Eva is the best!

We went on summer solstice so the schedule had to be adjusted for a planned Stonehenge early closure that was only solved the day before the tour. Eva and Carlos (driver) did a bang up job making sure we got there before it closed. It meant, however, that our time at Windsor was quite rushed. Not their fault - just circumstances. Because it was solstice, we got to see the Druids perform a ceremony in the circle. Bath is so quaint. Dinner in Lacock was nice. We sat with fellow travelers to get to know them a bit. Highly recommend. Is a very long day with a good amount of walking. Plenty of food options along the way so no need to bring anything.

First time to London and we only had one day. This tour covered 3 Bigggies and a few more and it was perfect. Natasha was our guide and she could not have been any better. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to have a personal guide and comfortable black cab experience and be treated like VIPs. Danny our driver and guide was phenomenal with this courtesy, kindness, professionalism and immense knowledge. We learnt a lot and my elderly parents visiting London had a great experience even under the intense heatwave. Danny’s exceptional service overshadowed the weather inconvenience.

Chris is a great guide

The morning of the tour, the Abbey notified them that they’d be closed when we were scheduled to go. Not Viator’s fault. We missed seeing the changing of the guard but it provided a lunch break between the Abbey (very cool) and the walking tour (great). It’s a lot of standing on hard ground (rare sitting option) with only 1 bathroom break so keep that in mind. I was able to pop off to use a nearby bathroom then use location sharing with my hubby to rejoin a few minutes later.

Bath and Windsor …. So much more

Bath and Windsor are so much more than I anticipated. The Roman Baths were fascinating. The Huntsman Pub (Bath) was a delightful stop to cool off and enjoy a drink or two. Would love to have more time exploring. Windsor is a charming area. The castle and grounds were beautifully preserved. Stonehenge was interesting… would have spent more time if not for the weather. Our tour guide Paulie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful… at the end of the tour he met with each traveling member to ensure they knew how to get transportation back to their lodging and to local restaurants. It was a nice touch.

Our guide was truly exceptional—they possessed an incredible depth of knowledge and brought the history of the city to life in such an engaging way. Awesome Tour - Delighted We Booked!

Melissa was a fantastic tour guide and I would HIGHLY recommend this tour! She was so informative and interesting. She added a lot of humor which my husband and I loved. It was a very hot day and she made it a priority to keep us comfortable. When I saw that the time of the tour was 3 1/2 hours, I thought time might drag, especially in the heat, but that was not the case at all. Melissa’s charming personality and interesting narratives made time fly!

Tom and Florian saved the day when the coach broke down at the end of a wonderful day trip. They organized quickly to ensure everyone was safe and returning to London as swiftly as possible. During the day, Tom's humorous commentary and anecdotes cracked me up and started the day right. You could see he really cared about the well-being and experience of the 63 passengers. Bath is a veautiful town everyone should visit. Shuttles at Stonehenge could be enhanced, but all in all, it was worth the spend.

Calling all muggles!

This was the best and most affordable way to get to the Harry Potter Studios. Plus, they take care of the ticketing as well. It is pricey, but honestly, I don’t know how else to get over there unless you have a car rental. I don’t know if this bus is specifically designated to the Harry Potter Studios but if so, it would’ve been cute if they would’ve decorated the bus. If you are a Harry Potter fan, this is definitely a must do!

Mel and Jodi were...

Mel and Jodi were amazing, both very helpful and informative. There was a small hiccup with traffic on our way to Windsor but we didn’t drift far off from our expected times. For pickup: You have to wait in a long line at gate 1- there they point you to your bus. During the excursion Mel gave us a lot of information about London, the monarchy, and the locations we were going to. We only did Stonehenge and Windsor. There was a long line to get on a bus at Stonehenge so we didn’t have much time for lunch, but we got a snack at the cafe. Windsor was overwhelming, but mel advised us to do certain parts in a certain order which was helpful. We pretty much had free rein once we got to the locations, just had to ensure we were at the coach at the departing time.
