It was very crowded, we felt pushed along in many areas. It was also very warm in most of the museum.
This is exactly as explained. Not a guided tour, simply timed entry into the museum. We couldn’t get tickets to the Sistine Chapel through the official site so we did this. Meeting point was clear and easy. Our entry time was changed by 30 minutes but this was also mentioned in the description as a possibility and it was relayed to us 2 days in advance.
Our guide helped us navigate the lines and got in quickly. Two ticket types. Regular fast line and tour for additional money. Great experience! She made sure it was easy to get through the line.
Spectacular service. Great communication and prompt service. Very nice company that I highly recommend
For 80 dollars not worth it. I feel like got ripped off. I got a text nobody showing up to help me get in no ticket and when tried to get my ticket had trouble downloading it. Finally security guard just went ahead and let me in felt sorry for me. I've been there for 30 minutes trying to get in. I could paid 20 euro myself to get in at the museum a lot cheaper and no hassle.

Because we were unable to reach you and you were not present at the meeting point, we immediately sent the entry tickets directly to your smartphone along with all the necessary details to ensure you could still enter the museum and not lose your reservation.
Regarding the price difference, our rate includes a dedicated host at the meeting point who welcomes you, provides essential instructions, assists with any entry procedures, and guides you inside through a designated fast-track access. Since these guided assistance and coordination services are bundled with the admission, the cost differs from a basic direct ticket bought on-site.
We genuinely regret the frustration you faced with downloading the tickets, but we are glad you were ultimate able to enjoy your visit. Please let us know if we can assist you further.

Wonderful experience, clear instructions, no waiting around. Well worth the money, as you are not tired out with all the standing around and waiting, which allows you to enjoy the experience more.
The tour company were not good and the joining instructions on the app were wrong, it was meant to be a fast entry and they sent me the wrong Que it was stressful.
They told 2 hours before the beginning of the tour, that the guide was not available anymore and just gave us the tickets to enter… offered a $50 refund (on a tour that cost +$250) and didnt even send the $50. This is a ripoff considering the Vatican Museum tickets are about $20-$30 when bought directly..
The guide that met us was very helpful and explained the process to enter the Museum. This was very easy!
The Tour guide came late not 10 min before but we skipped the line, everything else was OK. Be careful about the Taxi driver the are charging 10 times more than price
If you can't get tickets that provide a tour-guide, or tickets at all, this is your way into the Vatican Museum. It's just timed entry tickets, no guide. Be sure to rent an audio guide when you get into the museum if you want to learn more about what you're looking at.
Positives: having a guide help navigate through the line quickly made a big difference in my wait time.
Improvements to be made: I received a phone call 2 days before my tour asking me to change my tour time. Initially I did not believe I could change it because of my flight and the tour company put quite a bit of pressure on me to change. I’m not sure, but it felt like they would have cancelled my tour if I had not been able to change!
The tour itself was a bit misleading as the Ancient and Recent guide purely got me to the ticket desk where I was then grouped with a general tour group provided by the museum. And while my tour purchase said 3 hours, the guided tour portion was only 2 hours long. That said, Sofia, the Vatican guide was excellent.
Overall, know that what you are basically getting is a Vatican tour that is 2 hours long and a guide to help you get through the line quickly and efficiently.
We struggled to find the meeting point as there didn’t seem to be very good signage for the museum in the Vatican. If you get to the entrance of the museum the meeting point is almost opposite.
Fantastic experience though and a must for any visitor.
Group was too big, especially with the enormous crowds at the Vatican. If you were at the back of the line, the other tour directors next to you overtook your mic and you couldn't hear your own director, which made you miss a lot of the history. There should have been more areas to sit down, with the heat and confinement with so many people. This caused the Sistine Chapel to be a disappointment as they rush us right through. They should limit how many people get in each hour and keep the tours separated better. But the history and beauty were undeniable!
The representative was easy to find and very helpful about where to go. Travelers should know that if they book far enough in advance, they can get the same experience for much cheaper (~30 euros or so). Still, it was nice to skip the line!
It was a good experience and we enjoyed ourselves. I would highly recommend to others. The artwork was phenomenal to see.
We got in no problem. Sadly the guide wasn't available due to an emergency but we received good instructions on how to get in, so it all worked out no problem
We booked 3 tours all of similar price expecting a tour guide and this was the only one that didn’t have one. They just gave us tickets and showed us the line - we lined up and went in. Too expensive compared to others that had a full guided tour for the same price.
Seamless experience , staff were helpful. Slightly more expensive but worth the lack of stress and queuing. Would recommend
The guide was easy to find and very friendly and welcoming. He took us to the line we needed to join and gave information on where to go. Once he left we enjoyed our free time in the Vatican. The only thing I’d say is the paper tickets he provided us stated the original ticket price of around €25 (I can’t remember exactly) and considering there’s no tour the price for this seems very steep .. we only purchased as it was sold on via the website .
Great guide. Very knowledgeable. Sorry that we also did not book the optional access to St Peter’s from the museum.
Skipping the line was great. Having the company change our tour time to one hour earlier than what we booked was disastrous for our plans! The guide was unable to meet us but we were still able to get in without the guide using our digital tickets. I have since heard from others that tours booked through Viator tend to do this (change the tour time). Buyer be aware.

Apart of price of this ticket service everything was fine. I suggest audioguide on site of museum, especially for kids - it was very engaging.

The organiser used WhatsApp to communicate with us prior to the experience, and provided the meeting spot. We located the spot easily, he arrived on time, explained the entry process, and took us to the correct line, and assured us that the line moves fast (which it did). Once inside, there is a lot of walking to get to the Sistine Chapel if this is your only reason for going, but it is well-worth the walk. The Sistine Chapel is breathtaking.
Buying the tickets online was easy.

Brilliant host, really helpful when we arrived a little late after getting lost! She was fantastic, took us through the queues easily, got our tickets and tour guide sorted and was really calm and friendly. Much appreciated. It was raining hard. It was difficult to find our person who was to give us our tickets. He did call to find is though, so that was a good thing. The crowds were unbelievable especially in the winter time. The lines were so long and it was hard to figure out where to go because there was just a cluster of people everywhere. It took over an hour to get in. In the past seeing the Vatican was a nice enjoyable experience. This time it was chaos and crowded all the way to the Sistine Chapel with a maze that was way too long to get there. The Vatican is such an amazing place to visit but as long as it continues to be this crazy it loses it appeal.

Paid a premium to go to Vatican City. Sistine Chapel closed the day before. Only got an endless trek through the Vatican museums. No Sistine, no Basilica, no St. Peter’s Square, no refund.
We paid extra for a 3 hour guided tour. The quick entry and greeting was excellent but the tour guide in the museum did not introduce herself, acted like taking another tour group was tiresome, and led us around quickly with minimum interaction for 1 hour and 20 minutes, and then left - not worth the money and would not recommend
