Staff was a no show

I wanted to give it 0 but there is no such option. The trip never happened as The staff never showed up. Message was sent through support chat asking where the staff was but there was no response. There wasn’t even a phone number listed for Us to call to find it out. I googled a phone number for Hawaiian surf boys ( the name of the company which was the host company) to only find out that it was a wrong number. A lesson learned today is that never book with a third party.

Don’t hesitate to book these!

The lessons were amazing, both my kids got long rides their first time out! Preston was great with them and really taught them a lot about surfing. Couldn’t recommend these lessons more!

Great service!! So much fun!! Highly recommend! We were a little uncertain where to meet but stayed at kuhlio hula stand mound and our guide reached out to us! Kids had a blast! And so did the adults!
