Alicia was our guide and honestly she made the tour such a unique, fun, wonderful experience. Her commentary never felt rehearsed or robotic. She was so engaging and answered all questions. I am so happy she was our guide! 10 out of 10!

We have used Viator several times in the past as well as a future tour in Italy booked. I have had nothing but the best worry free tours each time.... even in foreign countries! This Juneau City tour was extra FUN with a vacation flair we wont forget all because of our cute little Lexi as guide and driver. Fun stories she told were relayed after returning home. Especially the one about the Boeing Salmon 40 Salmon. Wanna know the inside meaning? Take her tour!!

We were late to make reservations and thought this might be a "lightweight" tour. However, with Lexi as our tour guide, we had an excellent time, learned a lot, laughed a lot, and enjoyed our three stops more than expected!

Great city tour of Juneau! The 3 stops are short, but you get a good feel of the small town and our guide Kenny made the entire drive very enjoyable and entertaining. If you’re looking for a short tour to explore the city with minimal walking, then this is for you.

Alicia, our guy was great! She was very knowledgeable on Alaska history and all the relevant events for the Juneau city area. She was wonderful. I will definitely do it again.

In this 90+ minute tour you get a good overview of the city and three amazing photo and area experiences. The first leg takes you past the airport and our group got to see literally hundreds of eagles feeding on salmon in the river and sitting in the wetlands. The first stop is a viewpoint where you can see the Mendenhall glacier and get pictures. There were wildflowers and the river is within walking distance for more photo opportunities. Next you trace your steps to the bridge to Douglas so no matter what side of the bus you are on you get to see the Eagles and waterways etc. The Douglass overlook platform gives you a view of the city and the Cruise ship docks. There are several platform areas. The last stop is the lifesized bronze humpback whale fountain. Another incredible stop. We were given a snack of gift each stop. On the way back into town we were given wonderful tips about what to do with our remaining time. Well worth the money, you can’t do this on foot and a car is $260+ for a rental. Jay the guide went above and beyond for us!

Alicia with M&M Tours did a fantastic job describing life on Juneau and pointing out wildlife like eagles and even a bear! We enjoyed the Alaskan snacks we got to try that were included in the tour like the salmon jerkey and Polar Bear Smooch candy.

Our tour guide, Alicia was very informative and made our tour enjoyable. She was also very helpful in assisting my sister with her walker at every stop. I would definitely recommend this tour.

This is a quick tour into the city beyond the port area. It was good to see more of the city. Our tour leader, I think her name is Angela, ?- was very knowledgeable about the history of Juneau, the weather, and plants we saw. Very personable!

Skagway is a once in a lifetime destination. It is one of those places you visit to say, “I’ve been there, done that.” The scenery is beautiful, but after visiting Fairbanks and Anchorage, it doesn’t feel like the real Alaska. I’m glad I experienced it, but if I had to choose, I would recommend spending more time exploring the interior of Alaska.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour! It was well organized, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and we learned so much about Juneau and the surrounding area. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience fun from start to finish. We never felt rushed and had plenty of opportunities to take photos and enjoy the incredible views. This was one of the highlights of our Alaska cruise, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Juneau.

Our tour guide, Kenny was personable and made the experience fun. I enjoyed the snacks! We drove out to a viewing spot where you could kind of see the glacier, which was cool. The next spot was literally just a small park with a view of the cruise ships. The last spot was the statue of the whale which was fine, if you like statues. All in all, I don’t think this was worth $50+ a person for what it was. I think the tour companies are trying to make Juneau more interesting than it actually is, in my opinion.

very informative; very congenial tour guide/driver. Saw some eagles and one brown bear off at a distance. Juneau downtown is quite walkable from the cruise terminal pier. Good option for an afternoon - learned some history and basically drove around the entire city & residential areas.

Excellent 2 hour tour. The guide Jay took us to some good locations, saw bears, bald eagles, great photo stops. Also gave some good recommendations on shopping and lunch. Highly recommend.
We were going to do a whale watching tour that would have cost over $1k but after seeing several Wheaton another tour in Seward, canceled and did this one for much cheaper and had a good time. Went to Tracy’s crab shack after for a delicious lunch.
