I set this up as a surprise to my wife and kids. This was our first time to Hawaii. My wife asked are they going to give us Leis when we get off the plane? I said NO that’s only in the movies. So imagine her surprise when we were walking to luggage and the lady was holding a sign with our names and Leis. The Leis were beautiful and couldn’t have been any prettier.

My wife and I had the most unbelievable time on the Road to Hana thanks to Alec and his truly unique tour. From the very beginning, he treated us like valued guests rather than customers, and that alone set the tone for an exceptional day. Alec took us to incredible stops and hidden gems that most tours don’t even know about. Every moment felt special—whether it was exploring the bamboo forest, tasting the most delicious banana bread, enjoying fresh pineapple, or stopping at breathtaking spots perfect for unforgettable photos. His photography skills alone are worth the trip! What stood out most is how genuinely passionate Alec is about what he does. You can feel it in the way he tells stories, the care he puts into the journey, and the thoughtfulness behind every stop. Many tours do the typical Road to Hana route, but Alec made the experience feel personal, exclusive, and truly unforgettable. James was our guide and he was wonderful. Super friendly and very communicative. We loved how he was accommodating to our needs and thorough in his briefings to prepare us. Once in the water we had a beautiful experience snorkeling and hanging out with the turtles. The icing on the cake was the fab pictures he provided us to remember our experience.

This is definitely a must do when you are here. It will be something that you can look back on for years to come. Solomon made it so fun and easy to take these pictures. Believe it when they say dress warmly, but in layers. The sunrise was magical. It was a tad chilly at the top, but they loaned backpacks for clothing as you shed those layers. The only drawback to the trip was not being able to ride all the way to Haiku, as there have been regulations passed barring bike tours from riding through Kula, so we had to get back in the van and driven to the next permissible area. Private bikes are allowed though. It was an exhilarating ride for me, only one minor “huli”, but I would recommend this trip to others.

Our photographer (Sara) was wonderful. We had a family session that included two young boys (11 and 8). Sara was very helpful, kind, and a professional. She interacted very well with our children, took candids, and beautiful family staged pictures. We also had a great experience with Frank to setup the session and purchase photos afterwards. Great experience overall! Would highly recommend! Grateful for the captured memories!

Great experience! Confirmation calls were greatly appreciated. Pick up sand drop off to and from airport experience was great! Drivers and operators used name throughout the Tripp and calls. Smooth, comfortable ride. Thank you for making our trip to this new place wonderful!

Great experience! They were waiting for us at the bottom of the escalator before baggage claim. Wonderful welcome, friendly, took a few pictures and offered great guidance for us to pick up our rental car. Easy- convenient- and great customer service! Highly recommend.
