Pedz was fantastic! He was very responsive before our tour, answering our questions about our cruise ship’s arrival time and meeting location, which made everything easy and stress-free.
He picked up our party of six and provided binoculars, water, and snacks. He was also especially thoughtful and accommodating to one gentleman in our group who had difficulty walking, which we greatly appreciated.
Throughout the tour, Pedz shared information about Juneau, pointed out local sights, and had an amazing eye for wildlife. Thanks to him, we spotted eagles, a porcupine, whales, and even a weasel! He also knew the best photo spots and happily took group pictures for us.
We visited downtown Juneau, Mendenhall Glacier and Nugget Falls, Brotherhood Bridge, the Whale Project statue, and the beautiful National Shrine of St. Thérèse.
Pedz was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made the tour feel personal rather than rushed. It was a wonderful way to experience Juneau, and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone visiting—especially cruise passengers looking for a more personalized experience.

We really enjoyed this tour! Take the mile easy walk to see Nugget Falls while visiting the glacier - it is gorgeous. The other stops were shorter and were all interesting, especially the church. We were lucky and saw a beautiful black bear just wandering around the parking lot when we pulled in there. Our guide, Pez, was fabulous. He saw that the line for the shuttle back to our ship was very long so he sought us out to drive us back to our ship. He was amazing!
This tour was AMAZING!! Our tour guide was absolutely the BEST!!! We were with a group of 16 so we were in 2 different cars. Both tour guides were so knowledgeable, friendly and extremely informative. They went out of their way to make sure we saw all of Juneau and explained everything to us along the way. All 16 of us had a blast! Can’t say enough good things about this tour.
Pedz took us everywhere and was above and beyond! He knew where the best photo spots were and would even offer to take them for us. He even stopped at a grocery store so we could buy some cold medicine for our daughter then dropped us at a restaurant instead of back at the dock. A great tour guide and a great value.
We were dropped at the glacier and hiked for an hour. Charlene was entertaining and full of local facts. Just what we signed up for.
Pedz was amazing from the picture of the tour van and supplying drinks and snacks to a informative day of all the Juneau sights and the Mendenhall Glacier well worth the 5 stars
If you want a very detailed explanation of everything you see on this excursion, then Pedz is the guide for you! There were many stops along the way and our favorite was the Saint Theresa shrine. Pedz also took many pictures of us at each stop to make sure we accumulated many memories. Great job Pedz!

Take the short ‘hike’ to Nugget Falls at Mendenhall Glacier - it’s paved and mostly flat. Spend as much time as you can at the shrine of St. Therese - it’s so beautiful and serene. We spotted seals and a whale in the surrounding waters.
Pedz was incredible. Gave us a personal tour and was very knowledgeable about Juneau. I would definitely recommend this tour.

I went to Juneau in mid-February for work and only had one day to explore so I booked the Juneau Top Sight Seeing Tour for 7am. The sky was slightly overcast and there was snow in the forecast so I was worried that the tour would be cancelled but I was happy to hear that it would proceed and I was the only person on the tour. It was February after all. Pedz was an excellent tour guide - personable and knowledgeable. I felt like I was with a friend. He also navigated the snow covered roads like a pro and I always felt safe. I've never been to Alaska and Pedz made sure my short excursion was memorable. He knew the area where you can sometimes see eagles and I was able to see 3 eagles!
