The Captain and mates did the best they could to get a view of the whales. The water was very ruff, but the Captain did what he could do.

The crew were really knowledgeable and kind. We saw a couple of whales, a mother and calf. The only part I didn't enjoy was the boat rocking.

Great tour, well organised and everything ran on time. We were given coffee and doughnuts on the boat, but there is also a bar where you can also purchase beverages.
The team were fantastic and we got to see dolphins and a killer whale!

This is very good for experience with Family. Problematic for a person who has sea sickness because boat is moving too much.

Capt Jeremy and amazing crew! We saw many whales and dolphin pod. So much gratitude!! Will def do again. No one had see. Anything for 4 days. Even with one annoying sonar submarine in the vicinity, we were blessed!

Booked early during our stay and didnt see any whales. The crew invited us for a free rebook which was an easy process. During our rebooked trip we saw whales and dolphins. The crew was great on both trips. Shout out to Captain Zack, Megan, Rian, and Kaipo

The boat trip was good, the crew was polite and knowledgeable. Even though we didn’t see any whales. It was for their efforts to location them. They were in communication with other boats the looking for whales. Sadly none spotted that morning. They bid offer a discount rebooking.

The crew (on our trip it was Rachel, Rob and Captain Mark) made this excursion special even though the whales didn't see fit to pop up. The spinner dolphins and the sea turtles gave us quite a show and the crew went out of their way to show us a good time and provide an education along the way! Donuts and coffee were provided, as advertised as well as water, lemonade, and buckets for our personal belongings. It was a great day! Four hours all in. If you tend to be cold, you should bring a jacket.

Saw a breaching whale 5 minutes into the trip. Also saw a pod of spinner dolphins and a sea turtle.
Didn't see any donuts and didn't hear anything with an underwater microphone as advertised.

The Crew was Awesome, But we as whale watchers felt very ignored we were put up on the top deck and all the dolphin watchers were on the lower deck which got all the attention, the sound system did not work so we could not hear any welcome or instruction for the boat, We did see dolphins and 2 whales tails, When we bought our tickets,add said it was a 7 hr trip NOT Left at noon and back by 3:00. Crew told us we were running late so we did not get to use the water slide and a very short Snorkel time. They did not have the correct cords for listening to the whales,they had to walk around with ear buds to hear one at a time. I would not recommend this trip unless you just want a boat ride. They were very UNORGANIZED!!!
