- This is a self-guided tour to the top, offering a beautiful and manageable hike for most guests. However, it is important to know your own limitations. Take your time, stay hydrated, and savor the experience at your own pace. Don’t forget to bring sunscreen and wear suitable footwear, as the climb includes some uneven surfaces.
- All guests must ride with our tour transportation for the Diamond Head tour. Self-transportation, including Uber, taxis, walking, or personal vehicles, is not permitted. All guests must enter with our tour transportation, as access to Diamond Head requires passing through a tunnel and presenting tickets before entry. Guests who arrive separately will not be permitted to join the tour.

Amazing Views. The hike was all up to get to summit, but well worth the views. Took some short breaks along the way. Our Shuttle driver Mathew was informative and pleasant.
I would higher recommend for everyone who can to put this on their bucket list.

Wonderful hike with beautiful views. The greenery with the water is stunning. Not too strenuous either- had stopping points in case you need a break. Highly recommend.

Too many people and the wait to the top was 20+ minutes. I have nothing else to say. We enjoyed it even if we did not make it to the top.

This shuttle to/from Diamondhead was terrific! Our driver picked us up on time and was so helpful with all logistics. The allotted time before our scheduled pick-up was more than adequate for both the hike up, our time at the top, and a leisurely walk back down. Thanks for this great option!

We chose this tour for its convenience. It was absolutely worth it. The pick up was easy (they offered many pick up locations) and our tour guide was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this tour company.

The tour picked us up very close to our hotel. The driver (Matt) gave us a lot of interesting information as we drove to Diamond Head. He stopped at a turnout so we could get out and take photos of the beautiful view. He drove us in and we went to the top. It was easy in and out of the park. The only thing I would comment on, which has nothing to do with Matt, is that we had 2 hours to do the hike and be back on the bus. The issue being is that 2 hours was almost not enough as the line waiting to get to the actual top was very long. We almost thought we were going to have to turn around before we made it to the top viewing area.

Great experience! The shuttle was right on time and brought us to and from the attraction. The hike was beautiful and a really nice cool breeze towards the top. We then had shave ice as a treat when we got back down from some local food trucks!

The hike itself is a bit strenuous, but definitely doable if you take your time and take breaks as needed. The scenery is breathtaking! The Go Tours driver, Eric, was amazing! He was prompt, courteous, and funny. The pickup location was a three minute walk from our hotel, so it was very easy to get to the shuttle. I would recommend this tour!

Very good tour for older kids (10 and up). Great shuttle driver, very friendly and provided some history of the site. The hike was just challenging enough for us 70ish folks and the views from the top made it worth the effort.

The hike itself was awesome. 20 minutes up 20 minutes down and then time for food. I don’t know the driver‘s name and didn’t get any history from him – so just a driver – not a tour guide

I wish the driver was more vocal and given more information about the mountain.
2ndly, the most dynamic view of the island; HOWEVER, it's not recommended for anyone with medical condition (s). It's a challenge of approximately 1.6miles with steep, and I mean STEEP Climbing!!! If you're not in physical shape, don't risk it.. otherwise; A must See!

The hike can get steep with a lot of stairs closer to the summit, but overall is a pretty casual hike with great 360 degree views. Several great lookout spots along the way before the 360 degree views at the summit. Highly recommend. Having a shuttle pick you up near your hotel and drop you off at the park is very convenient as well. The tour guide, Matt, did a great job explaining different local aspects during the drive and was generally just a very friendly, gracious, and helpful guide.

Rob, our driver, was very fun, engaging, and informative during our round trip ride over to Diamond Head. The communication for pick up location and time was excellent. I really appreciated all the details. Take your time during the hike, stop and enjoy the views along the way to the top. Remember to take water. You will need it.
