What a great experience for our first tour in Rome. Monica was simply amazing. From check in to final good byes she is a first rate tour guide. Her informational background to all aspects of the Pantheon was interesting and kept our attention the entire time with her. She knows her stuff!! I would highly recommend her to anyone and her suggestions for lunch and gelato afterwards were spot on. We were unfortunately unable to go on our tour, as planned, due to reasons beyond the tour providers control. The tour provider called us to confirm that were were coming and that was great as we had a bad experience the day prior with another tour company who didn't show up. We greatly appreciated and recommend this tour and the tour company based on their sheer professionalism.

ATI was our guide and she was a breathe of fresh air. She calmly took us through the Pantheon from it's construction to it's use throughout the decades. We were not rushed and learned a lot about the history and various special sections. Highly recommend her and the building is so special.

Total rip off and bad customer service

We arrive to the exact location where we were to meet our guide 15 minutes before the stated time. The Guide never showed. I tried to call the contact number on the reservation, and there was no answer. I confirmed with other guides for other tours who were in the same location that I was in the right spot. I called.Viator. They also could not get in contact with the tour guide. They offered to process a refund which I agreed to. Then I received an email that they said they were denying the refund. I sent an email back saying that was unacceptable and couldn’t not believe they would not refund my money. They sent another email back saying they are not going to refund me and gave no reason why other then they claim they did some sort of research. I could not be more upset with them, especially since I’ve spent over $1500 in tours while I’m in Italy with them.

Our guide was Mortazavi Seyyed Mehrshad. He did a good job leading us through the history of the Pantheon. We were “fortunate” to have it rain while we were there so that we could see the rain falling through the perpetual opening in the ceiling.

Highly Recommended Pantheon Tour

After a very rainy morning, the sun came out just in time for our 12:00 tour. And it was a great tour! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. It was a small group, which we prefer, so it was easy getting around the crowds. “Skipping the line” is definitely worth the $, as the lines were extremely long!

Great but too much non relevant info

Our guide was very knowledgeable but spoke on too many things unrelated to the Pantheon. We were very keen to see the Pantheon but a lot more time was spent discussing Roman history than we would have liked. To be fair, our guide was excellent and explained all the features of the Pantheon and ensured we all saw the main points of interest…just a little less time on unrelated things would have been appreciated

Great tour. Book 4:00 entry if possible.

We really appreciated joining the 4:00 tour as it was the last entrance to the Parthenon of the day. Therefore, by the time our tour w as a wrapping up, we were one of the few people in the building and had excellent viewing and unobstructed photos. Our guide was well-informed and engaging and also too us to a couple interesting spots outside the Parthenon as well.
