- 1. This is an adventure. Ocean conditions vary and may be rough. Participation may not be suitable for everyone; boarding of physically challenged individuals is at the captain’s discretion.
- 2. Not recommended for guests with back, neck, knee, hip, or other joint problems, chronic pain, recent injuries or surgeries, or severe motion sickness. No refunds for seasickness; prevention is best with over-the-counter remedies.
- 3. No expectant mothers.
- 4. Children must be 5 years or older.
- 5. Routes, destinations, and snorkeling are subject to change without notice due to weather and ocean conditions.
- 6. Cancelled tours are fully refundable or gladly rescheduled.
- 7. “No shows” or any cancellation within 24-hours of check-in time is subject to a 100% charge of the total fare including tax.
- 8. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
- 9. Mobility aids such as canes, walkers, crutches, wheelchairs, etc. are not allowed on board.
- 10. We do not land on shore.
- 11. Non-swimmers are not allowed in the water.
- 12. Full-face snorkel masks are prohibited. Only traditional two-piece masks and snorkels may be used. For safety, please avoid snorkeling within 24 hours after arriving from a flight over 5 hours
- 13. If you do not have your daily or prescribed medication with you, i.e. inhalers, EpiPens, diabetic medication, you must reschedule your tour for another day.
- 14. No smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes.
- 15. You should bring your own towels, sunscreen, a light jacket and camera. We will provide everything else.
- 16. All tours are barefoot. Shoes must be removed before boarding, with orthopedic/diabetic exceptions at the captain’s discretion.
- 17. Per our liquor license, guests may not bring alcohol. IDs are required for age verification. Intoxicated guests will not be served and may be denied boarding. Alcohol is served only after snorkeling on applicable tours.
- 18. No coolers or drones/unmanned aircraft are allowed on-board.
- 19. Spray/aerosol sunscreens are prohibited as a safety hazard. Please use reef-friendly lotion sunscreens instead.
- 20. Marine toilets clog easily. Only flush human waste and the toilet paper provided.
- 21. Please use the designated gravel parking lot.
- 22. All complaints of harassment or assault, and any suspected illegal activity, will be reported to the proper authorities.
- 23. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet health, safety, or policy requirements.
- As a company that puts sustainability at the forefront of goals, we request you bring your own reusable water bottle with you on tour.
- Child rates apply to ages 5-12, and adult rates apply to ages 13 and above.

The crew was professional and courteous they took amazing care of my bride and ii. Unfortunately Mother Nature beat us up pretty good the sea was heavy! However feeing as poorly as I was the north coast was amazingly beautiful. We highly recommend holo holo they were outstanding.

We thoroughly enjoyed this trip, we connected with people we will never see again, could not stop laughing from minute to end. The crew were absolutely amazing, serving us drinks, food and entertainment of their stories. The food was fantastic, the trip was totally worth every penny. Now I do recommend that you dress and prepare to get wet if you like sitting at front of boat. That’s what made it more fun. We can’t recommend this trip enough, we are still laughing about it 2 hours later and would go again in a heartbeat especially for watching the beautiful sunset. Thank you Holo Holo Charter Tours for providing a trip to remember.

Wind and waves were absolutely brutal. Sitting on top is the best for the views but by the time we returned to the port I was freezing and drenched. You can choose to sit below where you are cramped up with too many people for the size of the boat. And the "4-5 hour" trip turned into 6 hours, making it late getting back, and after dark. Not just after sunset, pitch black dark.

Loved the views and the location. The food was good, the service was good. Only thing that brought down the experience for me was when we were going towards the coast, the ride was way too fast due to which everyone in front of the boat was getting wet repeatedly. After turning back from the coast, the ride was pleasant and slower as everyone was eating dinner. I feel the timing could have been adjusted better so that the ride to the coast is also pleasant

The views and crew were fantastic! Our family knew we could see Na’pali by land so this excursion was amazing. The crew was knowledgeable about the history of the area, great sailing, and great customer service. It is a barefoot cruise so I would suggest easy to remove foot wear. We would absolutely books again!

