A great way to sample true Venetian cuisine

This was a wonderful tour! Our group had a great time with Carlo, who knew so much about his city and the local cuisine. The food was delicious, with most (if not all) sourced from local ingredients. Very fresh, very Venetian. If you can, request Carlo as your guide. He is full of personality and helped make our tour lighthearted and fun.

Private trip to Murano and Burano

Our tour guide Flavia was great- she was friendly, helpful and shared her own experiences of venice which added depth to the tour. The visit to Murano was good but we only got to see the factory and glass, no time for anything else. However we got longer on Burano which was lovely- she was knowledgeable about the area and showed us where to go. We also had a picture taken at the best spot on the island. I loved the tour, my daughter fell in love with the coloured houses! I enjoyed being in a small group, private boat with no stresses of finding your own way there. Although this could be done we had more of a history of venice and the surrounding islands plus a discount on the glass which you wouldn't get if you went on your own. Highly recommend.

St Marks and Doge visit

Guide was excellent. A lot of people everywhere, to be expected in a top tourist spot, don’t think that skip the line means you walk right in. Church and palace were both awesome, could have easily spent several hours in either building. Well worth the time and cost for a guided tour.

Fun and delicious!

The pasta and tiramisu class was phenomenal! We accidentally booked the wrong time, and they were more than happy to accommodate us at another time slot. The class was fun, interactive, and good for all experience levels. Both pasta dishes and the tiramisu were delicious. It was a great activity for a larger group as well. There were about 20 folks total in our class, and we enjoyed interacting with everyone else. Would absolutely recommend!

We had one full day to...

We had one full day to sightsee and this was the perfect tour for it. I enjoyed the morning tour of doge and the basilica. The guide Eliza had a lot of great stories and made the tour interesting. The afternoon tour to burano and murano was Also worth the visit, if anything, just to see the artisans in action. Burano also makes for great photos. Our afternoon guide Nicole was very engaging and made the boat ride feel short.

No hassle experience

The pick up at the airport was lovely. We were driven to Venice in a comfortable car by a very nice driver. He stayed with us at the port to see us safely onto the beautiful water taxi. The ride down the Canal to our hotel was memorable. I would definitely recommend this convenience.

Great Tour!

This tour was very informative, and being able to skip the line made it even better. Our guide, Roberta, had a great knowledge of St Mark’s and the Doge’s Palace, which made the experience more engaging. We also enjoyed the gondola ride before lunch. Excellent tour of the Basilica and Doge’s Palace

Absolutely excellent despite the rainy weather. Our tour guide,Lucia, was amazing. She not only knows her world history and art history but has in-depth knowledge of Venetian history and culture. The gondola ride was nice but spoiled by the bad weather. We’d highly recommend this tour.
