- There will be standing and walking during this tour. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather as much of the tour is outdoors. DC can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Umbrellas and layers are recommended.
- ATTRACTION TICKET UPGRADES (if purchased at checkout): 1. Due to hours of operation at the attractions, tickets will be either be valid for same day or the next available day of travel after your tour. 2. Your attraction tickets will be valid for entry on the date and time assigned by the attraction, which will be noted on your entry ticket upon receipt. Date and time cannot be selected ahead of time, and we are unable to change the date and time assigned to you by the attraction. 3. The tour operator will send your ticket to you on the date of your scheduled tour. Tickets will be sent to travelers via WhatsApp. If you did not provide us with a valid WhatsApp phone number during checkout, please contact us prior to your tour date. 4. Attraction Tickets are non-refundable once issued to travelers. 5. Tickets are used for self-guided entry into the attractions. Entry is not a part of the guided tour experience and is for the traveler to use independently.
- Cherry Blossom season (typically late March-early April) travelers will have time to walk along Cherry Blossoms trees. The official Cherry Blossom peak bloom dates are announced by the National Park Service closer to the dates. Please Note: cherry blossoms are a seasonal highlight, and when the trees are not in bloom travelers will still be able to enjoy the 10+ memorial stops and sightseeing portion of the tour without the trees. Please be advised of this when booking preferred travel date.

Check in was confusing. Optional, paid for vouchers, were not issued. Countless calls, texts, emails and chats were not helpful. We paid for a 3 hour tour but we were put on an 8 hour tour bus and dismissed after our 3 hours were up. Clearly our small 3 hour group was not a priority for the tour guide. When I asked him about our optional vouchers, he gave me a phone number and told to call and they would send them to me. No answer or return call. We never got any vouchers sent to us via email or text so that was all money wasted and we went back home. Signature tours were not helpful at all.

Lots of stops long enough to take lot lots of pictures. Friendly driver, excellent tour guide. Only reason it's 4 stars is that it clearly said it would drop us off at the Archives, and it did not, forcing my husband with cancer to walk farther than he should have to get back to our transportation.

James our guide and Cris our driver were very accommodating. James was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting information along the monument tour. He incorporated our background from Australia into the tour information. We wanted to stop to take photos which he was able to accommodate in our very small group. A pleasant, fast passed tour.

The small van tour was comfortable on a cold winter day and went to a lot of places of interest. You have enough time to learn about them and take photos. The tour guide Tyrone was a professional. He provided a lot of information and engaged each of us as we went along. It was awesome to stand and look out at the mall where Martin Luther King delivered his I Have a Dream speech.

This was my first and likely only trip to DC so we wanted to make the most of everything. The sites are AMAZING made even more AMAZING by our guide Tyrone and driver Chris. Our only “critique” is the tour is advertised as “wheelchair accessible” and the bus was not wheelchair accessible. That said, Chris and Tyrone were wonderful in helping my sister and her wheelchair on and off the bus.

Don't purchase the upgrades. They are overcharging for free to a dollar entrance fees to museums and the Washington Monument. The rangers at the Washington Monument told me I was scammed. The tickets we received were for a day we didn't purchase, and I paid about a 70 dollar upcharge for something that would have cost 3 bucks if I purchased from their site. Luckily, he didn't turn me away and allowed us in. The description also says they drop you off at those upgraded stops, but they actually leave you at the White House a little over a mile away. When it is 90+ degrees, it's a rough walk.

Dave was great but if we had headphones we would be able to hear him no matter where we were and not miss out on valuable Info. Also disappointed we were not dropped off where ticket advised and had to walk a very, very long way to our optional tour. Ticket drop off info was very different to what was provided.

Tour guide and driver were great! The bus was nice, clean, and comfortable. Our package was to include hotel pickup, which did not happen and we had to get a ride. Also, we paid for an upgrade to the Washington monument. Again, this was to include a drop off that did not happen. Tickets to the monument are free. That part was a complete scam. Do not buy the upgrades.

First to make it clear, we do not offer hotel pickup so whoever gave you that info, obviously gave you wrong information. as far as the Washington monument, on our website it's stated 'self-guided tour', meaning once you got the ticket, you're on your own.

I am a woman veteran and seeing the statue dedicated to the women who served in Viet Nam was very powerful. I live in the area, so had seen many of the other monuments but my family had not. They were impressed by the number of monuments we saw. James, our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and Chris our driver was excellent.
I would have given the tour 5 stars except it did not use audio sets and it was frequently difficult to hear the guide.

Tour guide left my family and two other families at the Lincoln Memorial. Did not answer his phone. Got my time admission tickets for another museum museum right before the actual time so couldn't use them. Highly not recommended.

Excellent tour. I was able to see more in DC and understand some very important nuances at each stop that I would have missed if I had done this on my own. There is a good amount of walking even though the tour drove us to each location. The tour took 3 hours not 2, so be prepared and flexible with your time. Transportation was in a 15 passenger van which was spacious and comfortable however the door malfunctioned frequently. Our tour guide was knowledgeable but NEVER political which I appreciated.

The tour and experience were great. Loved the tour guide. However, Viator customer service is nonexistent. I reached out on two occasions for a request and question regarding payment and didn’t even hear a response back.

In the web page it said it was included complimentary hotel pick up. Once I paid, the receipt said hotel pickup was not included. I chat with Jansen and assured me it was included, but later 2 more agents said it was excluded. That it is not trustful. The guide instead of giving historic important details, made a lot funnyless "jokes". Not nice.

This was the best experience, and we loved our tour guide! She was so full of knowledge, and gave us some really neat things to think about with history and how our nation was formed. With three children and hot weather, the air conditioning bus ride was perfect and just the right amount of time at each stop. I would highly recommend this to anyone with kids as well, wanting to see many places in a short amount of time!