An outstanding time with HoloHolo Charters! Captain Mike, his crew Coral and Casey were great! To see the Kauai coastline was incredible. Really appreciated Captain Mike’s attention to safety onboard and Casey and Coral were great in explaining about the Hawaiian heritage and keeping everyone hydrated. The appetizers were great and the dinner delicious. And the evening was topped off with a yummy brownie and champagne at sunset! Thank you all for a delightful time!

This was a beautiful cruise on the coast. The food and drinks were great. Captain Mike and the 2 girls working with him were very attentive and helpful and so friendly. We had a great time!

You will get an excellent view of the NāPali Coast on this boat tour. The rum punch and local craft beers will be flowing the entire journey. Be prepared for moderate seas and wind! And you will get wet on this catamaran whether you like it or not, so dress accordingly.

Most of the time is spent in the cabin unable to see due to wind and currents throwing water. Food was good. Crew was kind. Not with the money.

Had a great time with some absolutely beautiful sites along the Napali coast. Felt like we got a really good extended amount of time to see everything and take lots of pictures. The food and drinks were plentiful. Staff was very nice and constantly checking on everyone. Multiple people unfortunately got sick which seemed a little odd as the waves weren’t that bad in my opinion, but I do have a lot of experience on catamarans and cruise ships so I may be biased there. I took some medicine before hand like I always do so that could have helped as well. Staff attended to those sick with thoughtfulness and care which was nice to see. They did their best to make sure everyone was well taken care of. I’d recommend this tour for sure but also say take Dramamine and Bonnie before boarding just incase!

This sail was fantastic. Capt. Max and the all female crew were as cool as could be. Great food, great music and great things to see. We saw whales, dolphins, turtles, flying fish and goats in the cliff ridges.

Communication before the trip was excellent -- we had 2 people who didn't come to Kauai, and we canceled them and it was very easy. Also, they changed the departure time from 1:30pm to 2:45pm, which they said was to combine 2 boats-- which was fine because it was wavy-- 75 less minutes on the waves was probably good for us all!
Staff was INCREDIBLE-- phone staff, check in people, boat crew, and captain. All super professional and friendly; also constantly offering to bring food or drinks to passengers since it was wavy. Some people braved the front of the boat, some people walked around a bit, and some people like us just stayed in the middle back seats and enjoyed the view.
Dinner was lovely, drinks were plentiful (both soft drinks and mai tais!) and I will repeat that every single staff was super friendly, efficient, and thoughful for those of us who didn't feel like standing.
We lucked out with our cruise on the only sunny day we had out of the 5 in Kauai! We happened to have booked that sunny day a month in advance, but they do allow changes and cancellations up to 24 hours before the cruise, so their flexibility made it very easy to choose them. By the time sunset came, the sun had disappeared behind clouds, but we didn't really care as the rest of the trip had gone so well. 100% recommend!
PS--We only saw 2 of the maybe 35 passengers get sick over the side. That said, one woman never stopped heaving the whole time, so be sure to medicate even if you think you'll be fine. Took 2 pills of the CVS/ Long's Drugs version of "less-drowsy" dramamine one hour before sailing and we felt great.

The Napoli Coast is beautiful and seeing it by boat is the way to do it. Our cruise was incredibly fortunate and not only saw whales, but saw a mother whale teaching her baby behaviors. It was spectacular. The food was unusually good for a boat meal!

This cruise experience was tainted by extreme sea sickness because of the huge swells. The captain warned our group before that it can get "exciting" and offered a refund if that didn't sound fun to us. I just had no idea, it would be hours of feeling every 10' wave. I had taken over the counter meds to try to prevent any issues, but it didn't do anything for the type of open water with high waves that we were in the whole time. I think I just didn't realize how bad it could be and for so long. There were four people (that I knew of) that were throwing up. It was just too long and we choose a bad weather day. The crew and captain were fine, but there were so many people crammed onto the boat (it was overly full, and hard to find a place to sit) that you almost had to beg for any service or attention. There was no information or history told, and when the captain did address the group, you couldn't hear anything he said unless you were right next to him. The food was okay, nothing to write home about, it was so expensive, not worth that amount of money. I would do another one of these cruises but on a bigger boat and for half the time.
