The tour times provided reflect the start and end of the tour, but not your exact pickup and drop off time. Whether or not you've provided your hotel/lodging at the time of booking, you are required to contact the tour provider no less than (2) days prior to your tour date to receive your exact pickup time and location. The tour provider will advise you of the specific area at the hotel/lodging you should wait; for example "at the front entrance." Please be there at least 5 minutes before your pickup time. Please allow a 10-15 minute grace period, as the driver will be picking up other guests in your area. If your hotel/lodging is not included on our pickup schedule, you'll be advised to meet at nearby location. Please note that we are prohibited by certain properties to pickup non-hotel guests and we do not pick-up at private properties such as AirBnB's and residential areas.

Most talking about the history was so good She has taken the time to learn the history of the island. I just wish as we were going into Waimea valley she had stopped and told a story of it. But she was really into the Edie story so I actually had to ask about where we were
Mo made an it an awesome experience. She was full of knowledge that she shared with us...never a dull moment. Best driver ever.!!!
A great way to see the whole island and learn about the history. Mo was fantastic; friendly and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend.
The tour was awesome and Chelsea our driver was absolutely amazing. The history, culture and general information was excellent! I’d recommend doing this tour early in the stay so you can plan out the rest of your stay.
It is so comfortable and our tour guide, Lee was so knowledgeable about not just Oahu but also all of Hawaii. The whole experience flies by.
We liked the variety of stops and the shared information. My favorite part was swimming in the waterfall. Second favorite stop was at a blowhole stop, which was not listed in the itinerary. The bus was well kept, and Mike was very knowledgably.
This was a fun trip and a great way to get a feel of the island. We had lots of stop and photo opportunities. I was seeing thing to come back to when we had more time Moe was a wonderful guide and kept everyone engaged
Nobody showed up to pick me up, I called at 5 am spoke to a lady who doesn't know how to contact the driver. Waited for two hours in the lobby of La Moana Mantra.

We had the best local tour guide “Lani” who was a wealth of knowledge, very entertaining and extremely funny.
I learned more about tour guide Mike's life and family than Oahu. We heard about his life, all the states he has lived in, his jobs, his politics, male celebrities with young girlfriends/wives, all his neices and their skimpy clothing choices. I took this tour to learn about Oahu. Plus he did the scheduled tour in rmixed up so we did Dole Plantation 2nd and did lunch 3rd. No one was hungry after dole whip plus it was extremely early for lunch. He forgot to tell us at the waterfall stop that this was stop where we could swim. Other than scenery, it was extremely disappointing day. Would never recommend!!

Unfortunately the stop at the gardens and waterfall did not occur because of filming at that location. Some people were told in advance. I was not. I could have taken this trip the following day to see the number one attraction on that trip. I am very disappointed
We were NOT able to COMPLETE the TOUR due to the RAIN so the POLYNESIAN TOUR CANCELLED the tour. I wish I knew it was possible to cancel tours because of the rain

This was a good experience. The coach bus was very old and dirty unfortunately, this made the drives not as comfortable. I hope they update their buses, because I wouldn’t want to do this tour again on that bus, maybe the other buses are cleaner and newer. The tour took us to great places, the tour guide was knowledgeable.
Our original company cancelled last minute so this was a quick pick on a wing and a prayer. The bus was super comfortable and our driver, Mo, was absolutely outstanding. She was friendly, polite, funny, and crazy informative. She knew history, geography, legends, any answer to any question...and made us feel like Ohana. It was a pretty inclusive tour giving us a sample of all Oahu had to offer. Mahalo!
The tour is long, but enjoyable from beginning to end. Our tour Mo was excellent. She shared a wealth of knowledge regarding Hawaii with us. The bus was clean and updated.
It’s a long day at a relaxed pace with excellent stops and beautiful scenery Northern coastline is well worth visiting

Awesome tour! Polynesian culture and heritage were nicely explained by the guide...Waimea botanical garden was out of the world experience, though there was less water in the waterfall...Byodo temple was so serene and peaceful...enjoyed the Hula Dance at Haleiwa

Excellent tour of the island. Our tour guide Ken was excellent. I have been on many tours in different countries. Ken has the most energy. He gave amazing insight to the places we visited. He is funny. He talked to us the entire trip. He was knowledgable. He was an adept bus driver. He even used computer screen shots for some of his stories. Really enjoyed his expertise!

This is a great trip to get oriented to the island. Lots of information that you wouldn’t get if you rented a car and just drove. Our guide Kanamu gave us a lot of options for snorkeling and free activities
Some other people reviewing this tour have said that they felt rushed, however in order to get around the island in 8 hours it is going to feel a bit rushed. We were very happy with our experience.
What a spectacular tour of the island it a must do tour, ask for Wes as your driver this man is so knowledgeable on Hawaii history and a great bloke.
Driver Fred and his coworker, the tour guide lady I forgot her name are very knowledgeable and friendly. Very pleasant trip.
Our your driver was Wes and he was really great! I felt as if we had the perfect amount of time to check out certain locations and get snacks/lunch too.
