The crew was awesome, very professional and friendly. The boat was enjoyable with the glass bottom, main deck and upper deck. There where plenty of fish to see and even sea turtles. The waterside and leap of faith jump where an excellent bonus. The gear was clean and fit well. Everything included for a low price. Highly recommend this company!

Use sunblock and watch out for the current. The crew will look out for you at all times. They are extremely helpful.

What an amazing experience, swimming with the turtles and beautiful colourful fish in the clear waters. We had so much fun exploring and enjoying the slide and jumping platform.
Our captain was incredible! She was greeting everyone as they boarded the boat, she was super friendly, very helpful in assisting us getting back on the boat after snorkeling and was always checking in with each guest throughout the experience. There was nothing she couldn’t do!
If you are looking for a fun experience then I would highly recommend!!!

The staff were Amazing. It was energetic, fun, and entertaining. Perfect experience for families with young kids or people not comfortable in the ocean. Life vests or stomach floats were mandatory. Turtles were seen on multiple occasions.the blowups were a blast. My only complaint was the stench from the bathrooms. It made me sick to my stomach.

The crew and boat were great! However the snorkel location wasn’t great. Not much to see and very wavy. I have done other snorkel tours where they were more in a bay or cove and the fish and sea creature's were much better and the waves not so big.

Everything about this experience was awesome from all three tour guides on the boat from the beautiful views the beautiful fishes seen dolphins and being in the open water very blue nice and beautiful. The views were more than stunning. I would do this 1000 times again, thank you to Captain Jack and his two crewmates. I 100% recommend renting their GoPro camera for $45. I got video content swimming under the water while snorkeling and the content is the best thing I got on this trip being able to have underwater content video of the fishes. That was my favorite part. It’s awesome.

This was our 7 & 8 year olds first time on boat to go snorkeling. They weren't willing to do the slide or jump off areas but they loved the snorkeling. I loved that there were two tether floating to help give them a guide as to where to stay and when they had gotten too far. So many tropical fish to see.

So much fun. Truly exemplify the Aloha spirits. The crew was friendly and fun. The slide and the jumping area where a lot of fun for everyone drinks were very good also. The boat was very clean with a lot of space to set. A must do for a family fun in Hawaii.

We loved this very affordable trip. The snorkel site wasn’t anything spectacular but you’ll see some fish. The slide and spring board were popular with us. The captain and her crew were all a joy and super friendly and helpful. The boat was super clean and well cared for. We would come here each time we visit Oahu.

Boat was on time and checking in was smooth. The crew was amazing and attentive. The slide was a really cool add on. We didn’t get a chance to see the sea turtles but it was still really enjoyable. They also had snacks, waters and sodas available.

Planned our first day here around this excursion and they cancelled last minute. We were unable to book anything else on our first day because everything was booked. What a waste of time and money

I booked this trip for my family (three adults and one child), and it was an incredible experience from start to finish.
We arrived early to check in and were setting sail shortly afterward. The crew was professional, friendly, and made everyone feel welcome. They provided all the necessary snorkeling gear and did an excellent job ensuring swimmers of all experience levels felt safe and comfortable in the water.
During our tour, we were fortunate enough to see sea turtles and a variety of beautiful fish. The snorkeling itself was fantastic, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional customer service.
If you decide to book this tour, keep an eye out for Marcus, one of the crew members. After chatting with us and learning it was my birthday, he generously invited our family back for the sunset and fireworks cruise as a gift. That level of kindness and generosity was completely unexpected and genuinely appreciated.
I understand that every guest’s experience may be different, but Marcus went above and beyond to make our day special. Thanks to him and the rest of the crew, we made memories that we’ll never forget.

Crap experience. Had a trip scheduled for 2pm on 6/13. Arrived on time PAID for parking and checked in. They waited til 2pm to tell us the boat had issues and they could either refund or reschedule. I chose to reschedule and they said they would inform us if the boat was going to be operational. They called me a few hours later saying we were good to go for 6/14. Get a call 6/14 saying it’s canceled due to big waves. This could’ve been told to us the day before if they had checked the weather. Complete waste of time as both days i stayed local because of the trip.

We're sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this caused.
On June 13, the cancellation was due to an unexpected mechanical issue that was discovered shortly before departure. Unfortunately, mechanical problems are not always predictable, and for safety reasons we cannot operate a vessel until we are confident it is fully operational. As soon as we had more information, we offered guests the choice of a refund or rescheduling.
When we contacted you later that day, the vessel issue had been resolved and we fully expected to operate on June 14. However, marine conditions can change rapidly, and the June 14 cancellation was due to ocean conditions that were deemed unsafe for the trip. While weather forecasts can provide guidance, they are not always accurate enough to make a final go/no-go decision a day in advance. Safety decisions are based on the most current conditions available.
We understand that you planned your schedule around this experience and that the back-to-back cancellations were disappointing. No operator wants to cancel trips, but the safety of our guests and crew must always come first. We appreciate your understanding and regret that we were unable to get you out on the water during your visit.

This experience was amazing! This is our second time snorkeling, and our first time trying this company.The crew members were extremely nice and welcoming. The ship was clean, and you were offered a full size lifejacket or a waist life jacket with your snorkeling equipment. My children loved the inflatable slide off the side, and we were able to see many fish.

What a wonderful experience. 2 hours goes faster than you think. If I could do this more than once on a trip to Waikiki I would. Unfortunately no turtles were seen on our day on the water but plenty of sea life and the most perfect water I've ever seen. Fantastic crew and plenty of supplies available if you don't bring your own. 10/10 would recommend!

We had an amazing time from start to finish! The crew was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. We saw so much marine life, including lots of beautiful fish and sea turtles. As if that wasn’t enough, we were lucky enough to see dolphins on our way back to shore, which was the perfect ending to an unforgettable trip.
