Nice boat ride - more like an 1 hour

It was a nice boat ride and seeing the millionaire homes was a treat. The boat tour was more like 1 hour. The tour guide did her best to describe the houses but many times I couldn’t tell what house she was referring to in order to take a picture. Cash bar on board which was nice.

Could have used a better description of where to park and where to meet at the boat. It’s a very busy place. Enjoyed the tour. We sat in the front row and one particular person kept standing in front of us to take pictures even though she was told not to. You might want to sit a few rows back.

The tour guide was good. However they did a sketchy raffle on board that asked for personal contact information. They also took photos of everyone and then tried to sell pictures during the cruise,

Miscommunication as to start time

Viator stated the Millionaire Boat Tour would start at 11:30. The tour operator said the earliest boat tour was 12:30. So we wasted an hour. The loud music played during tour was annoying. At least the weather was gorgeous.

I have a mixed review about this excursion. I enjoyed the boat ride for itself for the most part and it was interesting to see some of the beautiful homes and the yachts and even the cruise part was interesting to me. But personally the time and money that it's spent just to get to the place versus the amount of time that it lasted was probably not quite worth what I got out of it. So it might depend on how close you are to the Venue to whether you would want to jump on and go do it the other thing that was a mix for me is the music was way too loud for me I am nearly deaf and it still was just beating on me like a stick. Having said that it was kind of fun when they played the appropriate music to the person's house we were going past so take it in to consideration the price was reasonable the boat was fine it's just not that much to see for the time that you're out there. It was a nice chance to see the skyline from the water too though so yeah I would say it's probably worth going especially if you're staying not too far from it.

The tour guide had a very thick accent and it was hard to understand her. Wr could not see what she was pointing at, she stayed up front behind the counter the whole time. Wr missed a lot of what she said. Also the tour turned into a dance party and karaoke which was nut the experience we wanted.

The details for where to board were incorrect. I walked all the way to the place mentioned to meet and they told me that for today, the location was down road because it was a private ship. Hugh inconvenience. Also, the yacht we took is not the yacht advertised

We arrived 15 mins prior to our booking 5pm, and try to check in to find that they are not going to accept us coz they oversold on their website and pushed us on the 6pm boat . Very disappointing and very unprofessional of them, as we were excited to take the tour along with sunset but left with just disappointment.

Wasn't a huge fan. The boat was over crowded. Couldn't stand to actually see the houses, had to sit in the middle area. Waste of money. The crew was nice, but they allowed way to many people on.

Nice tour, arrive early, avoid the raffle

Great tour with lots of celebrity homes! It was a little crowded. We got to the meeting point at least 30 minutes early but didn't get the best seats. I'd recommended 45 minutes early. They also had a raffle for a "free cruise". A quick search online found it was a major scam for a timeshare.

It’s a Vibe Mansion Tour

We arrived early and ate at the Land Shark right next door. Our trip was at 2:30 but we walked to the dock at 2pm and were the 3rd party in line. We were greated by a gentleman who asked the name on our reservation and asked to see our tickets. He came back over with a receipt for us to give the Captain as we boarded the ship. We stood in line until around 2:20pm when we started boarding. They did have each of us stop and pose as a family for a picture they print and sell you on the boat. It was $15 and turned out cute so we purchased it. We sat up top under the open cover where the sun was not bad and we could see everything. The boat left the dock around 2:45pm. The guide was funny and told jokes as she spoke about the mansions. My kids were shocked to see Diddy’s mansion 🫣. The cargo loading was cool to watch at well. Overall the vibe on the boat was great. They kept it fun and interactive. We could have rode around all day with them. We got back to the dock around 3:45pm.

Timing

Enjoyable cruise, however it was over an hour late. We booked online an 11:30 trip and when we arrived with an antsy toddler the workers said we would board at 12:30. The boat didn't leave the dock until 12:50. We definitely felt like they didn’t stick to the schedule because they were waiting for more passengers to show up. Difficult to wait over an hour with children when we purposefully booked nearly slot.

The tour provided by Aqua tours Miami, changed time of our tour by an hour without letting us know. They added time change to reservation fine print, without notice by email with any notice of time change. We missed check out time at hotel and had other problems this delay created.

Disorganized, dismissive staff — tour guide was the only highlight

I booked 11:30 AM tour only to find out on arrival that 11:30 was check-in, and the actual boat didn’t leave until 12:30. Not a dealbreaker, but it would’ve been nice if that had been made clear upfront. I arrived around 11:10 AM and tried to check in at the booth closest to the boat. The staff member literally shushed me, held up his finger while watching a guy look at a flyer. No “one moment,” no acknowledgment—just a full-on dismissal. I gave up and walked around until I found another booth where a far more helpful woman told me boarding would start at 12:15 and pointed out where to line up. Speaking of the line: no setup, no signage, no crowd management. It started drizzling and th staff didn’t seem to care we had no cover. When boarding finally began, a woman was aggressively trying to force every passenger into taking a staged “captain hat” photo to upsell later. I tried to politely skip it, but she yelled at me in Spanish for attempting to walk past. I explained (in English) that I didn’t want a photo and was fine waiting for the people ahead of me. She kept shouting in Spanish anyway. Multiple guests around me said they didn’t want pictures either, but she pressured everyone. When it was finally my turn, I walked off—and she yelled again. Not exactly a warm welcome aboard. I mentioned it to the captain as I boarded, and he just shrugged. On the boat, the seating was uncomfortable, especially in the uncovered areas where the benches and chairs felt like an afterthought. The one genuinely good part: the guide who narrated the celebrity homes. She was engaging and clearly knew her stuff. If the rest of the operation matched her professionalism, this would’ve been a totally different experience. Overall, the tour content itself was fine—but the disorganization, lack of customer care, and outright rude treatment made it hard to enjoy. I wouldn’t choose this company again unless they seriously improve their staff training and guest experience.

The bilingual trip would only be enjoyable if you like loud latin house party music. Also, I wouldn't say it was truly bilingual. There was only one language that the 1st mate was competent speaking.
