Food was good, however the guide was way too novice. He didnt know what was in the dish. He was giving non useful information and had no knowledge about food.

A food tour in Rome is a “must do” activity! We booked this tour for our first night in Rome and were not disappointed. Our guide was excellent, engaging and very knowledgeable of the food scene. The food and wine at each stop was plentiful and delicious. Our guide gave us suggestions for dinner for our other nights in Rome and his recommendations were spot on. Our tour was a highlight of our vacation!

The tour did not meet our expectations. The Food portions were decent. The guide lacked presentation skills and we learned little about the food and drink chosen for this tour. I would advise to spend a bit more to get a better experience if you are a foodie like us!

Excellent tour and guide. The food was AMAZING and we learned so much about the preparation of the meats and cheeses. Our guide was excellent and fit perfectly with out motley crew of a group. We met several people who will be on our cruise as well and I even exchanged contact info with someone from a way far away country.

Nice and informative tour. Our guide Monika went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She gave us a lot of details about the four stops during the tour, and also between stops. Also, she answered all our questions an we got to know a little bit about the other people in the tour (it was a group of 10 people total). This a very good tour that mixes history and gastronomy.

I have done other food tours in Trastevere and this one was definitely at the bottom. Very basic food and not great. For the money, you can definitely just explore and get more bang for your buck. Great guide and people in the group, but would look elsewhere

Great experience! The guide was amazing (Monika). The tour included delicious food and wine. Along the route, the guide passed along the history of Italian food and wine. Very interesting! Amazing that all stops were family owned and had generations behind them.
