Great Tour
Would highly recommend this tour to those visiting Rome who would like to see Pompeii or get a taste of the coast and the southern part of Italy. Our guide, Alessandra was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout, making the experience truly enjoyable. This has certainly been a high point of our trip to Italy thus far. Thank you Alessandra for a wonderful experience.

A Must Do Experience
This experience was the most incredible one I had in Rome. Seeing The Colosseum up close and also being able to step foot onto the arena floor was breathtaking. Our tour guide was also very good and well educated. Having the ability to skip the line was also critical as there are a lot of people and the line is incredibly long. Save yourself the stress and go for it. You will not regret it.

Awesome tour!
It was very thorough and my tour guide Christina was a great mix of informative and funny! You could tell she’s been in the game for a while!! I highly recommend this tour and her as a tour guide!! The Vatican museums and Sistine Chapel are a “can’t miss” type of experience

Excellent tour! (Plus notes on logistics)
First and foremost, this was an amazing tour, and we had a fantastic guide who was truly passionate about Roman history and culture. That's what matters; 5 stars. I learned a ton and had a great time. Now I want to mention a couple things simply to help people with their booking and help the company smooth things out. First, the meeting point is not very well described. It was near the Metro station indeed, BUT it is not at all apparent which exit is the upper vs ground level. They are at the metro exit across the street from the colosseum. The other thing is the green awning - it's a tiny green awning - it would be better described as a large gazebo looking structure that does indeed have a small green awning. The second thing is that we were told to get there 30 minutes before our 4:00 tour, which we did successfully. We were then told to come back right at 4:00 after they found our name and confirmed we were in the right place. So we sat around for 30 minutes and went back, only to have them rush us across the road where the whole group was waiting for us as if we were late. It was awkward and even kind of embarrassing, and we just felt very flustered to start the tour. But honestly from that moment, we realized our tour guide was going to be funny and smart and amazing. There wasn't another bump in the road the whole time. We do absolutely recommend this your and hope you get a chance to do it.

The Eternal City is filled with enough attractions to keep travelers busy sightseeing for days, weeks, or longer. But tear yourself away from Rome on a day trip, and you’ll uncover a world of sights beyond the capital. From the ruins of Pompeii and beaches of the Amalfi Coast, to Tivoli’s historic estates and medieval and Renaissance-era highlights of Tuscany, you’ll find plenty of worthwhile options to justify a day’s absence from Rome. In addition to choosing your day trip spot, you can pick the mode of transport that suits you best—train, private car, boat, or bike.
