Wonderful day tour out of San Francisco. SEA OTTER HAPPINESS!
We had a wonderful day! This was the perfect way to see more of the California coast without having the rent a car, navigate, buy gas, find parking and argue with family members. :) We LOVED our group guide, Robert. He was so nice, informative and LOVES pumpkin pie, calamari, cherries, strawberries and McDonalds, his wife and family! :) He made my elderly mom's day wonderful talking with her in the front seat the whole time. Our group members that we met for the day were also very nice. We had a lovely drive and went to places we'd have probably not thought to stop at on our own. Pigeon Point Lighthouse was beautiful for photos. Cannery Row was a fun tourist/lunch spot. Fish Hopper restaurant was very good and a Sea Otter and Sea Lion swam right by our table. Pebble Beach was INCREDIBLE! Wow, we don't golf, but would learn for that course/lifestyle. It's so nice that the homeowners allow tours through their grounds. We saw more sea lions and sea otters which made my day, and Robert took photos for us! We ended in Carmel by the Sea, and while we'd have loved more time there, and a chance to see more of the area and Mission Ranch, it was still enough to give us a taste, and a stop at the Carmel Bakery, and wanting for more so we'll have to go back. The drive home took a little longer than expected because of a traffic issue, but we were able to relax/nap, and Robert pulled over to a Panera for a bathroom/snack/drink stop. He also had chips and waters for us the whole day. We would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to take this trip. Thanks for a great day with my parents, Robert!

First time in San Francisco California
Be on time as they start on time, you can visit the arcade Musuem close by free if you get there to early. There are three levels main where drinks and refreshments are sold and you can sit and view. Second level has chairs to sit and view and of course outside on deck in the wind if you are adventurous lol. Very informative cruise and you get your monies worth. Go under and to the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz we go near and the other bridge we go to is Oakland Bridge i think. There are 2 bridges we see on this excursion.

A magical day
Truly a wonderful trip!! The sights across the whole day were magnificent - and what a humbling experience to see a tree that's over 1500 years old!
Viktor was such a great tour guide - really knowledgeable and entertaining. You can tell how much he cares about not only being a great guide, but also about cultivating the right energy in the group and throughout the day. 10/10

Great intro to area wineries with a few bonus stops!
This was a very good tour for the price. After being picked up at our hotel, we stopped at a lookout point to take photos, then on to the first winery in Sonoma which took about an hour to get there. It was the Jacuzzi family winery which specializes in varietals from Italy and we tried three wines and toured the property and learned about winemaking and the family. Afterward, there was an opportunity to taste olive oil and balsamic vinegars in their shop and purchase products and wine. Then we stopped for lunch in Sonoma. There were lots of options to choose from and with 1.5 hours, plenty of time to eat without feeling rushed. Our guide, Ron, gave excellent suggestions. We chose Della Santina and were happy we did. Then it was back in the van to head to Napa and the second winery which was Artes, a more modern, larger winery with sweeping views of the Napa Valley. The original family that started that winery came from Spain, so many of the varietals were Spanish and it was interesting to see how a large operation and small operation vary along with how the different wines taste -- we tried four wines here. Rick, our guide at Artes, was also terrific. Afterward, we headed back to the city with a stop in Battery Spencer park to take photos of the Golden Gate Bridge. This was a really nice addition as it was incredibly crowded and an uber/taxi to go up there from the hotel would've likely cost as much as the entire tour given how long we sat in traffic. We got great pics! Then we were dropped off at the front door of our hotel in time for dinner.

Great time! Book this one, stop searching!
This tour is great! It hit all the spots on my list, plenty of photo opportunities and fun facts. I went solo as I was in town for business and thought it was a great option- very safe and easy pick up location. Great communication before and after the tour.

Incredible Adventure
Glenda went above and beyond for us. She came exactly at 5am and brought us to every incredible area in Yosemite. Even the market before Yosemite was a great choice because we bought breakfast, lunch and snacks from there. After the tour, Glenda took us back to our hotel. How one person could do all this beginning at 5am blows my mind. Thank you so much Glenda!

Fun Adventure
Such an awesome half day tour. Sadly, I forgot the name of the woman who picked us up but I think she's from Bulgaria. More importantly, she was amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. She knew how to get around and made good recommendations. Muir Woods was my favorite part of the tour. Thank you so much!

Wonderful afternoon San Francisco/Muir Woods/Sausalito experience
Our guide/driver gave us a very informative and humorous tour of San Francisco on our way to Muir Woods. Muir Woods was absolutely amazing to see and would recommend to anyone. Sausalito was a nice way to end the trip. We took ferry back to SF to get some extra time in Sausalito - also beautiful views of Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, and San Francisco skyline from the ferry.

This was a great excursion.
This was a great excursion. I wish we had done this instead of the Hop on Hop off bus, which we did the day before. Sully our driver/guide is excellent, has heaps of knowledge which we enjoyed and puts it across is a very friendly manner. The sites are great too, so we really recommend this.

Amazing 1/2 day trip
Micheal was a great host and I appreciated that I could be picked up at my hotel. The drive wasn’t too long and Micheal had lots of details about the local history. The Muir Woods was amazing but a bit colder than I anticipated so I ended up having to buy a sweatshirt up at the gift shop. Bring a good jacket. The redwoods were absolutely breathtaking. Saulsalito was a gorgeous little harbor town. We only had an hour in Saulsalito so if I had to do it again I would forgo the tourist shops and sit down at a nice restaurant instead. I highly recommend this half day tour and would definitely do it again.

Not seeing something you are looking for?
A small peninsula in the middle of the California coast, San Francisco makes a strategic base camp for exploring Northern California and the Central Coast. See some of the Golden State's most iconic attractions by embarking on guided day trips from San Francisco, traveling to such destinations as California's wine country, redwood forests, national parks, and the coastal cities of Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea. Not only do these tours take care of all the planning and driving, but they can include packages with wine tastings, lunch, and dinners. Some even combine trips to two, three, or more attractions in one day.
