Worth to experience. Not expensive. The instrustors are friendly. The lesson is time flexible.You can book it on sunday. There's little lesson on Sunday. One suggestion is that if the instrustor could speak slowly. It will be more relieved for the non-English speaking learners, especially the beginner.

100% fun and with turtles sightings!

Everyone of the leaders and Xaprine (Corine) were incredible helpful and patient. They made us feelsafw at all times. Before going in the water they gave us a Coast Guard safety briefing and once we went in the water two of the staff members went inside with us andade us feel safe. They gave clear instructions and were empathetic at all times. My daughter with special needs stayed on the boat (she didn't want to snorkel) so the captain kept her entertained by having her throw fish food in the water to attract the fish. My daughter ended up seeing lots of fish and sea turtles without leaving the boat. Everyone else who snorkeled had an amazing time in the water. We also saw lots of fish and sea turtles including a baby one. Once we went back on the boat the staff was very hospitable asking what we wanted to drink and for snack. What an amazing crew! I highly recommend this tour. Also, our group was small compared to others. Maybe about at most 20 people on the boat so not as crowded as other tours out there.

Wow!!!

What an amazing experience, swimming with the turtles and beautiful colourful fish in the clear waters. We had so much fun exploring and enjoying the slide and jumping platform. Our captain was incredible! She was greeting everyone as they boarded the boat, she was super friendly, very helpful in assisting us getting back on the boat after snorkeling and was always checking in with each guest throughout the experience. There was nothing she couldn’t do! If you are looking for a fun experience then I would highly recommend!!!

Great for all ages and ability levels!

The Ohana Surf Project was amazing from start to finish. The shuttle was fast and easy and the lesson was incredible. We had 8 people, all with no experience, ranging from ages 10-60. We were all able to stand with the help of the instructors. Chelsea, Matt, and the rest of the team made surfing accessible to everyone!!! Also, get the pictures…100% worth it!!!!

One for the bucket list!!

Captain Derek and Kanani were excellent and I felt very safe. There were so many sharks it was unbelievable and the water was actually very comfortable and not cold, like i thought it would be. Even though the water was choppy I was able to get great underwater pictures of family and the sharks. I went with my niece, so glad she talked me into this great experience, an experience of a life time and well worth it !!! We had enough time in the water to enjoy the full experience. We were also able to shark watch from the boat because the water is absolutely CLEAR, great pictures from above also. Can't wait to do it again and bring the grandkids.

This is our second time on the snorkle tour, "blue boat" which has the best crew and the most fun! It's a great feeling to be remembered from 2 years ago. This excursion is our favorite and practically guarantees turtles, tropical fish and maybe if you're lucky a reef shark or two. Besides snorkeling, Captain Bruce also offers paddle boards, floats and games to play. Forgot to pack the snorkle gear? No worries. They provide all the essentials to make the experience one you will never forget. This excursion also provides light snacks like musubi, chips, granola bars and drinks to keep the energy high and the focus on the water. Conveniently located on north shore with easy access from anywhere on the island. Parking at the marina can get full quickly so come early and enjoy the Dole Whip while you wait! Mahalo 🤙🏼

Great experience!

My kids loved the experience. At first they were a little apprehensive, but by the time I saw them come back from the water they had smiles all across their faces. The guide is very knowledgeable and is able to easily get your kids standing on the waves and having fun. Must do if in Honolulu!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience. Sam was a fantastic captain. Ella did a great job swimming around with us. She had a ton of information about the reef, turtles, and fish. Im happy we decided to go with a smaller group. It made the experience much more enjoyable. The boat was clean and comfortable. They had water and juice. I highly recommend.

Do it! So much fun!

We booked this 1 hour cruise last minute & we were so glad we did. The hosts were great, gave us drinks! We saw dolphins, and the water was amazing! We will do this again! I didn’t see little kids tho. We sat at the front of the boat, to feel the water splash on us. I think this might be more for adults, but I would bring (if allowed) my 2yo and 6yo, but not at the front of the boat.

Excellent tour and even better guide!

Our original company cancelled last minute so this was a quick pick on a wing and a prayer. The bus was super comfortable and our driver, Mo, was absolutely outstanding. She was friendly, polite, funny, and crazy informative. She knew history, geography, legends, any answer to any question...and made us feel like Ohana. It was a pretty inclusive tour giving us a sample of all Oahu had to offer. Mahalo!
