Chara is the best!!!!!

Chara was the best! She was so funny and knowledgeable that my 16 year old son loved this tour as well and said that Chara needs to be a teacher. I wish I met her earlier in the trip to request more tours with her! We learned so much on this tour. I highly recommend it and definitely request Chara!!

Kind of a scam, but i loved it!

Great tour. The guide's microphone wasn't working correctly but noone wanted to tell her except me! Kind of curious as to how the guides can get so many tickets and charge 5 times the cost of the entrance fee. Most of the people in our group didn't even care what the guide was saying.

Amazing day trip to Lake Como & Lake Lugano! We had an absolutely wonderful day with Abroad Tours visiting Lake Como and Lake Lugano. The itinerary was beautiful, and being able to swim in Lake Lugano was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! 🏞️💦 A special mention to our tour guide, Oleg, who was absolutely fabulous! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He took great care of everyone and created such a positive atmosphere throughout the day. Our tour guide Alice is awesome! She made our road trip plus boat ride so easy and joyful! We love Como lake area and every stop we made. The 30-minute boat ride was fantastic! Bellagio is such a beautiful town and we had an opportunity to sit by the lakeside restaurant! Highly recommend this tour to everyone! This is the best tour we’ve had among 5 other tours we’ve had in this year’s europe trip.

We had a wonderful experience on Ciao Florence’s Lake Como, Bellagio, and Lugano tour. The entire day was very well organized, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Our tour guide, Alessandra, was fantastic—she was punctual, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the itinerary and instructions throughout the day, making the experience completely stress-free. Our driver, Alessandro, was equally professional and ensured that we traveled safely and comfortably. When the ferry at our planned embarkation point unexpectedly broke down, Alessandra and Alessandro acted quickly and efficiently to arrange an alternative departure from a nearby town. We were impressed by how calmly and professionally they handled the situation and kept the tour on schedule. Although it was a long day, it was absolutely worth it. We enjoyed visiting all three destinations and felt that the tour offered a great balance of sightseeing and free time. Thanks to Alessandra and Alessandro, the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the beauty of Lake Como, Bellagio, and Lugano in a single day.

Great views... We enjoyed it....... organizational skills by tour guide that day lacking.

Bring a good cell phone and a back up battery. Fabulous scenery. HOWEVER their tour guide(s) need to do a MUCH BETTER job of explaining where to meet back. 2 people were left behind. Just make sure the instructions are clear. The guide that day did a poor job of explaining it. The actual tour was magnificent.

Perfect way to see it all… Como, Bellagio, and Lugano! Bus was clean and air conditioned (however, no wifi as promised in the description, and no apertivo; water for purchase only). The stops were just enough time to venture out and make it your own. Our guide was enthusiastic, cheerful, and darling!

Unbelievable experience...

Unbelievable experience and I would highly recommend it. Our tour guide was brilliant knowledgeable, funny, organised and patient especially with the man with the funny tummy. Stick to Italian food. Indian in Italy please. Apologies I can't remember your the lady tour guide name. The roof and views are unbelievable and memories that will stay with me forever. The cathedral is lovely and I would highly recommend this tour.
