We had a spectacular time on our Miami tour. Out stops included South Beach, Little Havana, scenic stop to take pics of the Miami Skyline and a boat trip from Miami to Miami Beach. It was wonderful and our driver/tour guide was fun and informative. Johan was great and we highly recommend taking this tour.

They took my money and I didn’t go on the tour. I was told to be at the pick up spot at 10:00 am , I was there at 9:45 , no bus. I messaged the company at 10::15. After going back and forth with the representative she told me that someone called me, no one called my phone never rang. Then she said they left what you want me to do. I said provide me a tour or refund my money. Nothing happened . I bought 3 tickets and got nothing.

DO NOT BOOK ON LINE DURING LOW TOURIST MONTHS OR YOU WILL BE CANCELLED BY NO ONE THERE TO REFUND YOUR PAYMENTS. Go to the Market Place and there are a dozen manned kiosks there to help you decide what is best for you and usually depart hourly. Prices vary but you will not get canceled without any issues. Tours are great, informative and friendly. Have a great day!!!

Bring a hat! It is a completely open air bus tour. Ari, our tour guide, was great, but when in an industrial area, we couldnt hear her over the microphone because of all the traffic/construction noise.

I reserved this over a month early. Was told I had 24 hours to cancel and about 10 minutes before the tour was supposed to begin they cancelled it. This was an all day tour we were on vacation and had nothing planned for a full day. I’m still waiting for my refund

It was a bad experience because our tour got canceled but it got canceled after we left our hotel to go to the tour and not a day before. If we knew there might be a chance that it would be canceled the day before we were able to make other plans just in case but we did not know so we did not have any alternatives.

Firstly, our guide was great, really informative and I loved the city tour aspect. Some nice time at leisure in Little Havana for lunch. Had the tour ended there, I would have given 5 stars. However we then went in to Bayside for a boat trip, where our guide left us. It was not made clear when booking that we would be expected to find our own way back to the start point following the boat trip. In the end, I decided to skip the boat trip and get back to the hotel, otherwise it would have been after 5pm before returning. No regrets.

I would not recommend this tour based on several aspects. The bus is an open air configuration with no lower (covered) option. On a hot sunny day this becomes unbearable since quite a bit of time was spent in traffic jams. We never saw Coconut Grove with no explanation. The guide had a very heavy accent and was difficult to understand most of the time. The wait between the bus tour and the boat ride was too long. We spent nearly an hour waiting in line in the hot sun. Lastly, two simple bar drinks on the boat (rum and coke) were $60!

The bus tour was fantastic. It covered all of the sights and neighborhoods that we wanted to see. Little Havana was the highlight for us. The food was sensational. On the boat tour, they had everyone seated at the back of the boat facing outward. It felt a nit cramped. We were able to roam the boat which allowed everyone the opportunity to find a spot that better suited. For the areas toured including the boat trip, it was well worth the price.

This was the best tour I have ever been on! Not only did it thouroughly cover so many sites but we got to stop and explore most of them. We had over two hours at Little Havana. The Tour guide was awesome, it felt like a personal tour! And it included the Boat tour. Such a good deal!!! If I go to Miami again, I will definitely be taking this tour again!

Extremely Disappointed – Tour Cancelled Last Minute

I would give zero stars if I could. We booked a city tour with this company well in advance and were genuinely excited to explore the area. However, just ONE HOUR before our scheduled tour, we received a last-minute cancellation notice with no real explanation and no effort to accommodate us on another tour. We had rearranged our entire day around this experience, and their lack of communication and consideration completely ruined our plans. There was no courtesy call, no alternative options provided, and no sense of responsibility. This is incredibly unprofessional and shows a complete disregard for their customers’ time. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you want a reliable and respectful tour experience.

Really enjoyed the ooen top double decker bus. The guide was knowledgeable and make sure to explain everything in English and Spanish. We stopped in Little Havana, which is always fun. Then the harbor boat tour was fantastic. Again the guide said everything in English and Spanish. He pointed out interesting things. The boat comes back to Bayside Marketplace which has many great shops and restaurants.
