A fun night! Like other reviews said, the open bar isn't quite worth the price upgrade, and the tour did leave late and got back early so we also didn't get the full time. It was a good time overall though.

Fun cruise! Look carefully if buying drink package!

Staff was very friendly and it was a beautiful night! The guide gave an interesting and enthusiastic narrative of the tour in both English and Spanish which was very helpful, The marketing info for this particular tour was a little mis-leading in that it didn’t clarify clearly between the “standard” and “premium” drink packages. Apparently, we unknowingly had that standard package which included beer and wine, but the selection was quite limite to just one white and one red wine. We enjoyed the tour itself and it was a good speed for taking pictures but also covering a lot of ground! Shout out to the captain for some amazing navigation and impressive docking!

We were disappointed with our experience. We specifically paid for a package that clearly stated liquor, beer, and wine were included. However, when we arrived and boarded the boat, we were informed that our package only covered beer and wine. After showing the staff confirmation that liquor was included in our booking, we were told that we would need to pay an additional $20 per person to receive what was originally advertised. We were then directed to take the issue up with Viator rather than having it resolved on-site. Unfortunately, this felt misleading and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service.

DO NOT BOOK THIS CRUISE! It is advertised as a 2 hour skyline tour and we didn’t even start boarding until about 8:20pm so we did not disembark on time and we were back at the dock by 9:20pm…that is hardly a 2 hour cruise. They also try to get you to go to vacation package seminars, which is not conducive to a relaxing cruise around the bay. When I asked for only half my money back because I obviously only received half of my cruise, they refused to. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere, there are much nicer and cheaper options than this scam.

It's not 2 hours barely 1 hr, then bounce around for another 20 min with extremely strong smell from the engine, and it's mainly in Spanish.

Our guides alternate between the two languages throughout the trip to ensure all guests are included and well-informed. Regarding the duration, the tour lasts 1 hour and 20 minutes on all regular days, exactly as listed. Only on Saturdays do we operate a 2-hour tour, which is also clearly stated in our description. Extremely bad trip. I would award a 0 star if possible. We went on time it was extremely crowded as the tour group had multiple tours organized at the same pick up point. We were given our tags. No one explained anything and we were rushed to board a boat. However, it was the wrong trip. They boarded us onto a booze trip that has 3 hours duration. All of us felt extremely uncomfortable. We didn’t realize our situation till the boat left. Once it left the security on the boat treated us like we were thieves. They threatened to call the police until we pay up for the new boat. We had to Zelle the person another 450 dollars for 5 people and we were not given any receipt. We felt threatened and extremely uncomfortable. Due to the longer duration of the new trip we had to cancel all our plans after it too. Very very bad experience. Would not recommend at all. We have double payed. Ended up on the wrong tour. Threatened and treated like we were thieves. Spoilt our entire trip to Miami.
