welcoming very short profanity was used very very bad experience.

Nice experience . Workers great but the jet skis, some goes 23 mph. Which should be corrected because no one pays to go 20 on a jet ski.

Good morning, our contract doesn't specify the minimum and maximum speeds. We explained to you that we didn't need new jet skis and that it was factory-programmed. However, on Monday we did you a courtesy and gave you two free jet skis. We don't think your rating is fair.

Was a lot of fun knowledgeable staff! Only thing I would recommend is for them to clarify the meeting point of where Pier 1 is that’s the only thing that was a little bit confusing as the signs for the dock are small but other than that it was a great time enjoyed the boat ride and they even video taped me on the jet ski flying by!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent jetski rental experience. I booked a jetski for myself, my husband, and our three college-aged sons who are on spring break. The quoted price at the time of reservation was $465 plus tax, with no mention of additional charges.
I chose your company based on the positive reviews on your website. I attempted to find Google reviews, but I could not locate the company name. Unfortunately, after booking receipt , I found a 1-star review on Google; however, it was too late to cancel at that point.
We were instructed to arrive at 1:30 PM, but the boat did not arrive to pick us up until 2:25 PM. Upon meeting us, the captain immediately stated that we had an outstanding balance of $250, which came as a complete surprise. I found the entire team to be exceptionally unprofessional. We received less than one minute of instruction and were charged an additional $10 for temporary boat licenses. After our ride, we had to wait an hour on the boat to return to the marina. While waiting on the boat, we were surrounded by intoxicated individuals and were subjected to music containing profanity.
This was an extremely disappointing experience.

Good morning, these comments that you are posting have no basis, it is clearly specified on the website, in the ticket you received with the details of your reservation and in an email that we sent you with all the details where it details that you had a remaining balance of $ 50 for jet skis corresponding to (fuel surcharge, insurance and marina fee and the $ 10 for the licenses that are required by law in the state of Florida), we regret that you did not take the time to verify all the information before and after booking, we clearly indicated in the email 2 days before the activity to read the details carefully, it seems you did not do so, this claim has no basis when you yourself caused all these inconveniences by not verifying the information before and during the reservation, we recommend that before booking through these channels you look at the details so that this does not happen to you and that you hold us responsible for a situation that you yourself caused, it is not fair to want to harm with an unfounded comment.

It was so much fun! The experience was amazing. The jet ski was fun and the banana boat ride was crazy! The staff was so friendly and took pictures with us and made the experience even better. I would recommend this activity to anyone visiting Miami!! The tour operator was a little unprofessional, I was told to be 30 minutes early and I came a hour early to make sure I could find the location in time. And she was 1 hour late and wouldn't answer my calls or text. Until I requested a refund then she replied. But other than that it was amazing!!!

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this Miami jet ski adventure for a jet ski booking. Despite receiving an email outlining the process the night before, upon arrival, there was a complete lack of professionalism and communication about what was expected.
Firstly, there was no clear briefing on what we needed to do. We were abruptly told to go away and fill out a waiver form, which unexpectedly included additional charges and a 20-minute quiz test. This caused unnecessary stress, especially as we were left waiting in the burning sun.
When we finally returned to meet the person supposed to take us on the jet ski ride, they were nowhere to be found, disappearing intermittently. After much confusion and delay, we managed to find them by their boat, only to realize there were no life jackets available on the boat. This was particularly concerning as we cannot swim and are tourists unfamiliar with the area.
At that point, we withdrew from the experience due to the lack of trust and safety concerns. The entire process was chaotic, unprofessional, and frankly, dangerous. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a safe and enjoyable jet ski experience. They refused to refund our money causing a great concern of how legitimate this company is.

Good afternoon, your comments are totally false and the only purpose is to want to harm our reputation, it is something that does not concern us, you were given all the instructions clearly, the test that you had to do is indicated on the Web page before making the reservation, also that it has a boat included, it seems that you did not pay attention to these indications and the consequence was that by yourself you created the frustration that you describe, your entire narrative is full of lies the person who was assisting you gave you the instructions, another problem you had is that you did not have a connection to do the tests, we indicated where they could go to connect and they ignored us, they simply did not want to follow the laws and regulations that indicate that this is mandatory, we regret that people like you only come to want to harm companies with a history simply on whims, you should not be allowed to make these reviews without first being verified, that's all we have to say.

Only mirror issue was being informed that we had to take a test and get a temporary boating certificate an hour before our appointment. They were about 10
Minutes late but kept good communication, and everything went great. Very informative, helpful and really nice. It was our first time and they walked us through every step! I will definitely be coming back.
