- Passenger Weight: Combined weight of all passengers must not exceed 490 pounds (220 kg). Maximum weight per passenger is 250 pounds (113 kg). Exceeding these limits will result in one passenger being excluded, with no refunds.

Airplane experience was a 10/10. I don’t remember the name of the Pilot but we had a great time and everyone was super friendly. They should upgrade the waiting room but beside that it was an amazing experience for Valentines day

You have never experienced this airplane tour. Claiming you felt unsafe in a brand-new aircraft that you never boarded is misleading. As clearly noted in the tour policy, no-show or same day cancellations are non-refundable. We take safety very seriously and stand by our excellent track record.

We got there 40 min before time and after 30 min they acknowledged we were there and welcomed us. Then he told us to wait another 30 min because of the weather (fair) and after 50 min no update or anything, we began to ask someone for help. They found the guy and he said we couldn’t fly today, because of the weather. Then we would schedule another day to fly on, he has us waiting for another 35 min. After the 35 went by, we asked again for him. The worker found him, he apparently went working on a seat in an airplane, while we were waiting for him, to give us another day.
in conclusion we got a full refund, because they didn’t have a time for us the day after. So we spent almost 3 hours for nothing and wasted our holiday. No respect for tourist and their time in miami.

This is well worth it. They are up front about the prices in the description and the staff there will ensure that all your needs are taken care of. I love the champagne and the pricing for that is also reasonable. Out pilot was a lady who talked to us and let us know about the areas. I’ll definitely be booking again. Was a little bummed. Half the time I fought with. R headphones and mic because they kept cutting out which meant I didn’t hear the captain at all. Thought we were going to go down the coast line but as soon as we reached the tip of the shoreline we turned around and went back.

You bought the 30-min South Beach & downtown flight, therefore the route flies over this specific area.
