The show was great, fun and entertaining, the venue is beautiful right off the ocean with great sunset views. The food is tasty, however, I’m giving a 3 star review because I’m not a fan of the family style dining with a group of strangers. I can understand that it gives you the opportunity to meet people, however, it introduces the challenge of splitting dishes with a group of people you don’t know. I would rather have my own plated food rather than sharing with others. Everything else is great. This does make it less desirable.

Fire dancer is the last act. The food was much better than most luaus and I liked that it was family style instead of buffet. Felt like it was dragging out at the end but overall a pleasant experience. The drinks were not good.

I took my teen daughters to this and it was entertaining and a night of fun! They were engaged and enjoyed the dancing and the food. All of the drinks (except one) were offered as alcoholic or nonalcoholic, which was also great to give a selection to those of us not drinking that evening.

Very fun experience but small children may find the length of the luau difficult.
Performers were excellent with lots of energy and talent.

Really enjoyed the show and the views. It was easy to book and navigate. Servers were nice and helpful. Plenty of drinks. We booked premium seats but were not really close to the stage wish we were closer and the other draw drawback was food. I didn’t enjoy the dishes much the mains particularly, also found the quantities really small for 10 people especially the starters and salads.

Heavy rain during our vacation so it got canceled. We rescheduled and still raining so they moved it indoors. It was still a great show! Nicest staff ever! Recommend this to everyone!

They had to move it indoors because of the weather but it didn’t stop them from putting on a great show. They were energetic and gave us a great history lesson:) the food was so good, especially the kalua pork:) our table guests were very nice. The only thing I can criticize was the sound quality. We had no idea what the lady telling the stories was saying most of the time. We knew we wouldn’t get a fire show inside BUT after the performance they did give us a fire show out towards the lobby. It was really cool to see the dancers talents

The experienced and friendly staff went above and beyond during a the challenging Kona storm. They dipped it inside, but the program was still EXCELLENT. Open bar, appetizers, several local vendors with handmade products, and a couple activities of tattoos and flowers in our hair made for an active pre-game to the evening! Following all this fun was a HUGE family style meal of local favorites. Just delicious!!! The star of the show though were the ladies and gentlemen with their engaging storytelling, authentic music, singing, and of course dancing!!! One of the most interesting and skill filled group of people ever seen. To top off the night, a fire dancing display… could not have been more fun! Mahalo ohana!!!

It was very expensive.
The upgraded seating is not worth it.
Nice back drop. Nice show.
We valet parked for an additional $70 and they wanted a tip also…
It’s a long walk up hill back from the event.
Had to stand in a long line for drinks.
All in, spent about $750. Wouldn’t do it again. There are a lot of things you can do for $750 that would far exceed this event!

Great experience! Great show! Food was delicious! We are family style with others at the table. Standard seating was just fine, no seat is a bad seat. Free drinks, tattoos,leis! It was a long walk from the parking lot. Ask for a golf cart ride if you have mobility issues

It’s about what I expected. Nothing bad at all, but nothing exceeded expectations. It was a neat experience, but I personally won’t do another luau. Good food, ok drinks, and in my opinion it felt more like a performance than actually being immersed in Hawaiian culture.

Great ambience, food is OK, not great. Drinks (alcohol) taste like syrup; service is very good and attentive.
The hula dance seems repetitive although the dancers really tried hard to entertain.

Garage parking was easy. But directions from the garage to the dinner was a bit difficult. It wasn't easy finding our way through the resort.

They have small activities early on like putting a flower in your hair and getting a tattoo on your body. Those are fun and make sure you go to those stations before the event begins. I loved the storytelling and the brakes were short. Overall, one of the best luaus I’ve been to. I wouldn’t upgrade to pay for the premium seats because there is literallyNo bad seat in the house. It’s a smaller venue so you get a pretty good view from any seats. There are lots of great photo opportunities spots nearby as well.
