A perfect day trip from Rome
What heavenly views of Sorrento and Amalfi Coast! I couldn’t stop taking pictures because of the beautiful scenery. On our way to Sorrento we got a chance to get off the bus, stretch our legs, and watch the production of and then taste the world famous limoncello. Be careful though. Limoncello Is sweet but strong. Taste good in my opinion, and that means you can easily get drunk if over drink. 1 hour or so more drive from Sorrento we then reached Pompei. I got so shocked by the magnitude of the ancient civilization. The remnant shows very advanced construction techniques, including paved street, multi-story buildings, mansions, public water supply and sewer systems. So amazing. However, the still living Vesuvio reminds us that we should never under estimate the power of the nature. Thanks to our guide Rob and local guide (sorry; forgot the name) who speaks fluent English, knowledgeable, and patient. A little bonus to the trip. Although we didn’t get to Cassino Mountain, we could seeMontecassino from a rest stop. I’ve heard about the story of WWII battle of Cassino, but getting so close to see the site (from the valley where the rest stop is) and imagine why it took American soldiers so long to take down the strategic point is quite an experience.

Great tour with the best guide!
Wow! what an amazing tour and made so much better by our tour guide, Deborah. She made us feel like VIPs through the entire tour, ensuring we got the most out of the museum. I'll be recommending everyone I know to book this tour (and ask for Deborah) when in Rome.

Great catacombs excursion! I would do it again.
Really great trip here. Super creepy at times. I didn't read the description...just knew I wanted to go to the catacombs to see where the early Christ-followers had been buried. I would go to this again. Really great. The trip was in 3 parts. The first was the creepy part - some group of monks had taken some bones of early Christians and done some strange artwork with them. You'll never see anything like that again except maybe in a haunted house. The guide was great all the way through and knowledgable, but not over-intense. He was light and made the trip fun and sometimes funny. The catacombs were awesome...worth the trip. Then a 3rd stop was at an old church with an even MUCH older house under it. Cool stop showing how the early church met. Great excursion. I highly recommend it!

We have done haunted...
We have done haunted tours in other cities and they are hit-or-miss. This was definitely a hit! Our guide, Ali, was very informative and engaging. Whether you believe in paranormal things or not - a good haunted tour should still be exciting with historical information and macabre stories. This tour definitely fit the bill. Totally recommend for anyone who enjoys spooky stories and unique historical anecdotes. From a practical standpoint, the tour was easy to find, great communication from the company and guide, and the walk was very doable. Thanks, Ali - we had a fantastic time!!

There’s plenty to see in the Italian capital, and one of the best ways to cover a lot of ground in air-conditioned comfort is on a Rome bus tour. Take a hop-on, hop-off bus that allows you to visit major sights at your own pace—including Vatican City, the Pantheon, and the Colosseum—or opt to explore crypts and catacombs, view the city’s landmarks by night, or even take a day trip. Your guide will provide interesting facts about the areas you’re visiting, deepening your knowledge of Rome and its surroundings.
