The crew was awesome, very professional and friendly. The boat was enjoyable with the glass bottom, main deck and upper deck. There where plenty of fish to see and even sea turtles. The waterside and leap of faith jump where an excellent bonus. The gear was clean and fit well. Everything included for a low price. Highly recommend this company!

The crew is fantastic. The whole experience is well managed and fun!! I lost my glasses in the water (forgetting I had them on) and one of the crew dove down and retrieved them! Can’t say thank you enough to the whole crew. And the mai tais helped a lot!!totally recommend this excursion. You won’t regret it.

The boat and staff were fine, but very disappointed that they decided to tell us once we were already at the destination spot that the slide was popped which means they already knew before we left the dock. Also, there was no flotation mat out, so basically only 2 of the 4 included activities were offered.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been for your family, especially the kids, to look forward to the water slide and then find out that it would not be available. We are sorry that this affected your experience.
We would like to clarify what happened that day. Our team discovered an issue with the slide shortly before the tour was scheduled to depart. Once we identified that the slide was not operating properly, we made the decision that it could not be used. While we understand that it was frustrating to learn this once we reached our destination, we never want to put our guests in a situation where an activity is not safe to operate. The safety of our guests and crew is always our highest priority, and we will always choose safety over operating an attraction that has a mechanical issue.
We also understand your frustration regarding the flotation mat. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as we want every aspect of the experience to meet the expectations we set for our guests.
We are glad to hear that you found our boat and staff to be fine, but we are genuinely sorry that the unavailable activities took away from what should have been a fun and exciting day on the water. We hope you can understand that the decision regarding the slide was made with your family's safety in mind, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Snorkeling fairly close to shore at a reef. We did see sea turtles and fish. The slide was broken. I chose this vendor over others for the slide and was not made aware the slide was not available until we were getting in the water. Very disappointed. No discount offered.

We are glad to hear that you were able to see sea turtles and fish during the snorkeling portion of your adventure, but we completely understand why you were disappointed that the slide was unavailable, especially since the slide was one of the main reasons you chose our tour.
We would like to clarify what happened with the slide that day. Our team discovered an issue with the slide shortly before the tour was scheduled to depart. We take the safety of our guests extremely seriously, and when an attraction has an unexpected mechanical issue, we will never take a chance with our guests' well-being just to keep an activity running.
We do understand, however, that finding this out when you were already getting ready to enter the water was frustrating. We are sorry that the information was not communicated to you sooner and recognize that this affected your expectations for the experience. We also understand your frustration regarding the lack of a discount and appreciate you sharing that concern.
Our goal is always to provide the full experience our guests are looking forward to, and we regret that the slide issue prevented us from doing so on your visit. We are grateful that you still had the opportunity to enjoy the reef, see marine life, and spend time out on the beautiful waters of Waikiki, but we know that did not completely make up for the activity you were specifically excited about.

The crew was beyond amazing !! I lost my new mission 1, 1000 dollar go pro, and the boys from the crew found it on the bottom of the ocean ! They treated my kids well, snacks and drinks, they were awesome, made it a great experience and will be back, and we saw a huge sea turtle ! My son freaked out, definitely coming back !!

Crew is friendly knowledgeable we had snacks we saw turtles one of the crew members swam down and caught an octopus and sea urchins it the water slide was so much fun and the jumping stand was really fun too! We loved it and I recommend all to do this!

Terrible experience. Got sea sick, water was not calm. 5 other people was sick.

What an amazing experience, swimming with the turtles and beautiful colourful fish in the clear waters. We had so much fun exploring and enjoying the slide and jumping platform.
Our captain was incredible! She was greeting everyone as they boarded the boat, she was super friendly, very helpful in assisting us getting back on the boat after snorkeling and was always checking in with each guest throughout the experience. There was nothing she couldn’t do!
If you are looking for a fun experience then I would highly recommend!!!

The staff were Amazing. It was energetic, fun, and entertaining. Perfect experience for families with young kids or people not comfortable in the ocean. Life vests or stomach floats were mandatory. Turtles were seen on multiple occasions.the blowups were a blast. My only complaint was the stench from the bathrooms. It made me sick to my stomach.
The crew and boat were great! However the snorkel location wasn’t great. Not much to see and very wavy. I have done other snorkel tours where they were more in a bay or cove and the fish and sea creature's were much better and the waves not so big.
Everything about this experience was awesome from all three tour guides on the boat from the beautiful views the beautiful fishes seen dolphins and being in the open water very blue nice and beautiful. The views were more than stunning. I would do this 1000 times again, thank you to Captain Jack and his two crewmates. I 100% recommend renting their GoPro camera for $45. I got video content swimming under the water while snorkeling and the content is the best thing I got on this trip being able to have underwater content video of the fishes. That was my favorite part. It’s awesome.
Fun filled day on the water for the whole family. We snorkeled & went down the giant water slide. Great fun & wonderful memories.
This was our 7 & 8 year olds first time on boat to go snorkeling. They weren't willing to do the slide or jump off areas but they loved the snorkeling. I loved that there were two tether floating to help give them a guide as to where to stay and when they had gotten too far. So many tropical fish to see.
So much fun. Truly exemplify the Aloha spirits. The crew was friendly and fun. The slide and the jumping area where a lot of fun for everyone drinks were very good also. The boat was very clean with a lot of space to set. A must do for a family fun in Hawaii.
We loved this very affordable trip. The snorkel site wasn’t anything spectacular but you’ll see some fish. The slide and spring board were popular with us. The captain and her crew were all a joy and super friendly and helpful. The boat was super clean and well cared for. We would come here each time we visit Oahu.
Cool experience out on the water . The vessel I was on had slides and the staff was fun with great personalities. Very interactive with the customers.
Boat was on time and checking in was smooth. The crew was amazing and attentive. The slide was a really cool add on. We didn’t get a chance to see the sea turtles but it was still really enjoyable. They also had snacks, waters and sodas available.
