Starting at 11:00 AM from Stop #1 - Bayside Marketplace Island Queen Cruises is located inside Bayside Marketplace through the main entrance straight towards the water. The ticket booth is located next to the music stage in the center of the mall and near Trade Winds Bar and Grill. Please arrive at the ticket booth 30 minutes prior to departure to receive your boarding passes – Ensure to have exchanged your voucher for a valid ticket from a member of Big Bus Staff.

Such a pleasant way to see Miami. You really need to be on the upper deck to appreciate the tour. Narration available if wanted.

Just get the boat tour. The bundle is not worth it, earbuds on the bus are glitching and it’s not really a tour, busses run all day and there’s an option to hop on and off but this particular bundle doesn’t allow that, so you are just riding a bus for 2 hours depending on traffic. Boat experience is pretty nice though on its own.

We have booked for Bus and Boat tour via Viator. But upon arrival boat tour team denied our booking stating that we have to reserve slots separately with big bus team but it was not mentioned in the Viator website.

The bus could accommodate my mobility scooter. I love letting someone else do the driving. I love listening to the history and cultural background of the various communities. I like there was some shade on the top.
I wish there was more fans and ventilation on lower deck.

I would not recommend this to anyone. We got off the ship from a cruise with the anticipation of being able to store our luggage under rhe the bus since last year when I did this tour people were able too. We showed up and were told that we could not so I had to cancel but due to being within the 24 hour I lost out on my refund. Do not book this tour because they do not work with you at all. I have booked several in the past but will never again.

The boat tour was fun and exciting. The commentator who provided information about the million dollar homes, Miami, etc did a wonderful job.
The bus tour was not as exciting due to the fact that the information provided was done through a recording in which you had to insert earbuds. It was not as personal and I didn’t know which landmarks were being discussed as we rode along. The bus driver gave me the impression that he did want to be bothered when asking questions(ex. location of the earbuds. )There were no directions given about what to do as you boarded and what would take place afterwards. This was disappointing because I would have loved to learn about the different neighborhoods in Miami.

The cruise employees were unfriendly and wanted to charge us for the photo advertised on Viator’s site. When I said it was advertised as a few photo, they stated that they are not affiliated with Viator. The person checking us in for the cruise was actually rude. The bus tour I believe was advertised either as 60 or 90 minutes but lasted 130 minutes. I’m not sure where the miscommunication is coming in at but it should be corrected before you continue with advertising.

I was told that the pickup would be at Soundscape Park at the public bus stop, and I didn't see the bus. So I went across the street thinking that I was in the wrong location, and then I see the bus show up. I tried waving at the bus, and the driver saw me, and then left. I tried getting a refund through viator, and it was declined.
This pretty much ruined my day. The good news is that a different tour company was across the street, and they took care of me, and I got on another tour from a different company.
I won't ever use Big Bus Tours again. They give you a desolate bus stop with no real indication if you're at the correct spot, and no professional sales office near by to ask any questions to verify your pickup spot, and if you make a mistake, you will lose your money.

We were on the top part of the bus which was open to the outside weather and let me tell you it was hot! But, the bus I do believe was having issues of its own. It seemed to struggle going up inclines, the bottom of the bus where the passengers were sitting was just as hot as the outside. The poor driver was sweating his “ssa” off. We rode around in circles due to bad traffic I believe that was the only thing that saved us from catching a flame. We saw some pretty cool areas. The bus did ride smoothly though.

Hello James! Just a quick note to let you know that keeping the downstairs cool on our open-top buses can be a bit of a challenge, as the fresh air often escapes through the stairwell. We do have air conditioning, but it works differently than in a standard car. The open nature of the bus creates more of a refreshing breeze rather than a strong cooling effect downstairs. Lack of communication from the Big Bus Tour folks in relationship to the bus tour. Definitely ask them about it and get your bus tour ticket and time assignments first. We assumed the boat Tour was on the stop and by the time we spoke with someone we had done the bus tour and realized you should probably book and do the boat tour first.

Though our tour time was scheduled for 1:00pm, the bus came 50 mins after 1:00pm. Because of this delay, by that time we reached the millionaire row cruise trip starting point, it was already filled in and did not get a chance to go in.

Had a great time with a friend visiting. We took a bus tour and cruise in Miami, but it rained, so the cruise got canceled. Managed to get a refund through Viator, which was hassle-free. Loved the service and will use it again.

The tour itself is ok 3/5 nothing special. I had a problem with either Viator or them, as I booked a 2 day ticket but the booking was wrong somewhere in the process, they didn’t honor the second day and didn’t let me board the bus. I believe Viator webpage does not send you to the proper tour on the app

I loved exploring the different neighborhoods of Miami, especially the South Beach area, I felt very safe on the bus. The boat ride was spectacular, I liked the bar on the boat, the view of the city of Miami from the boat and see the houses of famous people. I had such a great time!
If you plan to ride on top of the bus, bring a hat and sunscreen.

I frequently travel with my mother (79) and we have gotten into the habit of riding the Hop-on bus tour in all major cities. It really is the best way to get an overview of the destination, and to learn a little history of the location. The Miami bus is the first I've encountered with pre-recorded narration (and free disposable headphones). I enjoyed the presentation, which was actually synced well with the sites and had musical interludes. The downside of not having a live guide was the inability to ask questions or get additional information.
The boat tour was well-organized and featured a live guide (and a bartender!) The boat was spacious and the restroom was very clean. I didn't care for the "raffle", which was basically a cover for a promotional company to obtain valid email addresses, but I wasn't pressed to participate when I declined. Props to the bartender, Lunes, for hooking me up with an iPhone charger when my battery was down to 21% and dying fast.

Very lousy staff service ignoring requests and very ill informed and unorganised staff..spoke very little english other than spanish? This is a tourist destination no?
No crowd control and free for all on boarding big bus.No line ups or guide onto how we board and which order we board.Many arguements with tourist on who is to board first.Very unpleasant experience!

Do NOT book this trip for $40. My booking went through, but the voucher produced an error when scanned at the Big Bus tour booth. Even after I re-downloaded it, it still gave an error "no booking exists". The guy charged me $69 for the same tour at the spot, which is $29 more than the original booking. I requested the $69 refund from Viator. Overall bad experience with the booking itself. Enjoyed the tour.
