Great tour!
Lots of walking so be comfortable. It was extremely hot so take water, portable fan and cooling towels. Had our guide was terrific. He was knowledgeable and very interactive. He did a great job. Would highly recommend. I would definitely recommend a small group we only had 8 in our group and that was perfect.

Great experience!
Great experience, our guide Adriano was excellent, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We spent a bit over an hour at the colosseum, and through palantine hill and Roman forum. It was quick through palantine hill and Roman forum, I do think that could have been a bit more in depth but our guide ended the tour inside so that we could do as much additional exploring as we wanted to afterward. Great experience and would recommend- only note is BRING A WATER BOTTLE. Places to refill but no place to buy inside.

Highly recommend- the best way to go by far!
We had a wonderful experience with Giorgio, our tour guide. He was prompt, warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I can’t imagine having done the tour in a large group- it was well worth doing the small tour. We loved it and it was a highlight of our trip. Thank you!

Wonderful!
What an amazing museum. Be prepared to walk walk walk! There is so much to see. While you need to dress modestly, it is not required throughout the museum long shorts to the knee and a t-shirt are enough to satisfy. Many ladies had a tank top and put a wrap/shall over their shoulders to meet the requirements. If you go to the sistine chappel, be aware photos aren't allowed inside, your timed in it and it is not a straight line, it is a long walk. We did St Peter's the same day, they are two different non-connected entrances. The timed tickets and the guide made entry MUCH MUCH easier. The guides were pleasant, helpful and informative.

Not seeing something you are looking for?

No stranger to tourists, the city and its top attractions fill up fast. Even early on a Monday morning, you won’t be the only one climbing the stairs at the Colosseum, touring the Vatican Museums, or admiring ancient frescoes at Castel Sant’Angelo. If you don’t want to spend hours waiting in a ticket line that wraps around the block, book Rome tickets and passes in advance. You’ll get to skip the queues and make the most of your limited time in the Eternal City.
