Jump start your visit to Rome

We had a great time on our golf cart tour of Rome. This was our first time here and it is a great way to see what is in Rome at a high level. Our guide was Kareem and he did a wonderful job showing us around and giving us tips on what to possibly see and the best ways to enhance the visit. He was knowledgeable and very personable. He even bought us some refreshments! If you want to get a jump start on what to see and do while you’re in Rome I highly recommend taking a golf cart tour.

Maria was awesome and...

Maria was awesome and helped us appreciate all the art and history as we worked along the tour. Although lines to get into the museum were long, it was worth it to have a knowledgeable guide and quicker access inside. Words cannot describe the beauty, detail and amount of artifacts inside. With our tickets, we went through twice!!

Colosseum and Forum walking tour

Our guide, Amir, was very knowledgeable and engaging. We got a lot of insights into the history and construction of the Colosseum and Roman Forum, though it was too much to fully absorb in such a short time. We were guided to the upper level of the Colosseum and Palantine Hill in the Forum, followed by free time to further explore the Forum.

Excellent Vatican tour

The tour was excellent. Our guide Alex was very knowledgeable and explained everything very nicely You must take a professional guide in these tours. Sistene chapel was awesome. So was St. Peter's Basilica. Learnt a lot in this tour. Get ready to do some walking. Mostly all imdoors but after the tour is completed you get out into the sun. So make sure you have a hat and dark glasses. There are eating places, bars restaurants outside.

Excellent Guide

I think this tour really depends on your guide and the woman assigned to us, did a wonderful job. She went out of her way to get into spaces that others could not get into and, she answered all questions, thoughtfully, and thoroughly. The preview before going into the museums and Basilica was very helpful. She did a beautiful job explaining what we were about to see.

We love Angela!!!!!!

Angela was absolutely wonderful. So kind and knowledgeable. She had so much history (and jokes) to share and didn’t rush us through any spots which meant the tour went overtime by about an hour… which we loved! More time for us in the colosseum hearing about so many interesting things. Definitely felt worth every cent with how much time we got from Angela.

Adriano is the best!

We thoroughly enjoyed our city tour with Adriano! He was very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. He spoke English very well and we learned a lot about the history and the people of the beautiful city of Rome. It was a lot of fun touring the city in the electric 1920 Model T Ford, which, ironically, my husband’s great grandfather used to own as his regular car, so this brought back wonderful memories for him. I would strongly recommend doing this tour first upon your arrival to Rome and then in subsequent days, visit the many historical sites in detail at your leisure. Grazie mille Adriano!

Coliseum in Rome

Absolutely amazing. Our host provided essential information about the tour to the point I could feel what the gladiators must have experienced. The grounds outside of the coliseum are amazing as well. The staff is very organized and have the many visitors moving and engaging like clockwork, but you don’t feel rushed. My husband is a lover of American football and was astonished at the similarities of Roman coliseum and football, meanwhile my surprise trip to him was for him to enjoy and to show how it all ties together. Amazing trip

If you like Roman...

If you like Roman history, you can't get much more Roman than this. The audioguide provided quite a lot of good context for the stuff you see across the three sites that you wouldn't normally get from the placards on site, just be sure to bring your headphones/earbuds of course. Be prepared to do a lot of hiking across the Palatine Hill and bring a water bottle, but overall good value for money I'd say
