Fantastic combo But nothing was explained, We got on the bus to the Everglades,no problem,when that finished there was no explanation as to were to pick the boat up for the island cruise.All the driver was worried about was the tips, as he mentioned it a few times Great value for money, but needs to be a bit more clear.

Poor communication

We booked this 3 part tour and only got one part of it. The guide did not speak English despite booking an English speaking option. When trying to contact operator, got no response. We paid for 3 things and got one only. We tried also to “hop on” the bus and were told our QR ticket was invalid.

Recommend buying activities separately because the organization isn't there, and the Big Bus staff are unpredictable, many very rude and short and snub you away. Don't know what you're going to get.

Bad timing

You had three items booked, when only 2 can be done in that time. It was 4 hours. The Everglades trip is 4 hours along so we missed that. I will book with the direct venue from now on

The Everglades where ok

We only could do the Everglades tour which was ok. Take a long drive to there and a earlier departire would be desireble. No customer feedback or support even after a fee messages. No flexibility regatding the tours.

Completely misrepresented the tour - Paid for 3 Activities and got 1

Completely misled. The tour told us to arrive at 2pm. Showed up the 15 mins early they tell you to to be told that pickup is actually at 2:35. At 2:45 we went to Everglades and returned only to find out the bus ride should have been taken earlier in the day and the bay cruise was closed, so paid for three activities and could only do one and refused to help. I wouldn't recommend at all based on their misrepresenting everything. We were never told to show up earlier. When I asked for a partial refund because we only did one activity, it was denied.

I liked my experience mostly the everglades part . It was so nice seeing them in nature. Plus because of the time we couldn’t complete the tour . It was late for the cruise . And when I called the agency the next day they solved the problem immediately and gave me a chance to complete the tour .

Do not use for bus tour

The Everglades part was great and German, our guide was fantastic! The Island Queen yacht tour was also a relaxing and informative tour. The bus portion was absolutely terrible! It was NOT what was advertised and was a complete waste of time and money! Use a different company, for the city bus tour.

too much for a single day experience

I didn't realise when I booked this that it was in fact 3 separate tickets We were on the 9am trip to the everglade, which got us back to Bayside for 2pm, but were given a 3pm ticket for the boat tour. Thankfully the boat staff agreed to change us to 2pm, then we had to be on the 4pm HOHO bus, which as it was the last bus of the day we could then not get off, we just had to stay on the full route. It was a busy day, and whilst each element was a good experience we could easily have not been able to do the HOHO bus if the boat people hadn't agreed to change our ticket. I'd recommend picking 2 of the 3 experiences if, like us, you only have one day in Miami. I would skip the everglades, its a long coach journey for a 30 minute boat ride, you will see more by hopping off the bus

Three tours in one day. Almost a good trip with Miami

Good experience for us. Easy booking and tours are very informative. Our cruise ship arrived early in the morning. Flight going home is at 8pm. We are able to do three tours in one day in Miami. The only inconvenience is the boat tour timing. I hope they are more flexible instead of only 5pm and 6pm two options. We ended missing our flight after the boat tour ended at 6:30pm.

I purchased 3 packages, Everglades tour average, driver extremely great, bus terrible experience long drive no air conditioning, same thing with the bus for Miami tour, the boat tour average, tips were solicit every were some that should be left to guest discretion, you are Miami ambassadors and over all I believe there is a lot of room for improvement taking in consideration that you have an international clientele
