Everglades great tour/boat tour really good and the bus tour also good but note this ticket is a tour ticket and does not allow you to hop on hop off - it’s just a round trip - we liked it all the same it’s just we didn’t know - so a ‘heads up’ for u all

Letdown by Bus service company

Destinations were good but Bus company who were in charge of whole trip were big let down. - From the beginning it was totally let down. - No one was there to guide us and bus driver said there should be someone to help you. Finally he let us in and we were not even told where to get down to catch second part of tour. - When we managed to get to second part on open bus tour it was raining lightly and only space was on top deck with all the seats completely wet with nothing to wipe with, we stayed on as we had no option because our third part of trip would needed start by 6.00pm last elite for the milliners cruise slot. -No one on the kiosk to validate our ticket's, had find another booth to validate tickets. Overall all places are worth visiting but try and use different company. I even did online chat to check well before travelling to Miami that who will guide us what todo at end of each drop off, I was told there will be someone to guide you. Guess what we paid over £750.00 for our group and service was proper let down.

If you take the 2:30...

If you take the 2:30 excursion to the glades. You will not get back in time to do the boat tour or big bus tour. Unless it’s the week end. Excursions stop at 5

Big Bus lacks professionalism, poor management

Big bus representatives at the sight had language issues, lack of professionalism and thoroughness. There were no clear cut directions. Also the rep for the boat cruise at Bayside was extremely rude and yelling - he couldn’t look us up in his system. We have never had gone through such a lack of professionalism with tours. The Everglades bus driver was not loud enough for the guys sitting on the rear side of the bus. We bought the bundle, but no one explained clearly where we needed to go and what we needed to do.

Operator was good but we’re not dropped at the same location because we missed the last bus even we started hour earlier than scheduled. We should have been able to if we had switched millionaire’s boat first and hop on and off bus later… when we got tickets, they should have explained that and switched two remaining tickets to avoid us have to get Uber back to hotel. It’s very disappointing experience and worry some for foreigners who doesn’t speak language to encountered this problem.

3 Nice & Fun activities that must be coordinated properly in order to accomplish all in one day.

The activities were fun however Viator needs to emphasize that the customer must personally manage their own event schedule. For instance, the Everglades is the first event which is a half day event we began at 8:30 and returned to the marketplace at 2pm. The Bay cruise was already filled for the day therefore we were only able to reschedule the bay cruise to the next day. Therefore in order to complete all three events on one day requires that you check in with the big bus company asap to obtain the boat tickets and schedule it for the latest force day. The open city bus tour can be taken anytime so that needs to be the last event for your day. The big bus tour company is not affiliated with Viator and will not know your schedule tour or schedule therefore I highly recommend that you check in & obtain all your tickets for the events upon arrival.

Disappointing Event

It was raining. I called at least 3 times on Sunday to see if it had been canceled. No, it wasn't. When I made the reservation, representative did NOT say you MUST do all 3 in the same day. I clearly said we will get off carnival Celebration and then we will do event at 2pm. I said what time would we finish. He counted with me, 2,3,4,5,6,7 8 9 for 7 hours. On Sunday when we got to Bayside, the gentlemen said do tour 1st then Everglades Air boat, then the Queen Tour. We're requesting refund because I called 3 times Sunday and paid for the combo and was nit given correct information. For this reason, please honor our request for refund. Please and thank you very much.
