We rented from Viator because it’s a trusted source and I think cheaper. Convenient location to the bridge. Employee was nice and had a good sense of humor. Son and I enjoyed ourselves getting around town on ebikes.

Great! We loved going to the Golden Gate Bridge! So romantic! I would definitely recommend! Don’t go to late because if you go at 6pm, you have to be back by 7:45pm instead of 8pm

Rude. Terrible customer service. All bikes at Beach location are new but same size and too tall for even after lowering seat. They encouraged me to try and if it did not work out come back. I got a block away and could not stop on a hill because I could not touch the ground and crashed bad. Walked the both bikes back crying, bruised and scraped. Had rented 2 bikes for myself for a full day w/ferry pass and had them for less than 1 hour. In pain for a week, when to the doctor and PT. Was very surprised to see they still charged me the $178.70 I put in for a 50% refund thinking I would split financial responsibility but it was flatly refused with no explanation. No will contact me. Talk about adding insult to injury! UNSAFE and UNCARING!

The ebikes were fantastic, better than the great ones we own. Scanning the QR code of points of interest attached to the bike before leaving the store using the store Wifi would have been helpful

We showed up for our 4 full day e-bike rentals and they had rented them out to someone else. We had a reservation and had prepaid days in advance! They couldn’t even refund us there. Told us to email and inquire about getting our money back!! Be careful!

the bikes we were given were not in good shape... 11 bike I couldn't use 3 or 4 of the middle gears and the chain came off twice the bike my daughter was using the chain came off and it got stuck in the sprocket and I had to pull and pry it out and got my hands covered with grease. none of the bikes had a phone carrier so we could use the self guided tour since we couldn't watch maps as we went

They were out of bikes at the place we reserved, so after spending $25 on public transportation to get there, I had to spend $20 more to go to their other store. When we got there we found out that they only had 1 e-bike and the other 2 were pedal assist. This is not what we thought we were getting…especially in San Francisco. Not a good experience at all.

Rented 2 bikes thru Viator app. Selected conventional bikes instead of E bikes. When we showed up the reservation was for e bikes which cost considerably more. Attempted to get the refund for the difference was rejected by Viator. Watch the bait and switch!!!

Decided to play tourist in our city and rent e bikes for the day. Did the Bay Trail from rental office to Sausalito. It took around 45 minutes on the e bike, each way. Would recommend to everyone visiting and living in the Bay!

TL;DR - Never got our bikes and the experience was ruined.
1 day before my rental, they asked me if I’d pick up the bikes from a different location. I obliged. They called the next morning to ask the same Q, and I agreed again. Sensing they were not very organized, I called in advance a 3rd time to make sure they would have my bikes available. When I finally arrived, lo and behold, the bikes were NOT THERE.
Company is disorganized. I would strongly recommend avoiding.

The most memorable part of our is realizing that after a 6 mile ride to The Mosaic Stairs and our batteries were down to two bars! We had planned to explore Golden Gate Park but we couldn’t because we didn’t want to get stranded with dead batteries. When we got back to the rental office they made up worthless excuses. At the time of rental they did no training or assistance with adjusting the bike for a more comfortable ride. So unlimited is very limited in reality!

Amazing excursion on our own to Sausalito. Highly recommended. I recommend to arrive early to unlimited biking. Non organized. Our e bikes were already rented to other customer despite I booked 2 weeks in advance and prepaid. I needed more than one hour to obtain my bikes and thanks to the kind Mexican mechanic who fix a couple os “out of order” for me after the manager just told “other guy came earlier paying full fare in cash”…
