This is a MUST do tour! Got to see the whole Na Pali and get wet under the Nawaiwai (i believe) Shimmering Fresh Water the flowed from the Pali Cliff to the ocean. Our captain and crew was amazing, laid back and maid it quite the adventure. The food was delicious and the drinks was great! This is the best deal and experience youll have. Much Mahalo to the captain Ryder and Zayne for having such a great attitude, hospitality, knowledge, and great stories to share. As my husband said it, when we had moments of being sea sick the crew made the ride easier for us. Mahalo Mahalo Mahalo, we are from Oahu so we will be sure to spread the Aloha and experience there. We also got to see a whale!!! Captain was more than happy to take us closer where we got a much closer view of it

If you are in Kauai, you must do this tour. The coast is beyond spectacular! Our Captain, Duffy was great and the entire crew was accommodating and friendly!

Absolutely stunning view, interesting history and stories we got to hear and a captain who certainly knows how to ride the waves.
We also saw some whales and the prettiest rainbows I’ve ever seen! It was a lot of fun! Thank you very much!!
I would recommend a waterproof jacket as you do get wet and something warm to wear for the way back.

This was an amazing experience made better by a fantastic crew. The boat was clean and uncrowded with lots of space to spread out and see things. The captain did a great job pointing out natural, historic, and animal features as we cruised. I have never experienced a more attentive crew. They were constantly circulating to help with drinks, snacks, pictures, and additional information.

We had a great time on this tour. Captain Duffy, Zane, andf Ryder were all great. We saw beautiful views of the Na Pali Coast, learned about the history of the sights, and were even lucky enough to spot a couple of whales on the way back. My only caution would be that 5 hours can definitely be a long time at sea if you're not accustomed, but if you are, you'll get your money's worth on this tour.

The excursion was far from port of ship. You are on your own for transport. Our excursion was cancelled 30 minutes before departure of excursion and uber ride is 45 minutes. We were notified by text message and didn’t receive until we were already there. So we were out 2x amount$100 for nothing. Front desk was pretty whatever about it.

If you're searching for the ultimate way to experience the breathtaking Na Pali Coast, look no further, this is the only boat tour you need to consider. From start to finish, everything about this tour exceeded expectations. The crew was knowledgeable, welcoming, and clearly passionate about sharing the beauty of this iconic coastline. The boat was comfortable and perfectly suited for getting up close to sea caves, waterfalls, and those towering emerald cliffs.
We saw dolphins, sea turtles, and even had time to get blessed by a waterfall, an unforgettable bonus! What an incredible experience!!! The crew was amazing and took great care of us. What a skilled captain taking us under a waterfall and inside caves. A bit of a bumpy adventure but we knew what we were getting into and we loved every minute of it. Highly recommend!!!

The confirmation email I recieved was a different check in for departure than the charter. Than when we were not there on time , we were left behind. I was given a refund. We were not able to rebook. Missed out on our sunset tour.

Rough ride out, a bit smoother coming back. We expected a relaxing sunset cruise with a meal. Neither met our expectations! The coastal views and the crew were great but get ready to get wet and you’ll want to get something more to eat when you get back. Would definitely recommend a ride out to see the coastline as there’s no other way to see it unless you take a helicopter ride but would definitely look for a company with a bigger boat! This one is just way too small for the waves. Our travel was in early October.

We actually have two larger catamarans.
I have a feeling that whomever you booked your excursion with, mislead you in regards to our vessel 'Imiloa. She is literally advertised as 'wet and wild'. A smaller catamaran, built for speed, as well as adventure. Something in between one of our rigid hull rafts and a larger cat. This excursion is less expensive and comes with less food, but still offers a light meal and alcohol / non-alcohol beverages. We do apologize for this! I'm sure it was a surprise, and it's a bummer that it was not what you had 'expected'. We hope you will be able to visit again at some point, perhaps when the ocean conditions are calmer and on one of our larger vessels, Lucky Lady and the newest and most beautiful boat in Kaua'i, Lady KaiLani. When we first got on the boat we didn’t expect such a small boat. Heading out to sea we didn’t realize we’d be hitting waves so hard and getting wet. Yet it was fun after we settled in and made it a fun experience which the crew and music totally helped make it a blast!

Exciting ride and beautiful scenery. Sit to the front hear the crew commentary best. Prepare ahead if you tend to get seasick or if you unsure that you won’t. It’s a shame to dampen the experience. They say ahead of time that you’ll get wet, and you will this a fair amount of spray and if you choose to, under a waterfall. We saw both dolphins and a turtle, as well as a bait ball feeding that was amazing! What a great experience with a great captain and crew.
