Awesome, from the pick up to the drop off. It was an amazing experience. Picturesque boat ride,several turtle sightings. The only issue was several people unsure of how to use fins bumping into each other.
Although I highly recommend.

Tour is only two hours but says 3 hours. Does not include a paddleboard experience. Because the adventure was cut short, for no reason; only 5 minutes were available for the water jets. Chris, who was the tour guide said he would call me concerning this issue and never communicated back. The snorkeling area was packed with people so there was not much room to snorkel.

The tour includes roundtrip transportation from Waikiki and including the transportation+snorkeling trip it is a total of 3 hours. I believe you drove yourself so that is where the misunderstanding is. We apologize for the confusion. Mahalo
Friendly and reasonably price. The weather conditions were not ideal, but they still made it well worth the adventure.
The shuttle made it super easy to get there and back to the hotel.

Staff to outing was phenomenal They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and safe. He took me on to ride along as I could not keep up
Great crew did an awesome job insuring safety of everyone! Saw many turtles and fish.Crew provided snacks , equipment and safe environment.
Diego was super nice and really helpful great guide the turtles were absolutely beautiful and the water scooter was super fun
It was a great time, they give you your space and make sure you get right up to see the turtles and made it a more personable experience.
They try their hardest to make sure you see the creatures you want in safe locations. Diego was very friendly and very helpful! Not just to me but to everyone. They help you alot and they even give you drinks and food. I want to do it again! ~Geovanni from texas
Diego was an amazing guide! He was attentive & made sure safety was #1 (both for us and the protected wild life). We saw & swam with tropical fish and majestic sea turtles. It is the highest point of our vacation in Hawaii. Thank you, Diego!!! :-D
