Mario is an amazing tour guide. He has a wealth of knowledge regarding biblical history which helped us understand everything we encountered during the tour. The Vatican is huge but having Mario was extremely helpful. He even gave my daughter the book he used to explain what we would see when we entered the chapel. She said it was the best birthday gift ever! Mario was able to get us past the long lines and he allowed us time to take pictures during the tour. We’ve been on several tours while in Italy and I must say, this was the best one. Thank you 🙏 Mario for making this such an incredible birthday experience for my daughter (and me). You’re the best!

Excellent small group tour for a family.

Chiari was the best guide we had on our trip through France and Italy. She was incredibly knowledgable and engaging with our family. We toured the Vatican museum, the Sistine Chapel and Saint Peter’s Basilica. She was engaging, easy for our children to understand, and kept our family involved and interested in the tour. She could anticipate when we needed breaks and helped us learn about and experience the Vatican fully. She also helped the adults and teenagers in our group gain a deeper understanding of the incredible art we saw together. Excellent tour!

Hot, But Great!

Adriana (not sure if I spelled it right), was such a wonderful guide....extremely knowledgeable, funny and genuine. We learned a ton! And the sights - Amazing. I highly recommend this tour! Even thought it was incredibly Hot today, it was still really enjoyable and I'd do it again if I could.

Skip the Lines and Experience the Best of the Vatican

This tour was absolutely worth it. The Vatican Museums are enormous, and having a knowledgeable guide made the experience so much more meaningful. The skip-the-line access saved us a lot of time and allowed us to focus on enjoying the incredible art and history. Our guide was engaging, informative, and did an excellent job explaining the significance of the museums, Raphael's Rooms, the Gallery of Maps, and, of course, the breathtaking Sistine Chapel. Being able to enter St. Peter's Basilica directly from the Sistine Chapel without waiting in another long line was a huge advantage. This was one of the highlights of our time in Rome. If you want to truly appreciate the Vatican without feeling overwhelmed, I highly recommend this tour.

Well organized tour

We happened to schedule our tour during a heat wave with temps reaching over 100. Our tour guide, Roberto, was interesting, charming, accommodating, and made the best a very hot tour. We had a long wait in the hot sun to get into Palestine Hill. The colosseum talk went very slow but was interesting. Overall, the tour was easy to book, organized, and well done. I recommend not booking tours in Rome in June.

Loved this experience!! The tour guide walked us right up to the entrance and did a great job explaining what the security would be like entering the Vatican! 2 things to know that I did not realize: - you need to pick up your tickets across the street before you head to the Vatican. So pay attention to the bottom of your Viator confirmation pdf. It has the address. - The tour company tried to reach out to me on WhatsApp the day before and I did not see their messages, which would have been helpful. That said, this was an amazing trip! My teenage boys agreed!

Exceptional tour. It was clear Oscar knew the Vatican tour inside and out. There is so much to learn and he was like your history professor in college who knew interesting and funny side stories - even kept our two teenagers interested even in big crowds and hot weather. Definitely recommend. Very professional, thorough and loved the smaller group. EvoArt and Oscar is the best.

Tiger is amazing!

We were late to our tour for the Pantheon due to another tour that we were on running behind schedule. Tiger could not have been more accommodating. Not only did he call to make sure we were on our way, he also waited 20 minutes for us in order to give us our tickets. This is all in 94° heat. We could not be more appreciative of him and his patience and kindness!

Excellent tour - recommended

I would highly recommend this trip. It was a last minute booking and we had to accommodate some changes for a family member, but it was no trouble. The afternoon of our trip it was during a biblical amount of rain, but despite the weather, Serena made it engaging and very informative and was accommodating of my sons aged 11 and 8. She had so much knowledge and it really brought it alive, especially with the overlay of pictures that others have mentioned. I really recommend this tour.
