Very informative. Great...
Very informative. Great experience. Covered so much history about Ancient Rome and the colosseum. Was well worth it.

Get Ready for a Hike!
If you go in the summer heat, be prepared. Even at 9 am, the temperature was brutal. You will be climbing up and down Palatine Hill, the Roman Forum and the Colosseum steps are not easy. Our guide was great and tried to be sensitive to tour members who were clearly having some difficulties. Bring water, cooling towels and a fan. Our guide's comments revealed so much about each historical site and we enjoyed the visit in spite of the oppressive heat.

Felt a little rushed...
Felt a little rushed through the Forum, but our guide was very knowledgeable and provided some very interesting insights. The colosseum is amazing. Definitely worth doing when in Rome.

No guide for the Colosseum.
The tour of the Roman forum was very lengthy. Guide was not permitted into the Colosseum which was disappointing. We really wanted to experience the tour of the Colosseum and used Rick Steves when we entered. Overall the jump the line was worth it.
