A great few hours and lunch!
Fiammetta was a wonderful guide. She was passionate, knowledgeable and fun. We had a great time with her. The food was plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend. Obviously expect a fair bit of walking but Flame showed us where to fill up our drink bottles in the heat.

Highly recommended 5 Food Experiences in Rome
Chiara was a delight who gave us a delicious and interesting tour through 5 Rome food experiences plus the best history tour we had in Rome with interesting stories about the local food and the neighborhoods we walked through. Highly recommend for your first night in Rome so you can plan meals for remainder of your trip.,

Solo travel excursion
Andi was a phenomenal tour guide. I opted for a solo experience, so I could enjoy the food and environment without a large group. It quickly felt like Andi and I were old friends just out and about. In addition to the samples, and sit-downs the event included a cultural and historical tour of the 3 areas, Campo, Jewish Ghetto and Trastevere. I took my parents on a similar tour route the next day. I would highly recommend the event, especially for solo travelers!

Eating in Rome is considered an art form, practically a religion—and that's true whether you’re chowing down on a supplí (oblong rice ball) or slice of pizza al taglio, or savoring a 3-course meal with wine pairings in a little osteria. There’s no better way to partake in local fare than by indulging in a Rome food tour. From sampling fried street food staples in bustling Trastevere or the Jewish ghetto to tasting wines in the Castelli Romani, food experiences provide an insider’s look at the city’s culinary culture and history. Aspiring chefs can try cooking time-tested recipes, too.
