Discovering Maui’s Landscapes and Legends

Our Road to Hana tour was a great experience, with the Black Sand Beach and sapphire-blue water standing out as a highlight. We also stopped at a waterfall where we took a swim — the water was ice cold but refreshing — and it made for a fun break in the drive. What really made the trip special was our driver, who shared stories of Hawaiian myth and history along the way, as well as insights into the local plants and flowers we were seeing. Both the sights and the storytelling gave us a deeper appreciation for Maui’s beauty and culture.

Placed on an 11 hour tour with a 13 month old baby!

The driver was great! However, we were placed in a tour with a family with a 13 month old baby that cried throughout the 11 hour tour. This despite the guide reaching out to his supervisor to suggest they place that family in their own tour! We have been on numerous Viator tours but this may have been our last. In fact, we should get a refund for the inconvenience!

We don't look at a booking with infants as if they should be placed on a private tour. This is what you are suggesting. Airlines also cannot place families with infants on a private flight.
